Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

ProIt was a good stay again; the hotel is in a good location, good sized comfortable room and really excellent breakfast. ConThe staff at entrance and in lobby make absolutely zero effort to help with bags or anything else: not sure why they are there and unlike the helpful recepyion staff.

I want to praise the hotel and all the employees, but there was one who truly stood out—his name is Jesus Ryan. He is a very friendly person, and he took the initiative to use English to talk to me. While his English has some grammatical errors, it is simple and easy to understand. I want to congratulate him because, unlike the other waiters, who kept passing the task of serving me to one another, he stepped up to help. His English may be basic, but as I told him, with consistent practice at home, he can improve significantly. I wish him and his family all the best.

Everybody that works here is really friendly and kind and hard working. Top marks for the people. But the hotel is self is tired. The rooms are really grim, with marked white walls, no decoration, fluorescent lighting. There’s no double glazing and the street is very noisy. The food is not good. I hate to leave a bad review, but this hotel needs a refresh.

This is basically a convention hotel surrounded by medical practices not far from a dirty beach and away from ALL major attractions in the city - in theory and in practice, not the best choice for tourists in Salvador or those visiting it for the first time, it's a fact.||No wonder it is often busy with congress members, groups from other states or patients from the hospitals and clinics nearby.||That being said, it is not a bad hotel at all, though some update and renovation is urgently needed.||Staff is most kind and friendly, be it reception, housekeeping or restaurant. Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is assorted, parking is available at a (high) fee. TV has tons of channels, internet works really great, the pool is not to be missed.||This was my third time in the hotel and each had a fulfilled purpose. Just make sure it is the right choice to meet your purpose.

Comfortable and pleasant experience, with a great free breakfast and comfy bedrooms. The downsides are the energy plug-ins which do not work in some bedrooms when you try to charge your phone. Also the location is not great for the best beaches since it is located kind of centered in the city. Overall, I recommend it.

This hotel is well located with a nice swimming pool and gym center. The rooms as clean and spacious. The room service was quick and efficient and the breakfast (included on their rate) was super diverse with lots of options with tropical fruits, juices, breads and other continental options mixed with regional options. Grade A for variety and Grade B for taste. Maybe on a quest for variety the taste suffered a little.

Unfortunately, my wife and I experienced more cons than pros:|1. Only 1 of 2 room keys worked even after swapping twice|2. Outlets only on 1 side of bed - hotel offered extension cord|3. No complimentary water even though check-in person said so - water was delivered but required purchase|4. Shower was good|5. No instructions for safe - needed a maintenance call to operate|6. Only 1 towel in room - needed to call twice in 2 days to get more|7. Internet did not work for more than about 5 minutes - even following maintenance call to reset the router|8. Original language sound on TV not available on most channels.|9. There was a definite mold smell in the room|10. Floor was not cleaned|11. Toilet did not flush fully - often took 3 or 4 flushes|12. No in-room extra blanket - yet another housekeeping call|13. Breakfast buffet was good||
