Great location if you want to visit temples. Not far from MRT and ferry terminal. Nice cafes in the area as well as street food and local markets. We didn't really take advantage of the facilities although the washing machine was welcome. Staff were all pleasant.

A peaceful oasis in a busy city. Best decision for our stay in Bangkok with 2 children. They loved the pool, the koi pond (were even allowed to feed), the restaurant (favourite food: plain spaghetti and chicken nuggets...). Many children around. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy. Nothing really luxury, but that was not our expectation. Water power was great. Breakfast buffet absolutely okay for a couple of days, loved the home made bread and banana muffins.

With an Update We styed here twice during our thailand trip in december 2024. It was our first family trip with our 5-years old son and we were so glad to choose this place for our first and last destination and base. The stuff was so nice and helpful. My husband lost his luggage when we arrived from Germany and the reception team helped us so good! Our son loved the pool. Perfect for swimming beginners and babys. The fish area with the kois fascinated him. He had so much fun watching the fish. And he loved the cozy kitty cat at the reception. The breakfast was ok for the price. A better selection of fruits and soy milk and a bit better coffee would be perfect. But all in all we enjoyed it. So we decided to come back at the end of our four weeks thailand trip and we booked the hotel on new years eve again. It was an unforgettable experimce to be there during this festival time. The hotel is closed to Wat Pho and there was the great new year party. So we could go there by foot and enjoyed the fireworks. Great opportunity to visit the ancient old Bangkok from this place. All in all it was so perfect there, we decided nowerdays to come back again. So we booked again for march 2025. We are looking forward to this and meeting the team again. We hope we can get our room in the first floor again. Warm regards from Germany, Family B. Update after our stay in March 2025: Unfortunately I had to downgrade.my rate. This time we were a bit unsatisfied. Thankfully we got our old room again, but now we realised after 6 weeks of travelling through southeast Asia, that the standard is too low for what you get. The bathroom is very simple a d needs an update. But the worst was the noisyness this time. Everyday at about 5 am, the bakery under our room startet and they loudly knocked on something. We are all well sleepers, but this din woke us up every morning. I cannot understand why they do this directly under your room. The breakfast was the same lame things since one year. Every single day the same and no good choices. The team was very reserved and desinterested. The room service didnt always properly worked. We came back after 2 pm and the room was still dirty. Well, all in all too much negative points. So I had to reduce the full stars rating. I think we will choose another hotel next time. Very very unfortunate. But other hotels are more modern and have more services for a lower price.

Big room, with natural light and very comfortable bed. Frigobar, water, coffee, and tea available. Closet to keep everything organised. Very chill neighbourhood, close to all important temples, street markets, restaurants, and the metro. Nice (and necessary) swimming pool. Good and complete breakfast available .

Based on the pictures, we expected much higher quality, so we considered it abot overpriced. Thin walls, kitchen smells coming in under the door, and weak water pressure in the shower. The location is unbeatable, with a café just about a meter away. The bed is huge, the high ceilings create a spacious atmosphere, and there’s a constant supply of hot water.

Nice hotel with simple but clean rooms and a pleasant courtyard, tucked away in a backstreet, close to Bangkok's main temples and Royal Palace. Staff mostly friendly but at checkout they made me pay 3 euros for an accidentally broken coffee cup that probably cost them 20 cents. The receptionist first said 50 baht, but then she all of a sudden 'remembered' it was actually a 100 TB. That left a bit of a negative aftertaste. Pity, would have rated them better otherwise.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling urban jungle ! This place is so nice and quiet. Loved the courtyard with chill music, nice pool, nice water bassin with gold fishes. We had a family ensuite with 3 beds, a separate living room and a full bathroom. The room was spotless and originally decorated. Beds were comfortable. TONS of storage (closets and drawers) Close to everything you’ll want yo visit. More « authentic » and laid back area of the city. Highly recommend !

Overall 9/10 experience. Firstly the location of this hotel is pretty good as it’s close to the grand palace and to some really good restaurants. The rooms are clean and have fairly good sound proofing as well. I could barely hear the construction on the other side of the building. The pool is not the cleanest but it’s not bad, there’s still people playing in the pool almost all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful with any requests you may have. Would recommend ✅ There is a strict no durian and no weed policy which is fair. Also there’s a couple of really chill cats around the property which is always a plus.
