Fenals Garden

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful and smiling, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped – everything matched the description. A huge highlight was the amazing pool and the water slides for children – our kid was thrilled and could spend hours there. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with options for everyone. The location was also very convenient – everything we needed was within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children!

The hotel is quite clean, well-kept. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was tasty and varied. There is no all-inclusive, only full board, meaning drinks are not included, you have to buy them. It was quiet. Each room has an iron. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. I say the price-quality ratio is worth it. I think I will come again.

Booked in a hurry!! Wasn't 'cheap' though, for last minute!! (<48hrs)|We arrived very late (4am) due to flight delay. I had to wait until the next day for a safe etc. The fridge in the room was plugged in but locked!! Made a right noise!! There were no drinks in the room (water), which I've had in most 3 star but definitely 4 star!! Had to pay at reception for some water. Finally asleep around 5am. 9.18am the maid was banging on the door!! She was so aggressive and rude!! |Went to reception for safe key and pool towels. The pool towels were room towels and they were tatty!! Not white, at all!! Stained/marked! Gross!! When we changed them, we were given towels that I assume were what guests had left!! I wish I'd have taken a photo!! They were kid towels, football team towels and one can could only be described as a tasseled rug!! |The restaurant!! We had breakfast twice. It was basic and poor!! The wait staff and the egg cook, were all really lovely, polite and helpful. We ate one evening meal but again, I've stayed and ate at better 2 and 3 star accommodation!!|Second morning, the maid again, banging on the door and came back 3 times, all before 10am!! She said, 'No clean today' & tapped her wrist, I assume about time. This continued throughout our stay. The final morning, we had to be out of the room for 10am and she banged on the door again at 9.15am!! She was ruthless!!|The air-con wasn't the best either. Very weak.|The balcony was dangerous. Huge trip hazard steppinh out but when you were stood on it, it was on a slope and you felt like you were leaning/falling! |The bathroom was small for the amount of things in there!! You couldn't open the door properly due to the size of the sink unit, it always banged into the bidet.|It was a relatively short stay but it's made a lasting impression and not for any good or nice reasons!!|I would generously rate this a 2 star hotel, at the most.

Top notch hotel for a family vacation at Lloret de Mar! We had a wonderful time during our 7 night stay there. Absolutely best breakfasts and dinners we ever had! The dishes are delicious and the food is plentiful. Huge thanks to the local chef! The rooms are super nice and comfortable. All you need is right there (even the iron!). Air conditioning works perfectly during the summer heat. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they are always ready to help. Location is ideal for sea lovers: just a 7 minute walk to the Fenals beach (one of the very best beaches at Costa Brava!). The hotel’s located near a large avenue, however the place itself is quiet at night. The pools are ok, especially the kid’s one, however the pool for adults might be bigger. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a long term stay at Lloret de Mar.

Advertised as 4star hotel but in fact it’s far from that standard. Room basic but clean, bathroom needs renovation. Bar and restaurant very outdated, poorly organised, too many tables and not enough space to move around. Breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner at best mediocre. Food was heavily recycled- roast chicken thighs from lunch turned into chicken kebabs for dinner, vegetable leftovers (green roast peppers and potatoes) from lunch mixed into an omlet for dinner etc. Juice glasses and coffee cups were not cleaned properly, sitting on a black dirty, mouldy matt that was never wiped-it was quite disgusting. Sun loungers were covered in black mould-it is so odd as they are plastic so good power wash would clean it up easily. Apparently the management doesn’t care for hygiene standards. Location is not great, heavy traffic day and night will stop you from having a good sleep or relax at the balcony. There are only 2 super tiny lifts so getting up or down with a pram (that could barely fit in them!) was taking forever due to big queues. Never seen such small lifts in a hotel this big! The only positive points of this hotel are friendly staff and kids swimming pool which unfortunately is not accessible for wheelchairs or prams. Building a small ramp would solve this issue.

The hotel is nice, clean and close to the sea shore. We're very thankful to receptionist Nadia - she is very kind and helpful 👏 The meals are delicious. We're going to stay here again for sure)

I travel quite often and never came across such a non pleasant 4 star hotel. The rooms were not clean - a lot of hair on the bed sheets, finger prints and dirt all over the bathroom. Food wise - a lot of selection but most stuff are tasteless to say the least, tables are dirty and the weirdest thing, after a few nights, they stopped letting certain people fill water in the machine they have in the dining room (same with the juices they had there). What made me write this review is actually the weird request to stop brining bags to the dining room - meaning small bag with money, medications or anything important had to stay in the hotel room. Super weird and bad service overall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, there’s many better options around the area.

We stayed here for 1 week as part of a half board package that included seeing the Spanish GP over three days, we had a hire car, normally we prefer airbnb stays, overall we found it very good, and surprised at the value provided, decent sized terrace, everything worked, rooms are slightly dated, but clean, bathroom was great, shower was superb, towels changed very day, We arrived late, but suitable dinner was ready for us, we found the buffet very good, varied foods, excellent choice, staff very polite and super friendly, we took a travel kettle, and you have to pay for a mini fridge, worth it so we could have tea and coffee (and beers!!) in the room. Only 20 mins from beach, a pool view is better, less noise than a city view, there was only two spare points for charging, so bear this in mind, there is a well stocked big supermarket close. For the hire car we found some free parking about 5 mins away. The Hotel is situated in the better part of Lloret De Mar, loads of bars and restaurants
