Walked into this store at lunchtime and no sales assistant in sight. Waited around a bit to see if anyone came downstairs until deciding to try some bikinis on. 15 minutes later still no one around! Completely unmanned store meaning no help and anyone could just walk in and steal something?

Unfortunately a set I purchased from Fella about 6 months ago was terribly faulty. The bikini set started to brown and it has lost its colour. I followed meticulously the care instructions and flagged with customer care. They said this would be due to an external source like fake tan - I assured them the set hadn’t come into contact as I don’t use fake tan and have been rigorous in my care. They refused to replace or refund the clearly faulty item. It is a shame as I understand the company is a small business, however there are many other Aussie owned swimwear brands with much better customer care at the same point price point.

I bought a bikini from Fella Swim - it was pricey but I felt good about supporting a small Australian business. I am always (and have always been) a small up top, and a size 11 on the bottom, so I usually round up to a large - and this is what I ordered. Unfortunately the top feels a little tight around the ribs, and the cups are too loose so that when I dive into a pool or waves, they come down and expose me. The bottoms as well were too loose, and also come off when I dive into water! I contacted customer service and they denied responsibility (seems like a theme looking at other reviews), and even told me that their bottoms do run a little large so they recommend sizing down. I suggested that this would be useful information to include on their website to help customers choose their right size - instead of taking this on board they told me that that’s why they recommend customers work from their measurements to choose sizes! Not everyone knows how to accurately take body measurements, hence why we have a sizing system… Despite this back and forth they refused to offer a resolution (apart from a discount on my next purchase - ha!). I am very disappointed with this brand’s lack of customer care, as it could have been a winner otherwise.

I recently purchased another bikini from FELLA swim, and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase! These bikinis are exceptional quality, and I cant get enough of them. the colour of the bikini I chose (Periwinkle) is simply stunning, and the fit is incredibly flattering. Initially, I was disappointed to find that the size I wanted for the bottoms was out of stock. However, I decided to reach out to the customer service team, and I'm so glad I did. The level of service I received was beyond y expectations. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maya, and her customer service skills are truly exceptional. Maya went above and beyond to locate the size I needed, ensuring that I could complete my order. It was evident that Maya genuinely cared about my satisfaction and went the extra mile to make sure I received my order and was pleased with it. Thanks to her efforts, I am now a loyal customer of FELLA swim. This isn't my first time purchasing from them, and I can confidently say it wont be my last. The combination of outstanding products an top-notch customer service has won me over, and I cant wait to continue supporting this fantastic company

I purchased my bikini a year ago and have been extremely happy with its fit and quality. The bikini maintains its shape and colour, even after multiple washes and swimming in salt water. After noticing a tiny manufacturing error a couple of months ago, I reached out to the Fella team. Maya, from their customer service, took immediate action and arranged for my bikini to be repaired at no charge. I'm very grateful for Maya's exceptional customer service and the prompt resolution of the issue. I will definitely be returning to stock up on more items in the future! :-)

I excitedly purchased 2 sets from Fella, as well as an extra bottom to mix and match. I ordered them online as I wanted to create the custom ordering of creating a DD breast cup. When I received my order and tried it on the first thing I noticed was one of the extra bottoms was sized differently, even though they were all the same size and style. The second thing I noticed was the cups didn’t fit that well and I felt disappointed by the fit of the swimwear (just felt a bit flimsily made). I didn’t have time to buy anything else and there is no refund for custom swimwear so I took the pieces with me overseas. After a few wears the costumes stretched dramatically and after following the websites washing instructions of “cool hand wash” the swimwear discoloured. When I contacted Fella they informed me that “due to the delicate nature of swimwear, we are unable to offer warranty on our products.” They also mentioned that you should only wash it in cold water after each use. Their website mentions that you are able to do cold hand washes as well, so that information is misleading. It also feels very unhygienic to not be able to wash a garment at all. I have had other swimwear for years that is able to withstand gentle cool hand washing and does not stretch or discolour! This product is very expensive and will not last the week.

Thanks Fella for helping me out with sizing! Their customer service was so quick and helpful, they helped me online to find the perfect size. Bathers arrived so quickly and they are amazing! I now have a few pairs - quality is always perfect! Thanks again!

I have over 10 pairs of FELLA bikinis and their quality and cuts are unmatched. They dont fade or lose their shape after one summer like other luxury brands - you will have your pieces for a long time.
