In His New Cookbook, Palestinian Chef Fadi Kattan Honors the Flavors of the West Bank

"In 2016, Kattan founded Fawda restaurant in Bethlehem, which offers an elevated twist on Palestinian home cooking: tahini-rich hummus and lamb shanks braised in cardamom and fermented yogurt."

I've had several people recommend Fiamma and I finally got to check it out. We had the rice ball which was just ok. I wish they had an Alfredo sauce to choose instead. The coconut shrimp was good just smaller than I've had at other places but good flavor and i really liked the dipping sauce. It's a little spicy. The main dishes were good just not great. The food is too overpriced for the lack of flavor. My bread bowl was a waste of money. The gnocchi was good but the bread was hard and unable to be eaten. The alfredo dishes lacked something but i'm not sure what. I also don't understand why the alfredo is $22 but then you pay $4 for the fettuccine. I understand the $8 for adding shrimp. So shrimp alfredo is a $34 dish. The staff was very nice and on top of things. Hated how tight the booth was. Not enough room. Would not run back any time soon.

The staff is super friendly! The service is fast! The garlic bread they give is amazing! The portion size and quality of the meals are out of this world! Enough for 3 meals. Be prepared to take some home.

Vegetarian review: The menu items are very mid-western influenced which means LOTS of thick layers of melted cheese that hides the flavor of the sauce at times and stuff that's drizzled in oil. The service and servers are lovely - they actually bag your leftover food! The eggplant rollatini itself was decent with flavorful stuffing inside. The eggplant was too thick to be 'rolled' and was more like flopped and topped with way too much melted cheese. It tasted 3x better the next day after the mozzarella cheese hardened and I could peel all of it off and allow the flavor of the sauce to come up. The side salad they served me was absolutely atrocious - felt like leftover lettuce with bottled dressing. It was a total letdown and I was appalled that something like that could have been served. The bruschetta was sweet. Way too sweet! And nothing like one would expect. The bread served with it only brought it down sadly unlike their table-bread which was much better. If you're expecting a typical bruschetta - this will hit the spot but for a different target. They charger ridiculous amounts for toppings - $4.99 for calabria peppers which turned me a bit off. This restaurant also does not have NFC so be warned in case you want to use a card and don't have it on you. They also don't let you punch in your card numbers. For a restaurant, they also have weird limitations - like no to go cups for your coffee. This restaurant is good for occasions for smalling groups though it can get tight inside.

Went for lunch and enjoyed every bite. Garlic bread for the table was dripping with goodness. Lunch for 4, with sodas was very reasonable and every meal authentic, home cooked, generous and absolutely delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be back for dinner.

Google
The service here is always incredibly amazing, and the food is surprisingly large. I particularly love their garlic bread—it’s the best garlic bread in Bethlehem. However, the food itself is just okay. I’ve tried it twice, but it hasn’t impressed me. If you’re a big eater, this place might be worth checking out.

Overrated + Overpriced!! Bread bomb only looks appealing, but sucks in taste. Very limited portion of sauce and meat to go with it. Extremely creasy, got my stomach upset next morning. Plus, very heavily priced.

A Taste of Italy Just Outside Downtown: Fiamma Italian Grill, nestled just a quick five-minute drive from the heart of downtown Bethlehem and boasting convenient parking, offers a warm and inviting dining experience that feels both welcoming and authentically local. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a genuinely friendly staff and a beautiful bar area that exuded a comfortable elegance. While waiting for our take away, I enjoyed a lovely glass of their house Chianti. It was a pleasant pour, setting the perfect tone for the Italian feast to come. When our order arrived, we were immediately impressed. The takeout containers were exceptionally well-packed and had a satisfying heft, hinting at the generous portions within. We had opted for a delightful spread: the homemade Crepes Manicotti with a side Caesar salad (featuring homemade dressing), the classic Eggplant Parmigiana served with penne pasta, and a refreshing house salad with a tangy Gorgonzola dressing. Let's talk about the stars of the show. The homemade Crepes Manicotti were truly outstanding. The two large manicotti were incredibly delicate, the crepes practically melting in your mouth. The filling was beautifully seasoned, and the sweet tomato sauce that enveloped them was simply divine – a perfect balance of richness and subtle sweetness. The Eggplant Parmigiana was equally impressive. The eggplant was perfectly cooked and layered with just the right amount of gooey, flavorful cheese and that same delicious, slightly sweet tomato sauce. Served alongside a generous portion of penne, it was a comforting and satisfying dish. Even the side salads were noteworthy. The Caesar dressing on the crisp romaine was clearly homemade, offering a fresh and zesty flavor that elevated the classic salad. The house salad was a simple yet enjoyable mix, and the Gorgonzola dressing was creamy and tangy, providing a lovely contrast. Beyond the exceptional quality of the food, the portions at Fiamma are incredibly generous. We left with enough leftovers to easily enjoy a second full dinner tomorrow, which speaks volumes about the value for money. Overall, my experience at Fiamma Italian Grill was fantastic. The friendly service, the inviting atmosphere, the delicious and generously portioned homemade Italian classics, and the convenient location with parking make it a must-try for anyone craving authentic Italian flavors in the Bethlehem area. I highly recommend Fiamma and look forward to returning soon!

Google
So a lot of ppl recommended this place to us, and I was ready! I love italian food. But to be honest... this just wasn't it. The food looked amazing, but it had zero seasoning, everything was just so blah. The service was so slow that we almost walked out. I think they heard us and sent someone over. Their son came over and gave over a dessert, which was the best tasting thing and was so cute from the kid. Probably will never go back.

Yelp
Had a great lunch outing with my Bride. Seated immediately, loved that they had a wide range of music playing softly. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive to all our needs, & answered all questions we had. Along with always having a drink there when we reached for it. We shared a rice ball w/meat & mozz stix as appetizers, & enjoyed Chicken Parm & a Veal Parm as our meal. Everything was OUTSTANDING!!! Along with being large portioned. (Not complaining) Ofcourse we couldn't finish everything, so we took it home for dinner along with a slice Fiammas triple chocolate cake. We enjoyed the entire outing & will be back. As Usual.

Yelp
We visited this restaurant and made a reservation. Wait time was only 10 minutes. Everything was great UNTIL we got to dessert. There were " "special" desserts on the menu. Decided to try the PISTACHIO RICOTTA CAKE $11 a slice . When I tasted it, it was SOUR. Waiter was kind, but said I can't take off the bill so I asked for the manager etc... sent over the " bar manager??" That was a bit concerning and suspicious. Finally a woman the "owner" ??came over and said we sold 3 of those cakes today... I said that's wonderful, but it doesn't taste right it's sour. She insisted that I didn't " like" the cake and wouldn't credit the money. Honey you then told me you got it from a "third party " lol ... is the third party Restaurant Depot or a place like it????? Do you realize food can go bad esp something with MILK products ????? Terrible that you claim you would taste it and never came back. An owner/manager that treats patrons like that is out of The ordinary. That clinched it for me that you are guilty. It's horrible to give honest feedback and someone claimed I didn't like it. IT WAS SOUR. I didn't even want the money ... it was honest feedback. I'm sorry if you felt I was complaining, I just didn't want to get sick. Stay hungry and be well

Yelp
Wow! Bring your appetite! This place has amazing food in HUGE portions. Make a reservation because it gets crowded. The meals were so delicious. We started with the complimentary garlic bread which was amazing. It had huge chunks of garlic and oil. We ordered the arancini appetizer and it was the side of a softball and so good. Our meals were all delicious. I had the bolognese bread bomb and my daughter has Alfredo with chicken. Both were so good. My mom had angel hair with meat sauce and I think her plate weighed ten pounds. We barely finished a quarter of our meals and took everything home. I asked the waitress of how someone finished a meal here and she said 5 times in 6 years.

Yelp
Make sure to have a reservation because it gets packed easily especially during the weekend. Honestly, the best Italian food in Lehigh Valley. From the free garlic bread to the pasta, it was delectable! Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the crab stuffed mushrooms. Service is great and casual ambiance.
google avatar

Leslie B.

Yelp
While the portions were large, the food was pretty bland and service could have been better. The dining room is also very loud and cramped. Prices are also too high for what you get. We'll try another Italian place next time.

Yelp
Fiamma is an Italian Restaurant in Bethlehem located off of Schoenersville Road. They are open Wed - Sun 11AM - 10PM. This place has been on my dine list for quite some time, so I was excited to finally make it in. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. Walking through the front door the first thing I noticed was how loud it was. The dining room is small and super congested. Unless you're on the inside of a booth plan on people bumping into you all night. As far as our server goes, she was nice, but had horrible timelines. Our appetizers, salads, and entrees came out just a few minutes apart. We had a whole table of food because we didn't get a chance to finish anything. The food was good, not great. The bread was hard and most of the food was too salty. I really enjoyed my entree which was the Angel Hair Gorgonzola. The vodka cream sauce and seafood was delicious. This dish would have been a home run if they used a different type of pasta. There is no delivery but they do offer takeout. Garlic Bread - 7.4 Caesar Salad - 7.6 Fiamma Mac & Cheese - 7.9 Crispy Fried Calamari - 8.1 Angel Hair Gorgonzola - 8.2 Chicken Penne Alla Vodka - 7.7 Tiramisu - 8.1 Food - 7.9 Service - 7.4 Value - 7.4 Restaurant score - 76

Yelp
Had a catering order done for my daughter's baby shower. Food was spectacular. The venue didn't normally use, but let us go off normal. Meal was planned 24 hours in short notice advance and they delivered.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. Best meatballs and sauce. I forgot to mention the garlic knots! Very good too!

Yelp
Authentic Italian food at it's best!! We had dinner for six this past weekend, and we were all amazed at how good all the food was, and the tremendous portions! And there are some just Gotta Have appetizers. #1 The 1 lb meatball topped with a huge glop of Ricotta, Delicious!! #2) The fried calamari - Perfectly fried! And all the entrees were perfection. I had the Amore Linguini. A huge portion of scallops and shrimp with linguini in a delicious red sauce, just like grandma used to make. And our server, I think her name was Kim, was excellent, with great service and suggestions for us all. Overall, a great suggestion for authentic Italian food when in the Bethlehem area.

Yelp
So great. They have gluten free pasta and their young son is just a doll baby. I asked him for his recommendation and he totally was on point. I got something I probably never would Have tried and it was phenomenal

Yelp
I came here with a big group of friends for a celebration. It was very cozy and crowded place - I take this as a sign that the food is good. However, I will say that I was a little sad because there were no pre-meal bread served to our tables. I got the pork chops and they were good. The serving size is incredible & I'm pretty sure I was able to get 2 more meals out of my leftovers. What shined here was the tiramisu. WOW. I have no words - other than that I wish I could eat it every day. It was impeccable (and trust me, I've made my own tiramisu before too). Would HIGHLY recommend coming here. Don't leave without trying the tiramisu!

Yelp
Great salads and chicken parm. Sauces taste homemade and coat pasta well. Eggplant is undercooked. Some breading comes off. Bread is hot and tasty with fresh garlic. A real treat. Seating could be reconfigured and decor updated. Think banquette seating all across either side.
google avatar

Esin A.

Yelp
Warm rolls with olive oil and fresh garlic were amazing. And we enjoyed them with Caesar salad with homemade dressing. Drinks are part of a great meal. I tried Limoncello Mule and brother enjoyed Tropical Italian drink with Bolognese entree. Fiamma makes amazing tomato sauce, which was served with the huge meatball dish. Ricotta cheese in this meal was also very good. Waiter we had that day was attentive and awesome. On another day we tried blackened scallops. Tomato, onion and squash stew on spaghetti meal was very good. Scallopini with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes and demi-glaze brown sauce made fresh in the kitchen was a good meal. On first trip to Fiamma, Lollipop Lamb Chops with arugula was very good.

Yelp
I have been following this restaurant on Facebook forever! I live in NJ and went to Wind Creek for my mom's bday today so I thought it was the perfect time to try it. WOW!!!!! Absolutely delicious.

Eric H.

Yelp
Been seeing posts about this place for about a year, so we made the hour drive up to give it a shot. The appetizer we got, the crab stuffed mushrooms was really disappointing. Very dry very small and one was so hard you couldn't cut it with a knife. But once the entrees came it was a whole new story, they were incredible. The gnocchi was stuffed with cheese and super light and amazing, the bread bowl was very good, the special was the Brooklyn parm, it was outstanding. Skip the mushrooms and get a nice dinner. We will definitely be back. Great spot!
google avatar

Abraham V.

Yelp
Came back from Italy a while ago and craving for some Italian food but wasn't as good as Olive Garden. Very pricey for the traditional meatball so the appetizer was ok in my opinion.
google avatar

John M.

Yelp
Service is just a tad chilly if you're not a regular. They're nice but a little stand-offish. You can tell when I local comes in. It's a nice clean place with polite people. Here's my issue. 1 pound meatball... who the heck stops in alone and can eat a one pound meatball?? If you don't get that they have small meatballs, maybe sisco... but not the same as the big meatball.. The bread... small stale rolls warmed with some oil, not olive oil on them and raw garlic. They need some good Italian bread! Crusty!! Had a Caesar salad last visit it was great. I also had sausage and broccoli Rabe... bland tasteless pre cooked rabe.. sausage was decent. Just ok, nothing to write home about.

Denise Q.

Yelp
This was our first time here and we were looking forward to the experience. The restaurant lobby is small so when large groups come in, it becomes cramped and loud. We started with a rice ball, which was seasoned well, although overpriced, but aren't all restaurants? My partner ordered the penne Bolognese and I had the Chicken Marsala. The Penne has robust flavoring and plenty of meat, but the Marsala was not seasoned and not prepared like a traditional dish. It was in a watery gravy, chicken was not browned, mushrooms were thick, and onions crunchy. Portions were very large. As for service, our waitress was mediocre. Pleasant enough in taking the order, but never checked in with us or asked if we needed anything. On the whole, it was an okay experience. We won't go back. It seems like sometimes the best meals and service come from the hole in the wall joints.
google avatar

Joy A.

Yelp
I don't know how I missed reviewing this gem! Foods always consistently excellent - get the meatball! You will fight your family for the left overs. The service is impeccable, value is incredible and honestly I can't find one less than stellar thing to comment on to make this more balanced - they are amazing and if you haven't gone, you're missing out!

Yelp
We stopped after visiting mom in the hospital. It was later but still busy. The staff seated us relatively quickly and served us garlic bread. The bread was good and garlicky. The waitress was over quickly and placed our drink order. The drinks came back quickly and we placed our order. The Cesar salad was good while tasty. We received our meals and the stuffed shrimp and Gnocchi was excellent. Wife's salad was good and seasoned well. I asked for a second drink that took a long time and arrived after I was finished with my meal. The place was packed and warm while the dinning was overly noisy. So I rated the meal a 4.5 and the service and ambiance a 3.5.
google avatar

Tom B.

Yelp
Really good place to go. Shrimp Fantasy, Alfredo Bomb, Eggplant Rolatini....all of them were very good and enjoyed by the people in our party. Other visits we've ordered Penne Vodka, Bolgenese, and several risottos. All very, very good. Service was excellent. I do think overall, it's a tight place and you are kind of rushed. So if you are looking for an intimate type of place, I'm not sure this is what you are looking for. If that is what you want, then you won't give it a 5 star review, it will be lower.
google avatar

Danielle S.

Yelp
All I can say is delish! We go here regularly and the Milanese Chicken or the gnocchi bowls are a go to! This place never disappoints!
google avatar

Scott P.

Yelp
This is my new favorite Italian restaurant. The food rivals my wife's cooking. If she was impressed you know it's great. Nice size menu and a bunch of specials. Kid friendly and accommodating to my pick kids pallet. Service was a little slow because they were packed. Bathroom was clean and place is well decorated. Too bad they're 1.5 hrs away or I'd be there weekly.
google avatar

Mel K.

Yelp
Our group all ordered the arancini knowing we were likely taking food home. I couldn't stop eating mine & ended up having to take my entire entree to go because it was oh so delicious. Our server was very accommodating to all of our needs. She was super friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their meal & most of us still ordered deserts to go. Great time & we will return.
google avatar

Bennett F.

Yelp
This place is a joke for an Italian restaurant... Start off with faux garlic knots that actually come with an obnoxious amount of raw garlic. Fried burrata - ice cold Fried mozzarella - looked like a train wreck wasn't isn't melted Lamb chops look like a dog chewed them before they were served Drinks - horrible Meatball was HUGE AND COMPLETELY UNAPPEALING Topped with whipped spackle I mean ricotta Server who was a complete idiot forgot to put my wife's order in... My daughter's shrimp were served raw!! When asked if she wanted a box she said yes for the pasta but the shrimp were raw...SERVERS RESPONSE------ Nothing walked away Overall this place gets 3.5 stars but at best deserves .5 stars for the dessert which was edible... NOT AGAIN...

Yelp
Wonder food, and great service. This is the kind of family owned restaurant I like. Huge portions, delivered to the table hot.
google avatar

Yelp
When I was a little girl, my beloved grandmother used to take me and my twin sister for a day out in our hometown. First, we'd go to church and then we would go to The Grant House for a giant meatball, a tossed salad, and a crunchy breadstick. I visited this fantastic establishment with friends of mine who are to be married next year. We were treated to wonderful hospitality, and a fun loving atmosphere. I ordered the Parmesan meatball with a side of spaghetti and a salad. It took me back to a wonderful, and loving time with my grandmother who I miss so much. I live five hours away, but I would happily drive here regularly for another family style meal like this.

Yelp
When you hear the word "bomb" it is usually connected to a bad thing. Fiamma has made the word "bomb" synonymous with out of this world! This restaurant is very cozy and welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door. I am a huge garlic fan and the bread smothered in garlic and oil was a an absolute hit. The fried lasagna tower was worth it by itself but the gnocchi bomb truly sealed the deal for me. Do yourself a favor though if you plan to eat here. Don't eat for three days straight before because you won't want to stop eating at this excellent restaurant.
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
The owner Joe is a self made restaurant entrepreneur. He has reached the pinnacle of his career with this restaurant, over many years of ups and downs. he's not just an owner. He is a chef and does the cooking along with his staff. They take great care with their dishes. You will not be disappointed. Everything is delicious. If you have eaten there once it's hard not to over order the second time. and bartender will make anything you want to perfection. The homemade manicotti is ridiculous. Best I've ever had.

Tina C.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Fiamma is the best of the best. Every single one of their dishes is to die for and leaves you wanting to come back for more and more (even though they give you so much that you could eat for 2 to 3 days after you leave there lol) Not only is their food incredible, their service staff and the hospitality from Rose and Joey are like no other. They welcome you into their restaurant like you are family to them. It is hard to find good people like them and hard to find amazing Italian food like Fiamma has. I go here all the time and will continue to. I highly recommend to all. Keep up the good work!!!
google avatar

Stacy Z.

Yelp
I have not been in for a while and asked three people to join me for there first time at Fiamma. They were all AMAZED! We are all sauce, meatball, chicken parm snobs lol and everybody was loving it!!! we had a booth which I highly recommend because it gets very crowded and it's much more comfortable after you try to make a dent in the gigantic meatball! I have been here many times and NEVER had a less than fantastic experience!! We were there Wednesday night and the hostess, bartender and waiter did a fabulous job! THANK YOU also for the two more meals I have with the left overs!! I can't wait!

Yelp
I understand the hype now!! Well deserved. Service is top notch in addition to the delicious food. Cozy interior. Made an online Sunday lunch reservation about a week prior & received confirmation. We were seated right away. The calamari was lightly breaded and served piping hot. The lunch entree portions are large enough for plenty of leftovers. The meatball will probably cover 4 meals for me. The veal parm was delicious! The red sauce is so flavorful. All the food tastes fresh and is well prepared. I had absolutely no room for dessert, so had the get the cannoli to go - it was also fantastic. Will have to go back to try the arancini, Fiamma salad, and lemon cake which I have heard good things about. They also offer family meals, which will be helpful to try for a busy week in the future. Parking lot is a little tight, but there were enough open spots. The outdoor area looks nice for warmer weather.

Candace J.

Yelp
Went here with a party of eight. The seating is tight; another reviewer said that they had outgrown the space and that seems to be the case. Parking is also tight in this complex. However, the food is amazing. The portions are humongous! I had enough for three meals! The table ordered the calamari and it was really fresh! The meatball is MASSIVE. When they say 1 lb, they mean, ONE POUND. It was super tasty and we shared it around the table. I ordered the Amore Linguini, and the seafood was fresh and cooked super well. The sun dried tomatoes are not the scraps that come out of jars, they are huge slices. I wish I had taken pictures but we were too distracted admiring other people's dishes! ; ) Make reservations.

Jayla E.

Yelp
The food here was amazing! amazing presentation and taste. I had the stuffed gnocci bowl. Our server was also super nice and caring and very attentive! The only thing I would say is that it's a tight space and the tables are close together.

Pauline S.

Yelp
Unbelievable portions. Food was delicious and our waiter was great. John our waiter recommended the fantasy. Chicken with artichokes, tomatoes spinach soooo good, Prices are great and leaving with plenty for another meal. Thanks John!

Yelp
I was in town for the night and was craving Italian food. I drove by Fiamma Italian Grill and it was calling my name. I pulled into the parking lot, parked and walked in. I was surprised with how busy the place was for it being a Thursday night. Immediately I was welcomed by the hostess and a gentleman very casually dressed. He and I had a short very friendly conversation and I ultimately decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was extremely friendly and we chatted about various things, but what I liked the most was that before everything was said and done: me, the bartender, the man at the host stand, and a very well dressed man in a suit (who may or may not have worked there) were all having a great conversation about nothing at all. It made for a great time and added to the feel of a great Italian restaurant where you can feel comfortable to just relax talking to old friends. In my case, new acquaintances. They really welcomed me and made the experience that much better. As for the food, I kept my options as safe as possible. I had the lasagna. The serving was much larger than I had expected. The lasagna was very good. I also chose to get the Caesar's salad with my lasagna. The salad was exceptional. Not sure what it was about the salad, but it was somehow better than any Caesar's salad I'd ever had. Finally, the one thing that I was craving when I walked in the door, bread. I was praying they would have bread and olive oil when I pulled into that parking lot. Wow! The large roasted garlic chunks on the little bread rolls and olive oil put me over the top on this place. I will be back!

Yelp
I reached out to Fiamma about this and asked to speak with them. They read my message but ignored me. I figured I'd try and give them a chance to redeem themselves or make it right. Maybe take accountability for what they know happened to hundreds of their customers on 12/24. My family and I had reservations for 4:30 pm, table of 6 on Christmas Eve. We walked in around 4:25 and at least 50 people were standing shoulder to shoulder. I was told these people were waiting for their takeout orders so I wasn't too concerned. I finally made my way to the hostess stand and told the girl we were here for our reservation and she looked at the paper and then just kind of walked away without saying anything. She didn't acknowledge us after that. I then realized there were other people waiting to be seated for their reservations and the takeout people were waiting 1.5-2 hours past their scheduled pick up time!! I have 2 young children who were being patient but understandably antsy. I asked the hostess 2 other times if we could just get our table after standing there for 30 minutes. She ignored us. I heard another staff member tell her not to seat the reservations. She said they had to focus on to go orders instead. Finally, at 5:15 I said "can we please just sit at our table and get a some waters?" Her response "fine, I'll risk getting in trouble." -- uhhh it's 45 min past our seating time and who says that to their customer who HAS reservation??? One of the staff members said "Joe really bit off more than he could chew." Well, where was Joe?? Why wasn't he there helping instead of throwing everyone to the wolves? There was 5 empty tables with servers STANDING around while customers waiting. The food - appetizers were ok. Adult entrees - two were mediocre, two were horrible. My husband ordered lobster ravioli for $35 for FOUR raviolis. My Father's carbonara had ham in it instead of bacon?? Possibly it was pancetta, but that is not what the menu said. The sauce was runny and disgusting. I got the Bella Italia that had a dry fried crab cake on top. We told the waiter that my Dad's carbonara was not good and the waiter's response was simply "oh, ok." The most appalling part of the whole experience that there was no Manager or lead staff member coming around to talk to guests, apologize, or trying to make things right for the disaster happening in the restaurant. The Owner and Management should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed they not only let this happen but treat their customers who spent hundreds of dollars at their restaurant like they absolutely do not care.

Kathy M.

Yelp
I have heard Fiamma was excellent food and large portions. We decided to try because everyone raved about it. I had 15 women for a night out. We had a package meal which included a salad a pasta and choice of entree. The salad was fine then came our pasta with vodka sauce family style. After we got done eating that they served our entrees. For those of us who got the shrimp scampi it was served with 5 shrimp in a bowl with the garlic butter sauce. We did not receive a pasta of any kind with it. I will never eat there again with a large group. For the price we paid it was terrible. I never had shrimp scampi served that way. when we asked for plain pasta to add to it, we were told I'll ask but I doubt it. I would not recommend Fiamma bad experienc!

Yelp
Fiamma Italian Grill's Chicken Scaparello with Sausage, Hot Cherry Peppers, Potatoes, Onions, and White Wine Vinegar Reduction is a gastronomic masterpiece that delights the senses and leaves a lasting impression. This dish exemplifies the pinnacle of Italian culinary art, blending traditional flavors with a touch of modern sophistication. The chicken in this dish is succulent and perfectly cooked, each piece bursting with savory goodness. The addition of sausage brings a delightful depth of flavor, enhancing the overall richness and providing a satisfying, hearty bite. The interplay between the tender chicken and the robust sausage is a match made in culinary heaven. Hot cherry peppers add a vibrant kick to the dish, introducing a spice that is both bold and balanced. Their heat is perfectly tempered, adding a zesty note that enlivens the palate without overpowering the other flavors. The peppers' natural sweetness also shines through, creating a delightful contrast with the savory elements. Potatoes and onions serve as the perfect accompaniments, cooked to a golden perfection. The potatoes are crisp on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside, while the onions add a caramelized sweetness that melds beautifully with the other components. This combination provides a comforting and hearty foundation that elevates the dish's overall texture and flavor profile. The pièce de résistance is the white wine vinegar reduction. This exquisite sauce ties all the elements together with its tangy and slightly sweet complexity. It adds a layer of sophistication, cutting through the richness of the meat and bringing a refreshing brightness to the dish. Visually, the Chicken Scaparello is a feast for the eyes. The vibrant colors of the peppers and the golden-brown hues of the potatoes and onions create an inviting and mouth-watering presentation. Each component is thoughtfully arranged, reflecting the meticulous care and attention to detail that Fiamma Italian Grill is renowned for. In summary, Fiamma Italian Grill's Chicken Scaparello with Sausage, Hot Cherry Peppers, Potatoes, Onions, and White Wine Vinegar Reduction is a culinary triumph. It's a dish that masterfully balances bold flavors with refined elegance, offering a dining experience that is both comforting and sophisticated. This is a must-try for anyone who appreciates the artistry of Italian cuisine. Bravo, Fiamma Italian Grill! This dish is a true testament to your culinary prowess.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. However, very small inside which doesn't say much for ambience. Place was packed for a Saturday night, obviously. But still waited 45 minutes when we had a reservation ahead of time I recommend going during the week instead of a weekend.

Yelp
Love this place, so many great choices to pick from. Wish it was closer and wish that it was not as crowded, so we could go more often. Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Fiamma is still on fire! Every time I go back or even do their family style take out with friends, the portions are plentiful, and the food is phenomenal. This time, for lunch, I got the Fiamma Salad with blackened chicken, (the best blackened chicken for sure) and it was delicious! The fresh garlic bread they serve prior to your meal is amazing as well. Full bar and a great wine selection. Definitely a fave of mine !

Yelp
Great service. Great atmosphere! Awesome food and I would definitely go again and again. We got 1 pound meatball, the Parmesan, and a bomb. The food was absolutely amazing. I could go every night.

Yelp
We made reservations last minute and it was the first time we were there. It was awesome in every way from the food to the service. Gray was our waitress and I give her 5 stars. She was very attentive but not over and really took care of us. I highly recommend you ask if she is available to wait on you. This restaurant really deserves 5 stars and we will be back soon!

Yelp
Food was excellent. Server was great. The place was packed. The business is doing so well, it's outgrown the building.. Plus, the parking entrance is horrible.

Yelp
First off I will say the food was wonderful, and the wait staff was pleasant. I will have to choose take-out in the future as I never plan to eat on site again. The place is super loud and we felt totally rushed thru our dinner to give up our table! The worst part yet is they have crammed WAY too many tables into the restaurant making it difficult to navigate a pathway to / from your table without tripping over other people. I can't believe this is allowed with fire laws. Good food. Horrible atmosphere.

Yelp
Food never disappoints here, the chicken fantasy is amazing but my all time favorite from here is their mushroom risotto. Absolutely phenomenal.

Yelp
I feel like we missed the mark here.... I was so excited to try this place. Drug my hubby there today for lunch and was very disappointed. Hubby ordered chicken francaise sandwich, we shared an aranchini appetizer, and I had the gnocchi Mac n cheese. Chicken sandwich looked great but did not taste great. It actually made my husband sick the rest of the day. The aranchini was pretty good until I got to the peas in the center. They were hard and cold. The tomato sauce wasn't as bad as some we've had but we're old school Italian... and the sauce tasted very tin-like. The gnocchi Mac n cheese was good, but extremely salty. I knew it would only get worse as it cooled down. I was very correct. Our server was very slow, did not pay attention to our empty cups, and was too busy complaining in the corner to a coworker. For a Wednesday afternoon it was pretty busy. I'm pretty sad about this
