Ferrari Flagship Store Milano

The Ferrari store offers an exceptional experience for enthusiasts. The staff provides a welcoming atmosphere, fostering a relaxed environment for exploration. The impressive F1 car suspended from the ceiling is a notable highlight. Furthermore, the availability of a vending machine featuring affordable Ferrari-branded items provides a convenient option for acquiring souvenirs.

I was simply browsing the store and reached out to look at the price tag on a T-shirt ,something every customer would normally do. To my shock, a female staff member rushed over and very rudely raised her voice at me, saying “The price is 170” in an aggressive and condescending tone, as if I wasn’t supposed to touch it or couldn’t afford it. There was no greeting, no assistance, just hostility. I couldn’t help but feel that her reaction was rooted in racial prejudice. I sincerely hope Ferrari HQ takes this seriously. A brand as iconic as Ferrari should not tolerate this kind of behavior in its stores. If you’re Asian or a foreign tourist, think twice before stepping into this boutique.

Nice walk around, free to enter. Very cool to see all the F1 Stuff and car parts that you can actually purchase. The hanging Schumacher car was amazing. The staff were kind and presentable and i enjoyed this, can be done in 15-30 mins

High end store with all the fancy clothing and accessories. F1 bolid inside is interesting touch. Some small items related to F1 cars on display as well. I visited as an interesting place rather than store.

Greeted with a smile from the man at the door. Classy clothing and accessories shop with expected expensive prices. However one can admire the beauty and history of Ferrari. Downstairs there are auto parts displayed for sale too.

You can enter for free and see Schumacher's F2002 hanging in the air, simulator is worth a try and a great overall experience, staff is very nice!

Awesome experience and really cool stuff. The pricing of the items are expensive. That is expected. It is also near cool sights such as the Duomo.
