Pros Only location, as it's near government complex and some food eateries. Cons...with photo attached 1. Very old place, and it seems not taken care of 2. Tv doesn't work 3. No brush ,paste, hot water machine 4. Small room and noisy, you can clearly hear all footsteps shouting kids whole night. 5. Swimming pool not usable condition. Very dirty. So, overall, 2500 pesos for the standered room, and it's not worth it. IF only you need to spend 1 night just to sleep and go, then you might consider.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the waiting area had a fish tank that was extremely dirty, and the receptionists were more interested in chatting with each other than in welcoming guests.||The room itself was in unacceptable condition – dirt everywhere and millions of ants crawling around, including on the bed! The bathroom towels were filthy, and we didn't even dare to eat at the hotel given the state of hygiene.||Though we were booked for several nights, we left after just one. This hotel is in desperate need of renovation, a deep clean, and proper staff training.

Very affordable, good service, clean and spacious room, and accommodating staff and security. An easy recommend!

For the 4th consecutive time I've been violently sick, vomiting with diarrhea after having eaten breakfast. This morning i had the continental breakfast , nothing cooked, so as to try to minimise any risk . Could there be an issue with cleanliness in the kitchen, are the staff trained in proper hygiene methods, are worktops and food preparation areas kept clean. I felt compelled to lodge a complaint at reception, so, hopefully this issue will be addressed and ultimately resolved.

MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER (NEVER AGAIN!) What you did not like to this hotel? To be honest none, the moment we arrived at the hotel. No one approached us, the receptionist just sitti g in front desk and that's it. They're just talking with their colleagues. There are a lot!! Totallya lot. 1.) Overpriced food and room - the food prices are very expensive. Same goes with a basic room that they have. 2.) Room accessories - The remote of the T.V., The T.V. reception is not clear majority of the channels, electric kettle (this is only a display and not functioning), and the comfort room had a broken doorknob. This is at room 216. 3. Hotel hr 3.) The food and room prices are exorbitant. Both the meals and basic rooms are priced very high. 4.) In room 216, there were several issues with amenities: the TV remote, unclear TV reception on most channels, an electric kettle that was decorative and non-functional, and a broken doorknob in the bathroom. 5.) Super slow internet connection - If you are working traveler, I don't recommend this Hotel at all. They only have 5 MBPS connection or less because. The morning shift receptionists were unresponsive and preoccupied with personal conversations upon our arrival, failing to greet or assist us promptly. There was a lack of communication regarding our early arrival request made during online booking. Despite indicating willingness to pay extra for an early check-in, no response was given. Upon arrival, we were informed that early check-ins were not permitted, with the standard check-in time being 2 pm. Despite offering to pay extra for temporary accommodation until our designated room was ready, we were informed there were no vacant rooms. This left us sleep-deprived and extremely fatigued after a long flight. We were allowed to put our belongings at the front desk but had to wait five hours before accessing our reserved room. This prolonged wait added to our exhaustion, making for a very challenging start to our stay. To cut the story short. This is my WORST Hotel experience ever. NEVER AGAIN! Always look the 1-star rating of this accommodation they are all true.

Located at the heart of Sorsogon City so the place is easy to access. A little bit disappointed during our stay since they are doing construction works of their pool so we were not able to avail of this inclusion despite paying for the room with pool access. Instead, they offered complementary breakfast. Yes, the price you pay for the room does not include breakfast.

Not again... as advertised, they have a pool, yes they do, its dirty and unkept. Things you need to expect in this hotel, PLUS - 1. Good location, spacious room, has internet connectivity, parking area. MINUS - 1. NO welcome drinks (coffee or what have you, I had to ask multiple times for service water).. 2. NO Grooming kits, slippers, and laundry bags.., 3. NO free Breakfast... 4. Not so comfy beds... 5. Unclean reastroom... 6. Dirty pool and unkept sorroundings... 7. They are doing construction works (welding/hammering et al) and the smell of the welding/iron works covers the place... 8. Staff were busy checking their social media accounts rather than assisting their paying guests... ONE of the (-) ***t hotel experience.

Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.
