Fellinis Restaurant

Absolutely delicious food. Lovely place to eat in. Relaxing music playing in the background. Great service and very friendly people who served us. Highly recommend, even if your not vegetarian! We will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

We had booked two evening meals at Fellinis Restaurant as part of a stay with Ambleside Manor Vegetarian Guest house. The food is excellent and the menu has been created to ensure the meals are tasty, wholesome and high in nutrition whilst being presented in a very appealing and appetising way. The staff are excellent providing a high level of service. Wine choices are good and easy to find a vegan wine if needed. We will most certainly be returning and look forward to our next meal there.

Our friends are vegetarian so we always try to get them somewhere with a good choice. No problem here - everything! Gorgeous cheese soufflé then veg filled pancakes were an excellent choice. Friends had asparagus starter and cauliflower steak. Very tasty and good sized portions. Only issue was not much choice of non alcoholic drinks. No problem for me and hubby tho 🤪

Two nights eating here. Can honestly say it's compares to the very best of anywhere we have eaten. Food is second to none, the service was incredible. Cheese souffle the second night as a Starter followed by an amazing main of Moussaka

We had a lovely meal here, we went for my husband’s birthday, and we left really happy! Attentive staff, the food was wonderful, well balanced and tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Fellinis was a delightful surprise on our first lake district holiday! Honestly some of the best vegetarian food I've had, and my non-vegetarian partner was also very impressed. Everything we ordered was interesting, tasty, and beautifully presented. I had the butternut squash and feta stuffed pancakes for my main, and the chocolate avocado mousse for dessert, which was especially delicious!

Incredible place, absolute must if you’re visiting Ambleside. The food was delicious and the staff were so lovely, couldn’t fault it!

Beautiful vegan food, really friendly and helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

The appraisers were amazing in both taste presentation. Our main course looked amazing but was not very special in the flavor department. It wasn't bad, just okay. However when the server asked how it was and my wife said her meal was a little salty but okay the server lost her composure and totally went off about how dare we tell her that at the end of a meal. So if you go and the server asks how everything was just say it was amazing regardless of reality to avoid a scene. We won't go back.

Staff were friendly and swift to take our orders and serve us. Overall a nice atmosphere. The starters and mains we had were very nice. I am giving a four mainly because I thought the desserts where not that special, especially after having two wonderful dishes before that I was expecting something really amazing but it was still good! I would certainly go back if I am in the area.

Delicious Mediterranean influenced vegetarian food and lovely, friendly service. The restaurant is comfortable and nicely decorated. When we were there (including a drink and coffee) our three course meal was about £25 each. Their menu is on their website. They also have a cinema and offer a combined cinema and meal deal.
