This was a very strange, modern, very Southtown-ish sort of restaurant, that my date chose; and it met all expectations for what it was. My only hang up, is that I wish the Gluten-Free selection was easier to spot. It took some time to hear back from the server; and it delayed ordering, as my date then had to wait for me to (disappointedly) decide which of the options (that were not one of the initial ones that caught my eye), I'd choose.
(Also, keep in mind, for servers reading this, many people are Gluten-Free for health reasons: We are not also vegan or vegetarian. Texans seem to conflate gluten sensitivity, with voluntary lack of meat consumption; and the two are very different things.)
