Great quality teas and cakes. Even better customer service! I thought it was a little weird that the cashier didn't want to give me even her first name for this review, but as weird as things are today, I guess I don't blame her. She is a young Caucasian girl with long, light brown hair, and has to be one of the kindest people you'll ever meet! Warm, inviting and helpful. Did a great job! Highly recommend this place!

Taro Heaven in a Cup – You’ll Want to Come Back Popped into Feng Cha on Belt Line this last weekend and wow—this place seriously impressed me. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea with Boba and it was incredible—super creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and you can actually taste the taro. The boba was soft and chewy, soaked up the flavor perfectly. The vibe inside is cozy and really well-designed—minimalist, a bit artsy, and super clean. It’s the kind of place where you’d want to hang out for a while, either catching up with a friend or chilling solo with a good drink. Also, shoutout to the staff—everyone was really friendly and patient when I had questions about the menu. You can tell they actually enjoy working there, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely planning to come back soon to try more drinks (and maybe one of their desserts too!). If you’re in the area, this spot is worth checking out.

It was my first time coming here & it won’t be my last, the options you have to create your own drink here is so refreshing!! I had the Matcha Latte with cheese foam & 75% sweetnesses & it was absolutely delicious!! I also had the Strawberry Princess dessert & it was soooooo amazing! I could not decide which one I loved more. I will most definitely be coming back soon to try new items off the menu because everything looked so good!

If you are looking to cater from this Feng Cha, do it!! My husband and I wanted boba at our wedding and TeeVee and Yannie delivered! We got 4 flavors for our guests - original milk tea, Thai tea, kiwi basil, and dragonfruit and they were all delicious! We also got to pick the sweetness and toppings (boba, lychee jelly, etc) for each drink! Our guests loved them and so did we!! Communication and meeting with them was so easy. We can’t recommend them enough!!!! ❤️

Feng Cha is an amazing spot to enjoy unique and delicious drinks. My favorite is the *Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba*, perfect for those who love slightly sweet beverages. You can customize your order by adjusting the sugar level, ice, and even adding toppings (at an additional cost). The staff is very friendly and ensures the drinks are well-prepared. The space is cozy, perfect for studying/working or hanging out with friends. Best of all, it’s *pet-friendly*, so you can enjoy your time with your furry companion!

The best boba in addison 🧋 🌟 This place is a gem, they have it figured out better than any other location in the chain. I don’t know what they do differently but the boba is perfect every single time. Pros: - Amazing staff, always so happy to say hi - Owners are regular employees - Simple ordering system in person or screen - Lightning fast drink orders, less than 2 mins - You can get crazy with customizing your drinks - the price for the size is awesome - Flavors are rich, aromatic and smooth - Desserts are so delicious omg - the plants inside are all real and so healthy! - seating is comfy and everywhere - great for studying alone or hanging with friends - open super late for fun hangouts - tons of parking - great point rewards system for discounts Cons: - i come here too often and can’t stay away
