Fiesta Americana Pabellón M

Room was very clean and updated. Front desk service was excellent. The pool and gym areas are small but functional and well kept. Nice to have Starbucks in the lobby. And the restaurant on the 16th floor was good for a nice breakfast.

I stayed here for 13 days. The prices were a little higher then what I expected, but then again it was holiday season & high occupancy. Good & Safe location. The rooms were Nice & Clean w a comfy bed . What stood out the most was the Excellent team they have here. Leslee, Janet, Natalie Jaqueline at front desk always greeted the guest w a warm smile and very helpful. Arturo & Raul at bell desk delivered outstanding customer service. Martha & Julio Dry Cleaning service were also Amazing. Kudos to the team.

Excellent hotel, All the staff was really great. My daughter and I stayed there for a couple of days and we really liked it. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive.

Pleasant and friendly staff, big clean rooms.||Great location for food, shopping, museums etc nearby walking distance.||Breakfast a bit expensive but the food and selection was good.||Perfect for our business stay for two nights.||Would stay again.

Didn't stay here but my husband and I had dinner here. It's honestly gorg, staff is professional and courteous. I saw a lot of people have event for work here so might recommend it to my job. The view is beautiful

This hotel is the one of the nicest smaller major city hotels in Monterrey N.L. the hotel is located between floor 6-17 of the Pabellón tower a 50 story entertainment complex in the downtown area with views of the beautiful Silla mountain. From check in to checkout the service was incredible. Parking was interesting and hard to figure out the first time but if you contact the hotel they have a video showing you how to park in the structure for easy access to the hotel. The rooms weee very well conditioned and the beds very comfy. This hotel would fit in nicely in NYC. It is very elegant and modern. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and the only issue is some of the pillows were hard and some were perfect but I am sure this is because everyone has different styles. The bathrooms had everything you need and even fancy porcelain sinks made by villary and Bosch. Everything felt upscale for a very fair price. The restaurant and bar encompasses the 16th floor with spectacular views of the city. You can sit indoors or out on the balconies depending on how you feel and the food is very good quality and they offer a very nice variety. The breakfast buffet was perfect, small but complete and if you do not find something you want you can ask the waiter to make you eggs any style or omelet of your choosing! Dinners are also very nice and on the weekend they offer romantic dinners. There is a business center and pool so it is good for everyone and it is even pet friendly which is cool if you have a small dog. All in all I enjoyed my stay with the family can’t wait to return and give this hotel a 10 out of 10!

The place is nice and although located inside a business center is remarkably quiet. Rooms are clean and very spacious and the restaurant is pricey but goody. I know that Monterrey can get extremely hot, but having a better A/C inside the restaurant will be a nice touch. Same thing with the gym, located at the top of the 18-floor building and receiving the morning sun in full it gets extremely hot for exercising (32 centigrades at 8 AM!!) and can be dangerous for people not used to these extreme temperatures. other than that it was an enjoyable experience.
