Fiesta Americana Pabellón M

My stay at the Fiesta Americana Pabellón M in Monterrey was fantastic. The hotel is truly a superb choice for both its modern luxury and incredible convenience. The location is a major plus—it's near most everything! Situated right in the Pabellón M complex, it provides immediate access to entertainment, dining, and shopping. Plus, you're just a short trip from key attractions like the Macroplaza and Paseo Santa Lucía, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms have a sleek, contemporary design, and the high standards of cleanliness throughout the property made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Everything felt fresh, updated, and well-maintained—a truly excellent experience.

Not easy to get in - I hadn't understood the hotel is part of n office & entertainment complex, but once I reached reception all was well and the very helpful staff gave me good instructions to find the car park. Room was large, well furnished, stylish in a vey modern way and comfortable with an excellent bed & bedding. |Blackout was good as was the shower (though the hot water wasn't much more than warm on the second morning). Wi-fi was fast and reliable, everything one needs... One thing to note for those who are bothered (I'm not): the hotel description says there is a minibar; there isn't - it's just an empty fridge. |As noted by other reviewers, breakfast is quite dear, but there's a reasonable selection of decent quality food & drink.

Weird office-building hotel in a bad location. The neighborhood is run down and offers nothing for a tourists, not even a decent cafè. Nice view of a colorful residential neighborhood (favella) in the distance, but there is no reason for a tourist to stay here.

Fiesta Americana in Monterrey is a solid choice. The room was super clean, modern, and the bed was like a cloud. Staff was friendly and the location is perfect for walking everywhere. And the view? Unreal. Great value, totally recommend it.

Room was very clean and updated. Front desk service was excellent. The pool and gym areas are small but functional and well kept. Nice to have Starbucks in the lobby. And the restaurant on the 16th floor was good for a nice breakfast.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. All the people there are kind. The waiter in the delivery room, the hostess, and the maintenance guys were terrific. The room was spotless and full of good amenities. If you are going to travel to Monterrey, you need to stay here.

I stayed here for 13 days. The prices were a little higher then what I expected, but then again it was holiday season & high occupancy. Good & Safe location. The rooms were Nice & Clean w a comfy bed . What stood out the most was the Excellent team they have here. Leslee, Janet, Natalie Jaqueline at front desk always greeted the guest w a warm smile and very helpful. Arturo & Raul at bell desk delivered outstanding customer service. Martha & Julio Dry Cleaning service were also Amazing. Kudos to the team.
