Apartments are laid out well but small. Upkeep and maintenance is lacking. Management is discourteous to residence and guests. Parking facilities are OK, but the manager frequently parks in the only loading/unloading space. Overall, this place could be nice with better maintenance and management.

My father is very happy living here. Thankful for the resident parking so my father doesn't have to walk far to his apartment.
