What a terrible experience. We waited over 45 minutes for our sandwiches. The first time we asked, the guy (probably Dutch, seemed to be running the kitchen and cashier) rolled his eyes and dismissively said he’d get to it. The second time we went up, he was sitting at the far end of the counter, chewing his own sandwich, and while pointing at his food with his mouth full, told us they’d make ours after he finished eating. This was already more than 40 minutes in! Just think how ridiculous that is.
We also noticed he wasn’t just rude to customers—he was yelling at his coworkers too. Honestly, he shouldn’t be working behind a counter at all. He seriously needs to take a course in basic ethics. We got our money back and left the place.
