We had a special celebration (farewell party) and tried to book a room here for 30 guests. We were told it was not necessary to book and that there would be plenty of room available. When we arrived, however, the staff told us that the group tables were not to be taken so we had to take turns to sit at the only small table for two that was empty until they opened the rooms upstairs. This never happened, apparently because there had been a power cut and those rooms had no electricity, but the bar crew did not tell us this. Not only were we made to wait endlessly, but we were also extremely rudely treated by the staff, especially a waiter with a mullet haircut and the barman, to whom we addressed to ask several times when the upstairs rooms would be opened. We were only allowed to sit at the group tables when another group arrived and sat there. On contacting this business through Instagram PM they only said they are sorry and hope we would return soon and have a better experience.
Never again.
