License to ride: road tripping in Perth - SilverKris

"An award-winning, no-frills brewery focused squarely on beer, where guests can peer into an experimental brew area and chat with passionate staff about the brewing process. The tasting experience often includes a paddle of six different styles alongside a restaurant menu that incorporates produce from a nearby kitchen garden." - Fleur Bainger

Yelp
Feral Brewing I have seen in Google searches for a little while now in-between my trips to Snohomish. I saw on our latest trip that it would match with their operating hours when we were there so we made sure to make it a priority. Right now they are open two times a week. The brewery is at a residence and a lot of times breweries with this kind of set up are often really good ones. "Really good ones" meaning creative, flavorful beers and Feral Brewing lived up to that quite nicely. Steve got something super creative which was a Blueberry Chipotle beer. This was a dark beer and I believe like a stout. Definitely one that you would sip on. One of the owners, a guy said he wasn't sure if he'd make it again or kind of made it sound that way. Previous customers have taken a dislike to it so it's a "love it or leave" it type. We personally were into it because you don't see this beer anywhere and it is creative to say the least. I got Corn Cream Lager and it too was fantastic. It had that natural sweetness that you get when sweet corn is in beer. A tad biscuity with a nice, refreshing finish. We also had a taste of an IPA we had which we liked also. Very refreshing. I am not sure if you can go wrong with any of their beer options. I definitely recommend coming here for sure. Just look for the signs for the turn off on days that they are open. The owners are super nice and congenial so that rounds out my review to a five star issuing.
