I have been there to pick up my tourists so no comment on the room. Personally, I found this hotel one of good choices for those who wish to visit the historical zone. Nearby everything including food, but not yet metro line. The interesting sites nearby are The grand palace, wat pho, wat arun, khaosan road, local morning market, wat suthat, giant swing, etc. Hotel staff with good hospitality, lobby and restroom are clean. Enjoy swimming pool at the end of the day or late afternoon after a day tour. (:

The hotel is ok and there is nothing particularly bad with it, but it's a little overpriced imo. The rooms are basic and lack proper seating, proper windows, and despite the name there are no balconies at all. The location is great, though.

For a 3-Star hotel in the heart of Bangkok this hotel was really good value for money. The rooms are definitely 3-star quality, basic but very clean. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers on the top level however the dryer didn't work properly for us so we hung all our washing around the room. Your room is serviced daily with fresh towels provided. The hotel's restaurant is also very pleasant if you're too tired to go out to get food. The hotel appears to be quite popular for families and backpackers so expect it to be quite busy. The pool was nice, although needed a bit of clean. But that wasn't a big deal for us seeing as it was incredibly humid and the pool was always busy every day. We checked in at 2am and the hotel has 24hr reception which was great. Also this hotel is perfectly located to all major temples. Walking distance to everything. Just be careful of scammers, dont believe anyone that approaches you off the street in English and says "the temple is closed" and gets their tuk-tuk friend to take you to another really small temple for "cheap". Walk every where, dont take a Tuk-Tuk or taxi.

Great location if you want to visit temples. Not far from MRT and ferry terminal. Nice cafes in the area as well as street food and local markets. We didn't really take advantage of the facilities although the washing machine was welcome. Staff were all pleasant.

A peaceful oasis in a busy city. Best decision for our stay in Bangkok with 2 children. They loved the pool, the koi pond (were even allowed to feed), the restaurant (favourite food: plain spaghetti and chicken nuggets...). Many children around. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy. Nothing really luxury, but that was not our expectation. Water power was great. Breakfast buffet absolutely okay for a couple of days, loved the home made bread and banana muffins.

Nice hotel with simple but clean rooms and a pleasant courtyard, tucked away in a backstreet, close to Bangkok's main temples and Royal Palace. Staff mostly friendly but at checkout they made me pay 3 euros for an accidentally broken coffee cup that probably cost them 20 cents. The receptionist first said 50 baht, but then she all of a sudden 'remembered' it was actually a 100 TB. That left a bit of a negative aftertaste. Pity, would have rated them better otherwise.

Overall 9/10 experience. Firstly the location of this hotel is pretty good as it’s close to the grand palace and to some really good restaurants. The rooms are clean and have fairly good sound proofing as well. I could barely hear the construction on the other side of the building. The pool is not the cleanest but it’s not bad, there’s still people playing in the pool almost all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful with any requests you may have. Would recommend ✅ There is a strict no durian and no weed policy which is fair. Also there’s a couple of really chill cats around the property which is always a plus.

Big room, with natural light and very comfortable bed. Frigobar, water, coffee, and tea available. Closet to keep everything organised. Very chill neighbourhood, close to all important temples, street markets, restaurants, and the metro. Nice (and necessary) swimming pool. Good and complete breakfast available .
