Great location steps from Los Portales. Rooms are dated. Service from maintenance guy, Alfredo, was on the spot. Cleared the shower drain in 10 minutes. Desk and room clerks are great. Woken every day at 0600 am by the church bells...

The hotel staff is very friendly, all members are making sure the whole stay experience is unforgettable. Starting with the receptionist to the restaurant members, the lady redoing the room, the parking attendant, all are very friendly and professional. I was there for 4 days, it was downtown, very clean inside and out. I will recommend it to anyone, soo much to see out there. The weekend I stayed the local soccer team won the championship, what a parade of fans went by, never at any time the hotel had any threats of fan extremism. all wonderful. Hotel does the job and the room are nice. The only down point is maybe the breakfast that is quite pricey for the city and even the country with not such great quality. I would recommend to eat out.

Great location with an easy walk to the Cathedral, the Botanic Garden, and the rest of Centro. Very comfortable room, great bedding and towels, well-appointed throughout. Friendly staff, too. A non-criticism, but observation that might matter, is that very few staff are English speakers. I can get by, but if you have no Spanish skills it might be tough.||We were in a suite, which meant we had a fridge and microwave... until the microwave smoked on our first morning. Management said there was no replacement available or forthcoming. I know there's corporate red tape, but come on, there's a Walmart twenty minutes away that could solve the problem for $150. So they lose two stars for lackadaisical response, failing to deliver customer expectations.

We only stayed here one night so unfortunately our experience was limited as a result and we didn’t get to make use of the facilities provided. Breakfast wasn’t included so we decided before leaving (After checking out) we’d try somewhere nearby. There’s a fantastic place across the road to the left which was delicious and very well priced. Pity we weren’t staying longer as we loved to have tried there for dinner. The hotel was very clean and tidy, hand sanitizers were installed on walls and in the elevator. Check in was very swift and polite. The room itself was a little small but wasn’t an issue. Our room faced to the front of the building onto the road but this also wasn’t an issue at all, no noise throughout the night. The WiFi connection was decent and the tv service was good (huge tv). The bathroom was really nice and the shower was very good and hot. They have a car park under the hotel which is 50pesos a night, pretty good. It’s a bit tight and small to get around and we had some difficulties being in a very long large older car. The ramps are very steep so the underneath got scraped going in and out unfortunately. Though being able to park the car there was very handy. There’s also a car park across the road l, not connected to the hotel if you needed it. All in all, our short stay was good and comfortable. We didn’t get to try the restaurant unfortunately so can’t say if it’s good value etc. But the hotel and its staff are warm and friendly.

Tis hotel is centrally located. Rooma are vry confortable and the price is very good for what you get. The restaurant is a bit expansive. Front desk employee are very competent and they make a difference. Super clean, rooms are well maintained. The gerneral manager is very competent. They have tourist information avaiable. The perfect place to stay at a very reasonable price !

wonderful hotel, professional staff, clean rooms , big screen tv and perfect downtown location to see the famous cathedrals and gardens. Staff spoke good english and always helpfull. excellent wifi and good variety of tv channels. great location to see Toluca for tourists.

The hotel.is nicely set, either an inner court with open corridors overlooking the lobby.|Our two-bed room was spacious and clean and a coffeemaker was provided (some tea would make it even nicer).|The beds are excellent and the bathroom large. The shower came apart and needed some reassembling and the sink was semi-clogged. Apart from this the experience was agreeable. Very happy to have chosen to add breakfast which was plentiful and way and above our expectations. Staff very friendly ( I have yet to encounter a surly Mexican!! |Would definitely recommend.
