** disclaimer I took this photo after I shook the salad and started eating When I was working in downtown, Field & Social was my go-to spot for some of the best salads in the city. Let me tell you, their Caesar salad is a game-changer, it’s fresh greens, perfectly seasoned chicken, and just the right amount of that homemade Caesar dressing that’ll make you forget all about the bland stuff from the grocery store. Sure, it can get pretty bustling during lunch hours, but trust me, every minute spent waiting in line is worth it. It’s a haven for downtown professionals like myself craving a healthy yet satisfying lunch option. Pro tip: If you’re tight on time, I highly recommend placing your order in advance to skip the line and dive straight into salad paradise!

Super yummy! We virtually swung by for a quick lunch bite via UberEats and loved it! All the food was well presented in compostable or resuable packing and utensils. The Thai Peanut Salad (Vegan) was superb, very fresh and vibrant flavors with a great well rounded portion of wholesome ingredients. The satay was also pretty up to scratch and a nice touch. The Tempeh was dope and cooked and seasonsed to perfection for an awesome texture and exciting flavor. Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie, flawless and tasted incredible.. a delicious way to top off lunch! I can't wait to go again and try some other of their exciting and quirky vegan options! This place is a solid go-to, albeit more on the expensive side for salads usually.

Google
I have been going here for the past few years and they used to mix the salad in a separate bowl and the bowl used to be filled with ingredients. Although it was expensive, it was justifiable. Now to reduce time they mix in the bowl so now we are getting easily 25 percent less greens. I tried to understand from a business standpoint but the amount of greens is getting less and less, it’s now unacceptable. It should not take 3 mins to finish a salad!! It used to take me 15-20 mins at least to finish this salad. Picture posted is an untouched photo.

Google
I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Always adding new salads and holding on to my favourites. Great value also as the salads are big and very filling. Only wish they where open later so I could take one home for dinner.

Google
The place was very welcoming and open. Modern vibe and clean look - the food was amazing! The process to order your salad was really simple and what was unique was they asked your preference on how much salad dressing you wanted - light or heavy (I think there’s a middle option too) I ordered the chicken tostada and it was soooo good! I loved the crunchiness of the baked tostada and the dressing was really good! Would love to go back to try a few of the other options as well.

Food is incredible! Really high quality ingredients and tastes delicious! Staff was beyond lovely! Would absolutely recommend if you are looking for the best salads and bowls!

Google
Nice salad place that is good if you are counting calories. Lots of options, with calorie amounts listed for most dishes online. It is a bit more pricey in that regard, and it does not come with much protein (about half a chicken breast). I found it filling but a friend I went with did not find it filled him up enough to justify the $20. They also had really good kombucha, I definitely recommend the cream soda one.

Google
First time trying the salads here. Got the kale Caesar. I didn’t see much kale in it though, but the chicken was a well prepared addition. Prices are around the $14-15 range per salad. Business might be better if portions are a little bigger or if they lower cost by $1 dollar.

Yelp
One of my favourite lunch spots!! I work super close (5min walk) from this location. I used to go to the Yaletown location and that's when I fell in love with Field and Social!! Their salads are DELICIOUS for 3 reasons: 1. Perfect amount of dressing 2. The ramen egg- how AMAZING?! I never knew that was necessary in my salads until eating here 3. A huge huge portion!! I usually eat half and pack half My go-to is the Kale Caesar, I'm a creature of habit so I've been ordering the same salad forever and it always hits the spot. The staff here are also wonderful, it's super packed during weekday lunch hours, but a super nice airy space to enjoy your lunch!

Nika P.

Yelp
Spectacular quality salad place with a few locations in Vancouver. High quality meat and vegan options with a large healthy beverage menu include Culture Kombucha. I've been going to Field & Social a few times and my favourites are: Singson's Coconut Chicken Salad, Kale Caesar Salad & Tempeh Peanut Noodle Salad. The place is a bit $$$ with restaurant-like prices but very, very high quality food and great service. Highly recommend!

Michelle P.

Yelp
not inedible but not delicious or even tasty, mabye folks aren't skilled home cooks because it's hard to understand a company built around half assed salads. Spice Tempe Ceasar: tired salad greens likely came from Cisco in medium chop, large, tasteless, dry crutons, flacid, cold chick peas, dressing tasted ok but included a thimble of Frank's hot sauce. The tempe, sliced from a package. people rave about super hero movies too. This is the salad place for them.

Denise Z.

Yelp
The balance between protein, greens and other items was so good - there was something in each bite of greens. A plentiful alas with fresh ingredients and balanced dressing bursting with flavor.

Emily S.

Yelp
Great amount of seating and nice big windows. Absolutely loved their Cobb salad, the only con was price point was a bit high for a salad. I will be back but will most likely try to split a salad with a friend so cost isn't such a downer.

Marouane S.

Yelp
I've only been to this place once and it was great. I ordered a salad that was surprisingly similar to one I used to get in Sweetgreen, an American salad chain and it was really good. Prices are a bit high but this is a premium salad spot so it's understandable. I can't wait to come back and try their other menu offerings.

William S.

Yelp
A haiku: Salad, oh so fresh. (All are pretty much the same.) Tastes good. Feeling great.

David H.

Yelp
Salads (can customize for dietary requests and level of dressing) with choice of protein for around $15! Perfect takeout or dine-in.

Amy T.

Yelp
Field & Social specializes in salads. If you eat here, you should expect your main course to be a salad and if you want a soup on a side, go for it. I've tried two types of salads and although they're both delicious, I prefer the Orzo. The Farmer's Crop - Earthy salad with tons of arugula, red cabbage, brussell sprouts and capers on top of warm roasted potatoes with a boiled egg on top. I liked it, but wasn't in love with it. I needed some meat. For those who are vegetarians, you might love it. Rustic Orzo - A filling salad of roasted chicken breast, orzo, kale, romaine, walnuts, sundried tomatoes, bacon and Grana Padano. This I enjoyed quite a bit and will likely order again. The salads are not cheap, but healthy usually costs more.

Camille M.

Yelp
Amazing salads. Came here for lunch while visiting Vancouver. Would definitely recommend for a variety of healthy and filling salads!

Henry C.

Yelp
Looking for salad joint? feeling something different? Well look no further as this place will satisfy your craving. You can also order online ahead of time to avoid the wait. This location is tucked on the intersection of Homer and Dunsmuir. During lunch time it can be quite busy so be expected to wait but the line moves quite quickly. I would describe this place to be open and trendy, and a cool salad place with great music. Staff are great and move quite quickly, always greeting with a warm smile. I ordered the Singson's coconut chicken for $13.90, in my opinion the salad is slightly over priced but hey it's downtown, for majority - it's a lot easier to pick it up rather than to make it yourself at home. Especially for people who work downtown. However I do find this salad quite delicious, the crunch and freshness of this salad with the subtle hint of sweet squash, savoury chicken and black sesame. Thumbs up to this establishment as my better half come here all the time :) Happy eating my friends !

Catherine B.

Yelp
The rustic orzo salad with tempeh (or hard boiled egg for him) is a common "treat" my partner and I have for lunch. It's so good. The chia seed pudding is delicious as well !

Gabriel Y.

Yelp
Are you hungry and do you love salad ? This is the place where you are looking for. There are a several kind of salads and they are bigger :) This is not so cheap, but in my opinion you can share with someone. I didn't finish to eating mine. The service is fast and the workers are so helpful. So, its salad, right? I don't think there are a lot of things to say. I just expect you enjoy it.

Chloe C.

Yelp
This is a great place to get some healthy and nourishing food. It is a little pricey, but the salads were tasty and the ingredients were fresh. Nourish Boul (5/5) I really enjoyed this. The tempeh was flavourful and not too salty, the garlic hummus was delicious and creamy, the roasted yams were soft and sweet, and the roasted onion and curry dressing was amazing. It also came with some quinoa, garlic hummus, pickled red cabbage, salad greens, and a super seed sprinkled avocado. I liked the addition of the toasted sunflower seeds, which added a nice crunch. Smoked Chili Cauli (4/5) This was a good salad. The chili roasted cauliflower was super flavourful and slightly crunchy, the brussel sprouts were tasty, and the greens were fresh. The salad also came with white beans, cilantro (not a fan), a crisp corn tortilla and half an avocado. The charred jalapeño and tomato vinaigrette was good, but a but too oily and spicy for me.

Lindsay K.

Yelp
Pricey salads! But quite good and very large portions. I tried the falafel salad which was great - came with 3 falafel, romaine lettuce, small pieces of radish, and feta cheese. If eating in they have big bowls and silverware to reduce waste which is great. Overall a good spot for lunch but honestly, I wish both the prices and portions were a little smaller!

Jax M.

Yelp
I NEVER complain about other businesses but this is getting a bit ridiculous. Several months ago my coworker found a giant rubber band in her mouth after taking a bite of salad. Although that's super gross, it's obviously a band that holds the lettuce together so we passed it off as a fluke. But today I just found a piece of metal in my salad. METAL. Luckily, I noticed "something shiny" in my bowl and caught it before taking a bite and chipping my tooth. It's unfortunate because their salads are pretty decent but the QC is just awful. Eat at your own risk.

Yelp
With the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try Field & Social. They are only open Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm, so their typical crowd is business people from around the area coming for their lunch break. They have a variety of different salads ranging from $10.50 to $13.50, as well as having vegan and gluten-free options. I opted for the Bombay Bowl ($10.50), which is gluten-free and can be ordered vegan. It includes chutney marinated chickpeas, warm black lentils, kale, romaine, pickled carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, shallots, papadum (my favorite toasted part on top), and a little bit of Raita drizzle. There are additional toppings if desired, such as roasted chicken, ramen egg, tofu, cheese, and bacon. I really enjoyed my dish. The chickpeas and black lentils added so much flavour, yet the salad was overall very fresh and filling. The dish is big enough to leave you full, but in a comfortable (not bloated) way. My friends also ordered the Field Cobb ($13.50), which includes roasted chicken breast, crispy bacon, romaine, arugula, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, a soft boiled egg, and blue cheese and and mustard dressing, as well as the Kimchi & Co ($12.50), which includes vermicelli noodles, house made vegan kimchi, ramen egg, kale, chili oil, and soy ginger dressing. I didn't try their soups, but they told me they were very satisfied and eager to try the other menu items. I think this is a great weekday lunch spot for someone looking for a healthy meal or if you're a vegetarian. The portions are generous and tasty, and quite affordable compared to various other lunch spots in the city.

Ben R.

Yelp
Tried the location on East 5th and I gotta say the Avo -crunch salad was very satisfying. Not cheap, But not too pricey compared to places like Earls or Joeys or Cactus club that serve up 25 dollar lettuce/chicken bowls for the masses. The food is fresh and flavourful. Staff is not overly friendly, but friendly enough. Kinda better that way sometimes. More honest. I've been in twice and will go back for sure. A great addition to the lower Mount Pleasant area.

Kimberly C.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! So happy I gave this a try. My new favourite lunch spot. Yes, a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion the portions size and the freshness of the salads are SO worth it. I also grabbed my fav Dickies Ginger Beer to drink. So good! Even during busy lunch rush the line moved quickly. Great job.

Yuri Y.

Yelp
Favorite salad place in Vancouver. I like the Singson's coconut chicken salad and The Greek are killer salads. Beetroot + Orange is more light and refreshing. Nice eat-in space too.

Stephy Y.

Yelp
I had their field cobb salad and it was good. I did sub the roasted chicken to coconut chicken and the regular egg to ramen egg. The salad is a bit pricey if you're having it for lunch but it's really delicious. What I do want to see is a build your own bowl since each option has something I want and don't want. Lastly, it's quite filling.

Kimberly A.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place. Fresh, quick and delicious! My sister and I shared two salads and we finished them both and were basically licking the bowl. I wished I lived here so I could get this weekly. The add on options are plentiful and the soft boiled egg is a must! It is kinda pricey, but you get so much and it is so fresh that I think it is worth it!

Yelp
Field & Social Vancouver is a brand new salad bar on fleek. It is a recently opened new healthy eats restaurant located on Dunsmuir between Homer and Richards Street. Stephen Collins and Moe Samieian brings office lunches new excitement with vegan and gluten free options that don't bore you to sleep! Say NO to boring lunches! The space itself is something I would love to call home. Shiny copper industrial pendant lamps, marble, wooden tables / counters seats draped with a high ceiling white walls! Gone are the days of weight your own salads that are bland and expensive! Field & Social's line up of green leafs, seeds and add ons like chicken breast / thigh, pulled beef and Ajitama ramen egg will seriously have you rethink chowing on that fast food greasy burger. Gone are the days of weight your own salads that are bland and expensive! Field & Social's line up of green leafs, seeds and add ons like chicken breast / thigh, pulled beef and Ajitama ramen egg will seriously have you rethink meal prepping. Sen Lek Smoked Tofu 12.50 (VEG): Packed full of different textures and delicious wholesome goodness. This reminds me of a bowl of Vietnamese nng. Rice noodles, Ramen egg, smoked tofu, shiitake mushrooms, sautéed vegetables, scallions, sesame seeds, sweet herbs, hazelnuts and crispy shallots and roasted hazelnut sauce with chili and lime. I added chicken thighs to it to give it some extra protein before a serious workout with ClassPass. Field Cobb 14 (GF): Roasted chicken breast, crispy cured pork tenderloin, soft boiled egg, goat cheese, vine tomato, butter lettuce, radish & cucumber. Served with creamy avocado and goat cheese dressing. This is definitely not your average bowl of Cobb Salad! $11 to $15 for a bowl of salad over lunch is not affordable for an everyday lunch. But when you are stumped between order Meal #1 with fries, it is definitely worth the extra dollar to treat your body a little a lot better. Say goodbye to that 3pm crash that hits you hard. I'm so excited that Field and Social. I love the casual, friendly environment that is completly Instagramable!

Leeza N.

Yelp
Field & Social is my favourite place to go for salads! I've been here so many times but the only item I always always get is the Singson's Coconut Chicken salad. This salad is probably one of the best salad's I've ever had! It contains coconut chicken, kale, romaine, roast squash, pickled cabbage, sunflower seeds, dates, crispy shallots and this AMAZING miso dressing! What I love about this salad is that they use chicken thighs so the chicken is so juicy and tender but not fatty at all. The roasted squash is also so delicious and I love the added dates for sweetness. The ingredients are also very fresh and high quality, and the portion is huge! You will not be dissapointed with their salads. I definitely need to try their other salads soon!

Mel L.

Yelp
Excited to see a great new healthy eating option pop up downtown! There are some other good options, but really love what Field & Social brings to the area and more choices are always better. First off, it's a beautiful space. We visited over an unusually sunny day and it gets great natural light coming in. The light colours keep everything looking bright and fresh and it's a great place to enjoy your salad. I'm not sure about the downtown lunch crowd on weekdays, but on a Saturday there was still a steady flow of people coming in although we didn't feel pressured to rush out and could enjoy our salad and chat a while. I tried the Beef & Squash salad and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, huge portion that unfortunately I couldn't finish and I was especially surprised by the amount of shredded beef provided. They don't skimp out as you might expect. Some might view the pricing as high for a salad, but I feel like for good quality ingredients and the portion size it was well worth it. Also had their chia seed lemonade which was perfect and refreshing. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and time at F&S and I'm really looking forward to heading back and trying the other menu items! I already know it's going to be one of my downtown go-to places!

Avery W.

Yelp
I tried Field & Social our after a friend of mine said she's been wanting to try this place out for months. When I walked in I liked the rather clean and post-modern interior style. I thought the interior design as a whole was quite clever especially since the general queuing area had really high ceilings while they artificially lowered the ceiling in the serving and dining areas, adding to a sense of intimacy when dining with friends. I ordered the Rustic Orzo salad, and wow, was that a big salad. If this was featured in a Seinfeld episode, Elaine would be proud. They had put so much chicken in there that it was actually a challenge for me to finish the entire bowl- though I ultimately triumphed over my salad after roughly 45 minutes of chipping through it. I like how the vegetables are very fresh and they also check for how much dressing you want, considering how the entire point of turning a salad into a healthy lunch is to ensure that the salad isn't doused in dressing and was very nutritious overall- two things they were able to achieve. I'd definitely be interested in coming back, and I'd really like to see how good their Kombucha is.

Kam B.

Yelp
Wow, what a great lunch spot! I ordered the Field Cobb Salad and was compelled to write about it. Here's why: 1. The portions are huge for a salad, I was stuffed! 2. Very generous with the protein (good amount of chicken on the Field Cobb) 3. Definitely add the blue cheese dressing to this salad (it's optional) 4. It was prepared fresh and I enjoyed every bite It's a bit pricey, so be prepared to pay at least $13 before tax. If it was even a few dollars less I'd be giving them a full 5 stars. Cost is absolutely an important factor in my deciding whether or not this could be a "few times a week" sort of thing. Having said that, I'm definitely going back for more of that Field Cobb.

Jeffrey L.

Yelp
My usual go-to salad spot for work. Tasty options - my two favourites are the Kale Caesar and the Macro Bowl (Tempeh topping). The pricing is a bit high, about $14-15 - but the portions are pretty sizeable. I find the best time to go is usually before 12:30pm or after 2pm when the crowds are gone.

Ramon V.

Yelp
I ordered a salad to-go, using the online ordering system. The system works quite well. My salad was ready on time. My to-go salad was smaller than the one I had in-house, and I was still hungry afterwards. I'd recommend eating in.

Heali T.

Yelp
Good spot for a filling salad in the core! The prices here aren't cheap, but all of the salad bowls are made with high quality ingredients and you can actually leave full after eating a salad which is great. Think flavourful like tractor, but less opioinality, and slightly cheaper. I went in for lunch on a Friday and ordered the greek inspired orzo bowl. It was tasty, but I wished it had a few more veggies. I recommended adding avocado if you get this salad. My friend got the Market salad which was unreal. It was made with caramelized onions, crunchy kale, roasted carrots and pumpking seed. She added chicken, which was also delicious. The space has a cool vibe as well, with bench style seating and funky music playing. A nice spot for a different lunch in the CBD.

Lily N.

Yelp
This location is pretty decent! Usually they're quite consistent with their food quality but lately it seems to be declining a little bit. The portions are consistent since everything is weighed if you have protein. I'd say the salads are good if you're in a rush and just want a salad for takeout. The only thing is that you cant really substitute or add anything since from my experience, I wanted to add red onions but the person making the salad just kept saying that its not apart of the ingredients? Not sure if they were new but that is my most recent experience here. Will be returning to see if its possible to add ingredients lol.

Layla M.

Yelp
I am here a few times a week, I love their salads.. have not gotten bored of them yet! My favorite is the Persian herb salad, it is seriously delicious! I think it's nice they cater to both the adventurous and not-so-adventurous eaters: They have the usual Caesar salad and cobb salad if you are looking for something familiar but also have a ton of 'exciting' salads with great flavors. If you can wait, I'd suggest heading there after 1:30pm as 12-1 is insanely busy. If you are trying to eat healthy but still want a ton of flavor this is a great place! Also, the portions are very big so to me the higher price is justified... I sometimes have leftovers.

Kevin 7.

Yelp
Awesome salads. A bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for as the quality is pretty good. Can be crazy busy at lunch on a sunny day (people like salads when it's nice out for some reason). My favorites are the kale caesar and the cobb salad.

Gracelle M.

Yelp
I'm not a salad person. I'll eat carbs and shitloads of meat without an ounce of regret, but this place is definitely something else. Went here one lunch with coworkers. Luckily, we went before the rush, but they have the option of ordering online so you don't have to wait. Their portions are huge; it's like ordering a salad as a main at any restaurant, price-wise as well. Their menu options made me drool, which usually doesn't happen when I look at salads, so I had a tough time picking one, but ended up getting the Rustic Orzo (roasted chicken breast, orzo, kale, romaine, walnuts, sundried tomatoes, bacon, Grana Padano, Basil and white balsamic dressing). Their ingredients are fresh, nothing looked wilted and I gobbled it up like I would a greasy burger and fries. After writing this, I'm now craving a salad...

Jordan V.

Yelp
Woo, good. Dang. Salads. I've had numerous offerings and they are all so delicious. Lots of great combinations. I think the curried veggies with papadum is my favorite. Oh but the Greek one is so good. Oops I forgot about the roastef mushrooms. And you can't go wrong with a ramen egg!

Danielle D.

Yelp
Really nice simple salads, very tasty, will be back again. Decent portions but not huge.

Kaylee H.

Yelp
I came here because of the good reviews and I ordered the rustic orzo salad bowl to go. The portion is smaller than expected and the chicken is hard. Just some mediocre salad and nothing special. Not worth $13.

Batuhan Y.

Yelp
This is more like a 3.5-4. It looks like they spent too much money to make profit... ever. Not because the food is bad but simply their processes take too long in their pipeline. I think they have to get people in and out as fast as Chipotle does in their couple-hour lunch rush. Sad part is they probably won't be making a small size because it's not worth all that trouble to sell something for less than 10 bucks. These probably won't make much sense without context. So let me start... Food is delicious. I mean really good. Portions are big. I'm a 185 pound man and I had to take a doggy bag at the end of my lunch. Salads are carefully created by at least 4-5 people involved in the making. First guy puts the main ingredients in a metal bowl, second guy decorates it, third adds dressing and mixes it. Next adds the meat etc. These guys need to get a log well and communicate. They looked a bit uninterested in what they were doing and slow. This may work at a coffee bar like the Revolver but here you need to get people out faster. The place looks beautiful. Too beautiful that it does not make sense as a place that will actually make any money. Very thick hard wood tables and benches. They could be three times slimmer and still do the job nicely. A lot of copper and beautiful shelves, which only hold unnecessary things. Kombucha on tap is delicious and fizzy. It is served in a mason jar... Half way. Either serve them in smaller cups or fill it up man. I personally hate a half full glass. They have cinnamon apple balls, also very delicious and hits the spot as a dessert. No labels on them makes them not very attractive. Wish these people spent their money in business plans that does not put them in a hard place and a rock. It feels like they just came from L.A. and thought this was a good idea without making any research how much people spend for lunch in Vancouver. Would only go back if they had a smaller size for 10 bucks.

Chickie V.

Yelp
I want to recommend this place but it took a lot of time for the salad to be prepared. I appreciate the art of food prep but folks, this is not Teppanyaki or gourmet coffee - it's a salad. Plus the takeout size is relatively small for $13. Points for presentation, freshness and taste but not so much for value. Throw in a $7 bottle of Kombucha and that brings your lunch tab to $20. I hope they recalibrate their portions.

Jessica B.

Yelp
Normally really great salads, but I was very unimpressed this time around. I was at the end of the busy lunch rush, however, the quality what was left to server me for such an expensive salad was so poor, I ended up putting most of it in the compost. I had ordered the cob salad. The blue cheese dressing was left off after I said "yes" to the customer service representative. I was also sold huge clumps of rock hard bacon bits that were burnt to a crisp. It actually felt like I was chewing on rocks. I won't be eating here again. Especially at the cost of almost $15.00 that ends up in the compost and is wasted. My profile says San Francisco. This was in the Royal Centre in Vancouver BC.

Jess C.

Yelp
Long line ups during lunch rush hours but that's expected for a new restaurant. The salads are hand tossed in front of you which is great touch. Portions are quite large. I tried the Black Kale Caesar and the Kombucha ginger tea on tap. The salad has a bit too much dressing for my own preference but the chicken thigh was delicious. The hazelnuts provides an interesting crunch and texture to the salad. The Kombucha ginger tea has a light fizziness to it but the taste was a bit too strange for me. Experience the restaurant on my blog - https://mini604.wordpress.com/

Justice K.

Yelp
I love the concept of building your own salads with fresh organic ingredients. I walked in and decided on the chicken caesar. However, my salad was much too salty.

Jacqueline K.

Yelp
My family ate here several days during our vacation in Vancouver. It's been delicious each time! I am a food lover and highly recommend this place. I absolutely love the decor and the service is friendly & helpful. They give you salad option ideas but they're flexible with substitutions. They have generous portions sizes, too. I read in earlier reviews some complaints about pricing, however, I find the pricing to be very appropriate. They're using many organic ingredients!!! To those complaining that they're not quick or cheap enough, remember you are what you eat, and you should never want to be quick or cheap. This is a quality salad bar definitely worth trying!

Rachel C.

Yelp
This is our go to if we want salad for lunch at work. Rustic Orzo is the best! Very filling and delicious!! It's a little pricy but good thing the boss is paying :)

Erin H.

Yelp
If Yelp had half stars I would give Field & Social 3.5 stars. I buy salads here on a semi regular rotation because of its relatively close location to my work. My go-to salads are the Orzo and Cobb, both of which are full of flavour and tasty. The chicken in both is juicy and a generous portion. The reduced star rating is because I tried the South East bowl and had to throw out - the noodles were overcooked and the dressing was very, very bland. I've also ordered the Mexicana and was underwhelmed, it also does not come with any included protein.

David A.

Yelp
In from Toronto and stumbled upon this gem for lunch. If you like healthy and filling, this fits the bill. Fall harvest bowl/salad was wicked. Just do it! Branding/decor is on point too.

Hayley P.

Yelp
This was the best salad I have ever eaten! My office orders in lunch twice a week and we are big salad people and everyone was blown away. I had the Rustic Orzo and asked them to swap out the chicken breast for the smoked chicken thigh. Oh man that thigh was unreal! And the dressing, they need to sell bottles of it, it was THAT good. It appears to be pricey, but my salad was giant once i dumped out the container into a bowl. I was stuffed and extremely satisfied. Someone made an error ordering online and I called in to correct it and the lady I spoke with was extremely friendly. I even changed our lunch schedule so we can order this again sooner! If you're a salad person, DEFINITELY check this place out. I just wish they were open for dinner or even just until 6, I would pick one up on my way home! But I completely understand the market for this is lunch. If my office was close to this I would eat it multiple times a week

Yelp
Best salad in Vancouver! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I especially liked the Greek salad with all the fixings. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Vancouver.

Yelp
Highly recommend the Tahini salad with chicken thigh. Just incredibly fresh and tasty. The ingredient mix results in a taste explosion in your mouth. I never thought I would look forward to eating a salad, but the time has come..
