A better experience on Wednesday, 2/22/23, than a previous experience in this Fendi store in the King of Prussia, PA mall store. I was returning a Black Fendi bag, birthday gift. The larger bag was not in store when my daughter went in to purchase it for me the week before, and it would not have arrived by mail until after my birthday. Because she wanted to surprise me with something at my brunch, she paid for the larger bag but brought the smaller one to the brunch, just to have something to present. The larger bag came in on Tuesday, 2/21, and the store contacted my daughter that it was in. I couldn't make it up to the store in King of Prussia Mall before they closed on Tuesday at 7 p.m. so I drive the 16 miles on Wednesday midday to fo the exchange. The client reps in the store make or break the customer experience, and thankfully, my experience was great because of the team in the store on Wednesday. Thanks, Fendi, for the satisfactory experience in store.
