Couldn’t have had a better experience. It’s obvious the owners/chefs are very hand on and invested in their booming restaurant. The food was amazing, the short rib pasta dish is truly to die for, the flavors are so eccentric. Service was great of course, thank you Michelle! Cocktails were extremely well crafted. To anyone on here leaving reviews about noise or ambience ? like come on. It’s Sun Valley’s hottest restaurant, of course it’s loud , we are all having a great time! We will easily be back. Thank you Brit and Kinsey!

The entire experience is pure artistry. Always the kind of affair I’m seeking when dining out. Every taste divine (insist on the Siciliano whether or not it’s on the cocktail menu, my goodness!). Bring your family, or your treasured companion, or come alone. Perfection. ✨

Sitting at the Chef’s Counter was an amazing experience. Front row seats to watch Chef Britt work magic in the kitchen. Throughly enjoyed the food, service and the entire experience.

We were able to get a coveted reservation at Fiamma by luck so we could celebrate my husband's birthday while we were visiting Sun Valley. It was recommended by some friends who visited at Thanksgiving and they raved about the food. The food was incredible but this restaurant was the whole package. Krista did more then serve, she celebrated right along with us. Our nine year old who is an infamously picky eater not only tried everything but didn't want to share with us, he wanted his own mains. Britt was so gracious and checked on us several times, making us feel like regulars. We enjoyed every moment. This restaurant hits all the spots! We enjoyed the focaccia , the meatballs, and the tagliatelle, our son had the boujiest butter noodles and the budino was divine. The food was what we came for but the whole experience was spot on and the bathrooms were gorgeous 🙌🏽.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was outstanding—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The server Kathy, was attentive, welcoming, and perfectly timed, making the entire evening feel effortless. Brady was fantastic to talk to, the wine selection was exceptional, with thoughtful pairings that elevated every course. This restaurant truly excels in every aspect. 💯💯 Meeting Britt was obviously the best part! We will absolutely return! Thank you for an amazing night 🤍🤍

We celebrated our anniversary at Fiama tonight and it was incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the meatball appetizer, tagliatelle, pesce meunière, creamed kale, and panna cotta for dessert. The service by all was impeccable but our server, Krista, was especially wonderful. We highly recommend making a reservation for Fiama when you plan your Sun Valley visit!

The restaurants atmosphere and experience were overall amazing. The waitstaff were very attentive, Krista and Nancy were very helpful in explaining the menu and added to the overall atmosphere. The restaurant is on my go-to list when visiting Sun Valley again!

The only disappointing thing about our first visit is that both Britt and Kinsey had the night off. The food was good too excellent. For appetizers we tried the meatballs, calamari, smoked bread with a sweet butter which sounds different but what a combination. All were excellent and we would have again. For entrees we had the best pork chop the group has ever had, squash ravioli in a brown butter sauce. Two of us do not like squash but to our surprise they were delicious and we would have both again. The other two entrees were the wild boar pasta and the bolognese. Nothing wrong with either but we would not have them again. The service was amazing. Our server was Michelle and did an excellent job. Also super impressed with the general manager Brian. He took the time to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of. Just to address other reviews talking about the noise in the restaurant. The restaurant was about 75 percent full and we had zero issues with having great conversation during our meal. Overall we would definitely come back again but what would even be better is if you would open another restaurant in Billings, Montana. Thank you for the great experience.

Fiamma is one of the newest restaurants in Sun Valley, so we decided to check it out. Our impressions were mixed at the best. We loved the interior and the friendly reception. However, problems started shortly afterwards. First of all, our waiter was not available most of the time so, for example, we had to pour our wine ourselves. A bit surprising. but survivable. And then came the food, and this was a big surprise. Pasta bolognese was way too salty. My osso buco had no flavor whatsoever. And the octopus appetizer was way too soft. The price, at $200 per person, would be fine for the great food, but definitely not for what we received. This is a price level of Michelin starred BCN Taste & Tradition or Le Jardiniere In Houston, while the food and service quality are infinitely lower. This is a new place and I hope that they will improve, but at this point in time, there is no justification for more than a three star rating.

Chef Britt, Chef Kinsey--ur food is SEXY AF!!! I'm bummed we missed u bc I'm a huge fan since Chopped many yrs back, but we had a party of four, had the burrata, Caesar salad, meatballs n focaccia for starters. All were delicious. I had the wagyu filet--cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. And yes I slathered my wagyu beef with Chianti butter. Melt in your mouth deliciousness! Hubs had the 16 oz NY strip n ate every bite, loved the Fiamma steak sauce. One of our friends had the wild boar rotolo and we all agreed it is the PERFECT pasta dish. Our other friend had the venison chops and they were so tender; the Calabrian sweet potatoes were the perfect blend of sweet and spice so the potatoes weren't cloyingly sweet. But we have just one request....market that rocky road gelato. OMG.....the caramel, the chocolate gelato, and we need to know what the crispy bits were. Fried waffle cone? I'm bummed we couldn't tell you face-to-face what an amazing dinner we enjoyed. Chef Britt--u did not disappoint, even in your absence. I have eaten at many a fine dining restaurant, several may have had renowned chefs. I can honestly say Fiamma exceeded my high expectations. Congrats to u, Chef Britt and also to ur lovely wife Chef Kinsey.

My wife surprised me for an anniversary dinner and we arrived on a Friday night and were seated at the Chef's Table!! SO very cool. Turns out the couple sitting next to us were old family friends which was a treat! They wrote an amazing Congratulations card for us and gave us a couple glasses of complementary, non-alcoholic bevs which we used to toast out wonderful evening. Service was outstanding. Everyone checked in on us but not in a weird, intrusive way. Just lots of joy. In order of our favorites: Brussels Frittata are freaking outstanding. I actually don't even like Brussels sprouts. Wifey is GF, Veg and doesn't eat refined sugar so this was her dish but I definitely scarfed down a few! Focaccia was baked perfectly, the honey butter was fab. Such a fan! Carrots were a favorite of my wife, she loved 'em. Mashed Potatoes were so yum but just a tinged salty for me. Anolini: I actually didn't finish this dish cuz it was too salty and the pasta was a little hard but I'm sure that was probably a fluke. I'd definitely go back. The owners were warm and present with the guests. There's a fabulous heated outdoor seating area to hang out at.

The food is spectacular. The meatballs are light and pillowy. The fried brussel sprouts were the best my family has ever had. The pasta, too, was prepared perfectly. The staff, amd particularl, Michelle, was attentive and helpful. Most thrilling, was meeting Chef Britt! She is warm and welcoming--just as I had imagined. Julia Y.

FiAmma is the new crown jewel of the Ketchum food scene. If you've been living in a cave, please meet Food Network star, Britt Rescigno and her wife, Kinsey. They have elevated the dining experience in Ketchum. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation to take advantage of excellent service and amazing flavors this new gem has to offer. You won't regret it.

Last night we sat at the Che'f Counter watching the kitchen and how it operates...Incredible culinary experience like no other. If you are looking for Culinary experience in your mouth, belly and to fulfill your hungry eyes, don't miss this place...It's the real deal.

Recently opened in summer 2025, with really wonderful New American food. The meatballs are among the best I've ever tasted, light and flavorful with a baked ricotta and marinara sauce. Salads are delicious. There is an extensive wine list, and much of the pasta is made in-house. Sharing is encouraged, so it's easy to put together a tasting menu if you're so inclined. Service is extremely attentive. I hope they become a fixture of fine dining in Ketchum, because I want to come back next summer!

Review of FIAMMA - Ketchum's Hottest New Restaurant Tonight, Laura and I had dinner at FIAMMA, a brand-new restaurant in Ketchum, Idaho. We had to book an early reservation at 4:30 PM because it was the only time available--a testament to how in-demand this place already is. Now, Laura is notoriously selective about dining out. In fact, the last time we had dinner together at a restaurant was over two years ago (maybe even longer). But FIAMMA piqued our interest for one big reason--the chef. We had seen her on the Food Network, where she not only beat Bobby Flay but is also a finalist on another competition show and currently competing in Tournament of Champions (TOC). Her energy on TV is electric, and we were curious to see if that same passion translated to the dining experience. Spoiler alert: It absolutely did. From the first bite, everything was off-the-charts delicious. I started with the meatballs, made from a blend of three different meats, and they were packed with rich, savory flavors. Then came a salad so layered with flavors that I can't even begin to break them all down--it was simply perfect. My pasta dish was outstanding, and the grand finale? The best tiramisu I've ever had in my life. Beyond the food, the experience was top-notch. The chef-owner was actively walking the floor, greeting guests, and genuinely engaging with customers to ensure everything was flawless. And even though the restaurant had only been open for a few nights, they seemed to have already worked out any kinks--at least from our perspective. The verdict? We will definitely be back. Laura even agreed in advance, which speaks volumes. If you're in Ketchum, FIAMM is an absolute must-visit. Enjoyed a perfect meal at Fiamma. The atmosphere and service were flawless. I would highly recommend the homemade focaccia, polenta, and tiramisu. Delicious!

Sugar on the fries?? Taking time to write a review after my 4th visit since Fiamma's opening because I'm disappointed it keeps going downhill. The good: service remains excellent and the space is beautiful. Wine list is short but well curated and the sommelier is excellent. The not so good: The food has been worse each time. It's just not that interesting and the execution is inconsistent. And what's with the sugar on the fries? Meats and focaccia remain overpowered by smoke. I love what this restaurant is trying to do and there is room for it here but you need to do better, especially at this price point. It's starting to feel like a theme park-y, Vegas style fake version of fine dining for rubes. The clientele here, locals and visitors alike, are well-traveled and sophisticated. You need to do better on the food!

Soooo tasty!! There are so many yummy food spots in Sun Valley and this one is definitely added to the list. Came here the a couple of weeks after they opened and it was so yummy! Staff was so friendly and hilarious and made our experience amazing. They gave great recommendations and everything we ate was out of this world. Ambiance was so nice and as mentioned the food was so amazing! You have to come try it out.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Setting was great, staff was over the top attentive and helpful. The food was soooo good. Generous portions and we had more options than we had room for. The owner spent several minutes at our table chatting with us We will definitely return

Everything about this place is outstanding. The food is delicious and exquisite. The service is impeccable. The restaurant itself is so nice. The crown jewel of Ketchum/Sun Valley. Best restaurant we ate at on our trip to Sun Valley! If I could I would give more stars!

Went here for my wife's bday while we were in town. The food was fine, for the price I would expect better service. They do not have a full bar, beer and wine only. Lots of locals who seemed to all know each other. It was just a meh for me. True story

The atmosphere and food here was amazing! A lot of people were telling me there way NO way I could house the bolognese and that it was super rich and huge portion. It totally makes sense where the people were coming from, but I housed it handily. I will say it wasn't even advertised, but they had an amazing photo a real photo of a ghost I've never seen that before. Food was great. Food was phenomenal, ghost painting was a shocking delight. Our waitress and everyone were super nice. People were smiling. Will definitely be back.

Food, service and ambience was excellent. Really all 3 categories were so enjoyable. You can really see the fantastic team work that goes into such a 5 star restaurant. We had drinks, appetizer, salad and 2 mains for 3 people and our bill was 178. A real treat and we will happily eat there again.

Everything from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent customer service. Love the open kitchen experience. It's so amazing to watch. The food is prepared so perfectly and thoughtfully, like my Gram is behind the curtain cooking something special just for me! Thanks Fiamma we will be back even though it take 2 hours from Boise. this is our second review.....I am NOT SURE who is giving this Resturant 5 stars...maybe friends of the owners or staff? I have spoken to friends who had the same review as we did. one star for the design of the Resturant only...I am not understanding what they experienced that we did not have the same opportunity to? The bread was horrible. Cks and the Valley Clubs bread is so much better...as was DaVinci's in Hailey when it was open...sorry but I am not sure how these are possible. I am the foodie queen!! Newport Beach CA...tons of wonderful Resturants there!! oh well.

Italian food with very good service and nice, but noisy ambiance. Cannot say enough about the attention and the service which were excellent. I rated three stars since it was very expensive for Italian food. We each had a bowl of pasta (which was good, but not the best that I have ever had). I have to say that a pasta bowl for $49 is steep even for Ketchum (and this was almost the least expensive entree). Maybe this is good for an anniversary or other special occasion, but it will not be one of our regular restaurants. Probably a great place for visitors to the area!!

The food was absolutely amazing. My wife and I instantly became a fan of Britt's cooking through the show Tournament of Champions. The passion she put into her dishes on the show and her vibe made us want to try her food. We flew out from California on vacation to Idaho and went out of our way just to try her food and hopefully meet her. Fiamma was all that we thought it would be. The restaurant looked absolutely amazing. The vibe was down to earth and it felt like home. The food was over the top delicious. The most amazing part besides the food was being able to actually chat with Britt. Her personality which we saw on tv was what we got in person. She was so outgoing, down to earth and obviously loved the people that came into her establishment. Britt was nice enough to take a photo with my wife who is such a huge fan of hers and even surprised her with a signed menu. Thank you Britt for your warm hospitality and great food!!! Thanks for making my wife's dream of eating your food and meeting you come true. This place deserves three Michelin stars and definitely is a destination spot. Britt, we are rooting for you to WIN TOC!!!

This is a beautiful restaurant, the food quality and authenticity is excellent. Service was excellent, Loved seeing familiar faces, the best servers from Cristina's etc. Hated the constant slamming door right next to our table and the very loud echoing/ear-ringing aesthetic. I think this place will succeed with tourists,

Recently I took my family to Fiamma for dinner. We all started with a salad and meatballs to share. Then all four of us split the 40oz bison t-bone stake. It was our first time for a bison steak. That steak was fabulous. Cooked medium rare, it was one of the best steaks I've ever tried. The Food, service and Atmosphere at Fiamma was excellent. Fiamma is our go to restaurant for fine dinning. Great wine list also.

Fabulous flavors that I have been craving! Hubby and I sat at the Chef's Counter and shared the Trista salad, meatballs, bread, and lasagna. It was so satisfying. Portions are offered as small plates and meant to be enjoyed and savored. Next time we'll save room for dessert. Keep in mind that this place is very noisy since floors and ceiling don't insulate sounds.

I am a huge Britt fan from watching her on the Tournament of Champions. We were excited to visit her new restaurant. It did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. The Trista Salad was awesome and my husband really liked his lasagna. The highlight of the night was meeting Britt. She is very gracious and friendly. We are celebrating our 50th anniversary in a month. A visit to Fiamma was on our bucket list. A truly wonderful experience.

We loved our experience. Great food, wonderful service and the place is gorgeous. Definitely coming back! The focaccia is worth the carbs. The halibut was amazing. Could have done without the EVOO on the budino but was a lovely experience. Ketchum needs this place!
