The food was good, a lot of fresh fish and the price was reasonable. The only thing which was a bit uncomfortable is that you don't have much space and once we also had to wait for a very long time for the waiter to come and take our order.

This fish and delicacy market is a staple of Gothenburg. The building in the likeness of a church is quite striking on the riverfront and the interior, with its recent renovation, strikes the balance between fashionably modern and classic. There's both a market inside, with fish, cheese, and other delicacies, as well as several bars and restaurants.

We had lunch during christmas break (on the 26th of December to be precise), as we arrived a bit late for lunch, around 2:30pm, the place was deserted and we were seated and served immediately. We were offered a very limited menu, we picked all the food items available. Food quality is very good, although the fish soup was a bit too creamy for my taste. This is a must visit place in Gotheburg. Just go on a different date and time.

Well lit, clean and maintained as if it was just built last week. Staff was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Food was splendidly scrumptious. Did not notice parking but easily accessible by foot, bike or tram.

Excellent food taste. The ambience is very good and this is a very old restaurant and they have been renovated. Had Västerbotten Toast with Whitefish Roe Smoked sour cream, red onion, lemon Poached Cod Butter sauce, summer cabbage, new potatoes, whitefish roe Strawberries Crispy brioche, white chocolate, lemon, sour cream sorbet All taste very good. Must visit place..

The building totally looks like a modern church, but inside, there are three different fish and seafood restaurants that also sell fresh fish for takeaway. The place can be very crowded with tourists so it's not the right place to have a calm meal. But the food is pretty good so it's definitely worth a visit.

Incredible space with a fantastic atmosphere that truly stands out. The staff is very friendly. although the service was a bit slower than expected. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting!"

I've dined at Victor von G. I can honestly say this was one of the best seafood I've had. I tried 3 course meal, and each one was great including the dessert. The waitress was really nice. Imo this is a must if you happen to be in Gothenburg :)
