What a great place for an A+ lunch. 4 adults on the trail seeking sights on the Parco Archeologico Città del Tufo stopped in here and enjoyed a super experience: great wait staff, cozy setting, delicious food at great prices!

Delicious meat, outstanding hospitality, and excellent wine by the glass at a very reasonable price. A truly wonderful experience!

Best restaurant in sorano!! I lived here for 12 years and I love this place. As a local I can only recommend. Delicious food and the people working there are amazing!!

The food here was great, but the wine was even better. As it’s a tourist spot, the prices are a bit on the higher side, but that’s to be expected. Just a heads-up: try not to sit near the door—there’s a draft. If you can, grab a seat by the lovely fireplace in the back for a cozier experience. Overall, a really nice place to visit!

Best salad (tomato, arugula, and anchovies) and pasta (gluten-free long pasta with dairy free porcini mushroom). Loved the house white and house red wine realllllllly is nice. The olive oil is delicious and not so crazily sharp as the ones I’ve tried along the trip.

Food: Excellent, everything was good, one of the best pici con lepre I’ve had. Price: EUR53 (for 2 pax) including a glass of wine and water Cleanliness: Perfect. The kitchen door was open and we could see how clean the pots and pans and floor was. Service: Heartwarming. Nonna Fidalma greeted every guests at the restaurant. In addition, when we asked for the bill, they went through every item with us to make sure we were charged correctly. Really appreciate that!

Yelp
No doubt this was an amazing place to have dinner. The best one in our entire trip. The restaurant have a nice terrace but it was a bit cold and we decided to stay inside. The service was very kind and familiar. Fidalma, the owner and cooker is a very old and nice woman who made fresh pasta every day and she came out to reach us and ask us about the food. It was lovely, like having dinner in grandma's home. The food was excellent and the prices very good for the quality of the food. On our next trip to Tuscany we will make of Sorano our headquarter and Fidalma our preference place for eat.

Yelp
It pains me to give this restaurant only 3 stars, because the ladies who run it were very kind and accommodating, and the service was excellent. *Italy has high standards as the norm, even humble places typically serve very good food. The short vetsion: Bread at table was stale. Wine by the glass was an inferior inexpensive wine of unknown origin. Recommended pasta with mushrooms and sausage was very very salty, so much so that I had to drench in olive oil. I should of sent it back. Veal second plate was more like thinly sliced lunch meat with sauce on top. Odd. Panna cotta, very good. I wish I could have have a better meal, so much to eat, so little time.

Yelp
One of the best meals we had during our entire trip to Italy. This place is wonderful - if you're lucky enough to snag a table outside, you'll be treated to magnificent views. Service was magnificent and the wine and charcuterie were delicious. But the highlight of the meal was the spaghetti carbonara. It is certainly the best carbonara I've ever tasted, and maybe the best pasta meal of my life. I'm still craving it! Please don't miss this spot in Sorano!
