Adorable, absolutely adorable!! This cute diner is a MUST stop! Staff is very nice! Be kind they are under staffed (it took an hour to get our food-take a book or enjoy your company conversation) BUT it was well worth it! Absolutely divine! The homemade sausage gravy is mouth watering. Sausage links were huge. Pancakes, huge! Don’t miss out on the place! We will visit everyone we go back to coudersport!

Google
No this is not a Michelin star restaurant but if it applied to the standards it could be. Fezz serves breakfast all day plus other types of food. My husband said his burger was special due to being what a bigger is supposed to be. The kids eating their waffles were really enjoying them!

Google
Let's start by complimenting the staff, they were all so friendly. The diner has a great retro theme to it. Big bang for your buck. The portions are very generous and the food is delicious. ***CASH OR CHECK ONLY*** they have an ATM in the event you done have cash on hand.

Google
Amazing old-school diner by Cherry Spring Stare Park. Yummy and large sized portions! I shared a biscuit and gravy and one pancake and there was still food leftover. Server was kind and attentive.

Visited 3 weeks ago, but now says it's temporarily closed. Hope it opens back up. Cutest diner along our route. Definitely a step back in time, and even my kids found it interesting. Food was delicious and the portions were HUGE!.

Google
So glad we stopped here. Thanks to Google Maps for highlighting it. First, this place is cash only, but there is a atm at a grocery store within a 1 minute walk. Second, the pancakes are the size of a dinner plate, not a half dollar, so still order 3, but be prepared to walk out with a doggie bag because you will still want to eat them all. They should serve them with a pizza cutter. Bacon cooked to the stage right before burnt. Speaking of not burnt, the coffee was surprisingly fresh, and they kept my cup full. Even if the food was awful, you could still give it a passing grade because it oozes with charm (and cleanliness), and the two ladies serving treated us obvious tourists like we were regulars. It truly holds all the character of this bygone era, and it was a virtual history lesson for my kiddo..Eat there, and then do a little shopping in the rest of the Mill Stream plaza which are apparently hurting for business since Dollar General has moved into town .

Google
Clean place! The food is delicious! This is our 3rd time here and it’s always a great experience. Love the drive to this place! It’s surrounded by a great view lots of trees.

Google
This place is the best diner i have ever been too. The food was excellent. And pleeeenty of it. I highly highly recommend eating here. Just outside coudersport pa. On route 6. They open at 6am and close at 3pm. Take cash because at the time i am writing this they don't accept cards. Cash or check only.

Yelp
We stopped in here again for our 4th time. Super good as always and the service was great and she was very friendly. We sat in the back dining area with all the cool 50's decor and music. Food was fast to get out to us and we ate it right up.

Yelp
Cool retro diner that only takes cash or checks. The friendly staff knows all the locals. It becomes quite busy around noon. Their breakfast food is typical diner food. Decent bagels. I would skip the home fries and get their French fries instead. They only have cheesecake for dessert, and they close at 3pm.

Yelp
We stayed at Coudersport for Juneteenth weekend and went for brunch after following Yelp's reviews. I must say that the reviews didn't disappoint and we had a great time. I like diners for the way they look, but the interior of Fezz's diner is even beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The walls are decked with cult favorites, photos of musicians, etc. It was a Sunday and the place was busier compared to the number of waitresses. We were lucky to get a place for four. Our waitress wasn't that chatty, else I wanted to know more about the place. The menus are printed on paper and not laminated. We ordered the meat lover's sandwich, Fezz's big breakfast, pancake sandwich, and steak and eggs. The prices were reasonable. The food took a little longer to prepare but they were fresh and tasty. We wanted the steak to be medium rare but it was more on the medium side. I feel that there is a usual crowd that visits the diner regularly. This place is cash only and the nearest ATM is not really nearby. You don't really get to know it unless you find a table to sit at because the servers don't tell you so.

Yelp
Best place for breakfast in the area, especially after a long night under the stars at Cherry Springs State Park.

Yelp
This is a must visit in and/or around Coudersport. Always stop here for breakfast when visiting the area. Food is great with generous servings; service is friendly and efficient; and prices are more than reasonable. Only regret is that since the pandemic, their serving hours have been reduced, so they're not open for dinner any longer.

Marie D.

Yelp
Fast friendly service. Great food great prices. Tucked away in a small town family friendly atmosphere.

Yelp
The hours are limited, but I'm glad we got to stop in. I had a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and it was delicious. Service was excellent. The place is a time warp. It was the old 1954 Silk City Diner from Bethlehem PA. Stop by if you're in the area.

Yelp
Absolutely loved the decor at this diner, from the funky exterior to all the groovy decorations inside, we felt like we had entered a time machine from decades ago. You really can't go wrong with classic diner food and they had all the traditional dishes you would expect. The prices were extremely affordable and the servings were hearty. I had the biscuits and gravy which were good. I was not a big fan of the home fries which had a slightly cheesy aftertaste. In terms of COVID precautions, this restaurant did a good job, the employees all wore masks and certain booths and barstools were taped off to make sure people could eat physically distanced. Also make a note that this diner only accepts cash or check, but there is an ATM next door. Overall, it was a cute place to get breakfast and we really enjoyed the funky vibe.

Neyen M.

Yelp
First and foremost, they DO NOT take cards, cash or check only. There are signs on the door that state that they are short staffed. We saw 4 people, but there were probably a couple more in the kitchen. The feel was nice, we ate in the old side, where it was just the diner originally, but could see in the back for the other seating and it was a nice time. We waited maybe 15 minutes from ordering to getting our food(there weren't very many people here when we came in). Food was good, the biscuit and gravy meal was a lot, but the gravy didn't have a ton of taste, it was still good though and the corned beef hash was also good. All in all, it wasn't amazing food, but was good, but also, it was still worth it for the amount of food.

Thomas P.

Yelp
We used to go here often when we camped at Cherry Springs. Our recent visit didn't go very well. First thing you see are multiple signs saying they are short handed and service will be slow. And they didn't lie. I think the entire staff totaled 3-4 people. The food was good. But we waited over 30 minutes for 4 people and breakfast. My suggestion is to be open 6-7 days a week. When you cut the number of days you are open, people don't want to work because you aren't offering enough hours. And as to competition, Galeton has 2 breakfast places, and Coudersport has Kaytee's. And they're open all week with plenty of help. I hope they get things sorted out.

Yelp
We love coming to Fezz' , sure to miss having breakfast while we were in Potter this time. Short staff caused them to be closed. Come on people get back to work, pandemic is over! Love everyone at Fezz' see y'all again soon!
google avatar

Christa B.

Yelp
Based on the reviews, my husband I decided to eat breakfast Fezz's Diner while we were visiting Potter County. What a mistake! We walked in and sat in the front of the diner at the counter. It wasn't super busy. A male employee saw us. After 7 minutes of being ignored when staff was walking right by us. We left. It was like we were invisible. And I'm glad. We had the best breakfast ever at Kaytee's Family Restaurant in Coudersport. Unless you have all day to sit and wait, I'd go elsewhere.

Yelp
This place is amazing. My husband and I were visiting to spend time at Cherry Springs and came here for breakfast. Love the kitschy 50's vibe and as something of a potato connoisseur, I was surprised by how delicious the hash browns were. Bagel breakfast sandwich was delicious too and everything is so cheap! If I lived here, I'd come to this place every weekend. Def check it out if you're in the area.

Yelp
We stopped at this spot for breakfast and absolutely enjoyed our meal. The servers were very kind and welcoming and the food was top notch. They only accept cash however there is an atm near by.

Yelp
Omg! Great breakfast, fun atmosphere, such a classic diner. It feels like a complete step back in time. Remember to bring cash, they don't accept cards, there is an atm near by

Llew W.

Yelp
Was in the northern tier and stopped her for breakfast on a dreary rainy sunday AM. What a nice surprise this turned out to be. The food was GREAT, the ambiance was nice as well. Will most certainly be stopping here again in future trips to the area.

Yelp
This place is absolutely terrific, the menu is vast and the food is very high-quality. My favorite thing to get there is breakfast but I'm sure every meal is fantastic. Truthfully whenever I go to work for "diner" I expect the food to be very substandard but that is not the case here at all. You can tell that they really care about the ingredients they use. I'm not saying it's super gourmet but it's definitely not the cheapest stuff they can find, (if it is then they are terrific bargain hunters). Anyway, we all know what a diner is so there's really not much more I can say other than you should go it's really nice. By the way get the home fries they are really good, I like them well done/ crispy, you will as well.
google avatar

Jen N.

Yelp
On our way out of town we stopped by for dinner! It s fantastic! We had pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and ham! We are definitely stopping back when we return! This place is a must!

Yelp
Stopped in for breakfast while camping at Cherry Springs with some friends and were we glad we did! The portions were large and reasonably priced. I wasn't too hungry and ordered two eggs and a pancake with a side of sausage links. Little did I know that the pancakes were the size of dinner plates. Well it must have been good because I ate it all. The sausages were real and a little on the spicy side- which was great because I expected bland breakfast links. Next time I go check out the milky way this will be a stop for sure.

Yelp
Great little Diner try to go there at least twice a week for breakfast

Yelp
Note: "Cash Only!" I had a great meal here on a Saturday night when I was up to visit Cherry Springs State Park. It wasn't too crowded and the food came right away. We ordered 2 burgers and a side of garlic fries and everything was delicious! Lots of 50's kitsch hanging on the walls, so that was fun to look at while you waited for your food. Glad we dropped in!

Yelp
As far as diners go, this is as good as it gets. The atmosphere, totally taking a trip back in time. The prices, really reasonable. The food, large portions and delicious. The service, like any good diner, friendly but no-nonsense. We saw how reasonable the prices were and after of evening of camping at Cherry Springs State Park close by, we were all very hungry. I'm not sure how we fit all the food on our little diner table. Everything was delicious. You're probably not going to get vegan options here. And neither should you. Think butter on pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, and french toast. I can't think of a better place to go after camping! If you're passing through on a road trip, camping, or anything, this is the place to stop for some diner comfort food. If you're not already planning to spend the night at Cherry Springs State Park, you should. The stars at night are worth spending the night for - and they are known for having the darkest skies on the East Coast! Enjoy your meal here. It's wonderful! I definitely plan on coming back next time I come to camp.

Yelp
Cheesesteaks are great the whole breakfast menu is great. Great vibes and friendly atmosphere to this cool 50s style diner. You'd have to be picky to not like this place it's a local favorite
google avatar

Yelp
We were staying in the area. We took a drive to see the Lyman Run dam area and stopped at Fezz's for lunch. What a great diner and a step back in time. It was fun looking at all the great items around the inside. The food was great and the service fun and made it a great time. Thanks to all the staff for a great meal and visit

Yelp
Good place for weekend breakfast/brunch. Classic American themed place. Most of the waitresses are very friendly.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
It all depends when you go. The breakfast are big and reasonably priced. They only take cash. One of the people in our party got sick from the food. This has been repeated to me by several locals.

Yelp
My family and anyone I've ever taken here love Fezz's Diner. I live near Philly and have a hunting camp near Galeton so we don't get up to Potter County very often, but when we do we never miss a chance to get breakfast or lunch here because the staff makes us feel like we walk in the door every day, and what you get for what you pay is far better than anything we'd see down in Philly. Delicious, hometown cooking, friendly staff, relaxed dining without feeling rushed and my coffee cup never gets empty until I say when. We're not talking filet mignon and lobster tail here, just your basic diner food, but tell them what you want and you'll get it, even if it's a little off the menu. Well above average dining experience for a well below average price. Again, I now live near Philly, so take that for what it's worth, but I grew up in Potter County and have been to a lot of restaurants there, but Fezz's is the one place my kids won't let me pass by when we come up to my camp.

Yelp
Cool diner car and good food. Service was good. Nothin better than down home cookin. We all had cheese burgers and better than those crappy chian burgers

Cindy S.

Yelp
Best breakfast spot in Potter County! Great food, friendly service at a reasonable price!

Ryley ..

Yelp
This was a nice and affordable place for breakfast. I went with my friend and the total for two of us was 15 dollars. Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is amazing!

Yelp
Stopped in for a late lunch. I love the nostalgia of these old rail car style diners. Reminds me of the one we had where I grew up. We went in and were seated promptly and our drink order was taken. Our drinks arrived quickly, and our order was taken. It seemed like it took quite a while for our food to arrive, and our waitress wasn't very attentive at all. When our food finally did arrive it was very good. I had the Pittsburgh Burger and it was fabulous. The fresh cut fries were very good as well. My wife had the BLT, my son had the blue burger and my daughter had the grilled cheese. Everyone was very happy with their meal. We did have to ask twice for ketchup, and my wife eventually just snagged one off a different table. I asked for honey mustard on the side which I didn't get, and my son asked for lettuce and tomato on his burger which he didn't get and had to ask for again. That's the reason for only 3 stars. The food was excellent though. I would return here to eat again.

Yelp
We love this place. So retro. We come here every time we're passing through the area. Service is good and food is delicious. Atmosphere is fun and always so much to look at around the back room.

Scott L.

Yelp
Amazing food with amazing atmosphere, we stumbled across Fezz's while in a motorcycle ride through Pennsylvania. The food is amazing, the portions are excellent and the price is reasonable. You have to make sure you go in the back of the restaurant once you walk in the door... you will be amazed how large and nice it is back there as well, nicely decorated with retro memorabilia too...

Matt R.

Yelp
I ordered hot roast beef and mashed potatoes and gravy, which should be every diners feature item. The gravy was thick and very dark brown which means it came from a can. The food was tasteless but we are not exactly located in downtown LA, this is very remote and there's no Texas roadhouse within 75 miles, and I think the people who live here have grown up accustomed to what's available. It was a friendly place to the locals who frequent it, but I got the bare minimum of attention.

Neel P.

Yelp
We came to Cherry Spring State park from Philly for obviously, night gazing, and we were hungry. We were not sure where to look for a nice place to have some food before we can continue with our night gazing. After strolling around here and there, our eyes fell on Fezz's community diner. We thought to give it a try. I was amazed by how friendly staff members were. The waitress welcomed us in such a polite and friendly manner unlike Philly's. The amount of food served for the price you pay is WAY WAY better than what I have seen in my life in Philly. This place makes anyone comfortable, especially for us, who came from Philly and is just astounded by the outback of this area. Did I mention "Free wi-fi"? YES. This was the best thing ever ! I was able to make wi-fi call to my relatives and was able to check my stuff on my phone. This place is a true bliss. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely come back here whenever I'm around this place !
