Just got back from a week at Feuerstein with our 18 month old daughter and it was one of the most enjoyable holidays we’ve ever had. We picked this resort in part due to the 70 hrs of childcare which catered to under 2s and while the standard of care was excellent, we barely used it as there was so much amazing stuff to keep us busy as a family.||With kids and adult spas, multiple (amazing) play areas, a mini farm, outdoor playgrounds a sports hall and loads of family friendly spaces we had no trouble finding fun things to do every day. That’s before you step out of the hotel ground and into the beautiful valley in which the hotel is situated. The hotel offers good quality carriers and off road buggies, both of which we used to do some gentle hiking with our daughter. You can get to some beautiful mountain spots pretty easily, just 10-15 walk from the hotel.||We stayed in an Alpenjade suite, which was incredibly spacious and had jaw dropping views of the surrounding mountains. The suites are close to lots fun stuff for tiny kids (play barn, mini playroom, sports hall, outdoor playground) and are really quiet, so would definitely recommend them from anyone wanting a bit more space, away from the main hotel building. ||Food is a huge part of the experience and we had a lovely time eating together. The food is good and the menu pretty varied, more importantly there were stacks of great options for our daughter, which meant happier mealtimes for everyone! All the food is included, but we did end up spending a small fortune on drinks (including a few bottles of truly delicious bottles of wine after some gentle upselling from their excellent sommeliers).||Most guests seemed to drive there, especially from nearby countries, but we flew into Innsbruck and took a hotel-arranged transfer, which was straightforward but quite expensive. If you’re planning ahead, looking at taxi alternatives could be a good idea.||Overall, it’s a beautifully-designed resort for families, especially with small kids. There’s enough to do that the days fly by, the service is excellent and both kids and adults have plenty of their own space. We will return.

We spent a few days at this family resort with our 2-year-old daughter. We were impressed by how everything is really centered around kids and it makes the holiday much more relaxing for parents! The hotel has many indoor and outdoor facilities for kids, so you never get bored and there's plenty to do on a rainy day. They also organise different activities every day. The location is stunning and very easy to reach by car. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Amazing resort nestled at the top of a stunning valley. Waterfalls and mountains surround the resort making for stunning views. It really is a paradise for families. There are so many things for the kids to do (playground, ninja room, iWall, table tennis, swimming pools, epic times water slide) as well as a whole set of organised activities for various ages. The spa and sauna area are wonderfully relaxing and quiet. The food, service etc. are all top notch. If you want to get out and hike or do other activities there is plenty on offer as well - they organize excursions for families, adults only, and teenagers.

One of the best properties we've been to as a family. We spent 2 nights there but we'll be back for many more. Our kids loved the property and didn't want to leave. My daughter woke up on the day of checkout saying - "Papa, can we spend a few more days here." In all the trips we've taken this is the first emotion that didn't require any prompting for me. It speaks wonders on how the team has built the property. ||The website doesn't do justice to how well this property is built and maintained. They have a barn (a 3 storey "nature" play house for kids), a massive outdoor play area, woodwork, painting, bread-making and many other activities through the day for kids. They have 3-4 swimming pools, 2 water slides, a sports arena, a mud room, a ninja room, horse riding, a petting farm, places to hike around - some amazing e-bikes (to rent). They organised a magic show one evening that our kids thoroughly enjoyed.||The spa rooms and family saunas, snooze room, etc. was lovely too. They also organised a parent padel tennis tournament which we thoroughly enjoyed.||The service was excellent and the team was very warm and cooperative. Vegetarian food could have been better but I've communicated my feedback with the team and they've proactively made note of it. ||If I were to visit again - we'd love to stay here for 5-7 days and that would feel like a 2-week holiday in terms of "feeling relaxed."

We’re just back from a week at Feuerstein and having major post holiday blues. This place surpassed all our expectations. We’re booking to come back in the winter to experience it again. The service and staff are exceptional. The property itself is gorgeous and meticulously maintained as well as being kid friendly so not too precious. We were blown away by the balance they’ve achieved of a luxury experience for parents and kids without compromising for either. All details were thoughtful and smartly done. The restaurant and food are beyond what we could have imagined. It’s miles ahead of any previous family resort dining experiences . Food, wine selection, array of dishes and ordering options all excellent. Whilst we only used the kids club a few times, the activities and staff there were brilliant. All were kind, fun, patient and took time to get to know our kids so they felt relaxed. Top tip would be bring a little rucksack and water bottle for kids to take into childcare with them. If you don’t have items (we didn’t) they have a selection at reception. The spa was a highlight for us. Over a week we had multiple treatments between two adults and all were expertly done as well as being great value. Overall, this was an incredible family holiday experience. It shines in all weather, caters for the entire family and we left feeling refreshed and connected- brilliant!

We had an amazing time at Feuerstein, they catered to every single need not just for the kids but also for adults, we loved the longer sauna nights that we as adults could use for some downtime. The food is amazing, they even had a special gluten free menu for me, which was very much appreciated! The fact that there are so many indoor options for the kids make this a great all year destination sun, rain, snow, you will have things to do. We will definitely return!

We stayed here as a family for several nights during a recent trip through the South Tyrol region. We hoped it would be restful and enjoyable for everyone, and our time there surpassed all of our hopes and expectations! Everything about this resort is thoughtfully executed from check in to check out. The food is incredible, the views are magical, the activities are fun and engaging, and the staff is so kind and professional. Our older kids (4 and 6yrs old) loved the childcare program. They begged to go every day and never wanted to be picked up. We hope to get the chance to come back some day!

A lot has already been said about the hotel which I won’t repeat. ||My thoughts are that if you are looking for a fun family mountain based holiday (like we enjoy) you need to know that it’s quite difficult to reach these areas without a car. We have visited better areas (Serfaus) for family mountain fun, although the go karts at Ladurns are highly recommended!|There is a free public bus, but it’s only hourly and takes quite a long time with little kids! ||I definitely wouldn’t come here to ski as I like to be much closer to the mountains. ||Being in the valley is very picturesque. Be aware the walk to the waterfall is not as family friendly as it’s made out to be! It nearly 5k and very hard work for little legs. ||Overall we had a good trip enjoying all the amazing facilities the hotel had to offer, but I probably wouldn’t return purely on location basis. But maybe having a car could convince me!
