I'm absolutely thrilled with my stay at the Hotel Resort Fiesta! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable experience. The amenities were good, from the delicious dining options to the pool. I particularly loved the resort's laid-back atmosphere and picturesque grounds. The only thing I would change is the check-in process at reception - it took a bit longer than expected. However, this minor issue didn't detract from my overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Hotel Resort Fiesta to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. __*__ If you found this review helpful or enjoyed it, please give me a like 👍

Combination of old and newer infrastructure. Unfortunately, we ended up in an old dingy, damp, uncomfortable room with completely clouded window view of the pool. Food was very hit or miss, with a few delicious dishes, but a lot of mass-produced offerings. Waits at bars were excessive during prime day-time hours. Staff was inconsistent, with a few superb, friendly servers, but many taciturn or apparently burnt out staff. By Costa Rica standards, beach is way sub-par, and water way too polluted to swim in. On the positive side, the pools were well-maintained and very nice, especially for children. It was nice to walk on the pier and take pictures at sunset. The place has the potential to attract local tourism, but generally not a great option for international tourists looking for the beauty and top service that many Costa Rican beach, locations, resorts, lodges, and other places offer.

This is my honest American review . I stayed here for 7 days 7 nights. I was located in the premium section. Food- the food at the resort was good but not great. Stay away from the buffet it’s disgusting. Pay the money for premium because you get a sit down breakfast restaurant/menu. You HAVE to reserve each restaurants days in advance. If not you’re screwed with the worst food I’ve ever had . -service- the service needs a lot of work. I think they need to be friendlier nicer and kinder. 85% of the workers can not speak English. The 25 percent of workers who can are the most friendly and nice . The “club “is rundown and only 5 people are dancing while the locals stand around staring. This location is local HEAVY. Expect to be one of the only tourists here and the people are not very friendly. Rooms- they are very subpar. The bathrooms have an aroma of sewage that doesn’t really go away. The pressure from the showerhead will barely get anything out of your skin. Honestly at the end of the day you get what you pay for . And for what I payed I think it was worth it. I payed around 700$usd for 7 nights and stayed in the premium w “better “ alcohol. The food is not bad at reserves restaurants. I would rate this place 3/5 . If you’re going for a cheap option this is it. If you have money to spend go to planet Hollywood. The location is pretty though nice beach . Nice pools if you’re in premium .

They recently changed the Chef, some will say for the best, me, for the worst. I was expecting the same meals that make me feel in love with this all inclusive, but was not like that. As usual, some waiters are better than others and some make my wife and I stay here, special. That being said, I'm sure, this will be my last trip to this Hotel. If you don't want to go far to enjoy an all inclusive, then, go to Fiesta Puntarenas. There is no better.

I wanted an all-inclusive resort close to my home base an hour away and this was the closest one. My next choice was 4 hours away. I will be more certain next time. This place was awful! I signed up for premium and expected real VIP treatment. The restaurant for premium customers served a disgusting breakfast and almost worse lunch our first full day. The first day we arrived three hours earlier than check-in and had to pay $30 each for a deplorable buffet lunch. We weren't made aware of the specialty restaurants serving seafood in one and Italian food in another, nor that we needed to sign up for a table. They both were sold out and our only other choice was the deplorable buffet. We ordered eggs over medium and hash browns and bacon for breakfast at the "premium" restaurant this morning and the eggs were so rubbery, I couldn't cut the white of the egg with a fork. The eggs we were served initially were cooked in an oven instead of a skillet. We asked for fresh eggs and they complied. We know what to ask for next time. The bacon was way undercooked and the hash browns were way over cooked. They only serve margarine instead of butter, which tells me that they are cheap, even with high-paying premium customers. Fot lunch I ordered a chuck steak with mashed potatoes for lunch and specified medium well, I got the steak and it was nearly impossible to cut with a steak knife. I discovered that it was simply seared and not cooked. I asked that it would be cooked longer. They brought it out and it looked like nothing was done. I told them to take it away and bring me a quarter pounder with cheese, Well done! It was cooked right. We were warned about watered down drinks and tasteless food from other Google reviews, but we had to find out for ourselves. It was true! My wife ordered a piña colada three separate times and they all were poorly made. Negligible alcohol. At least the water they served was filtered. I gave high marks for the location as we did get a broad view of the Pacific Ocean but few people were swimming in it. The sight of several container ships staged around off shore didn't exactly benefit the views. The place is definitely "dated" as other reviews brought out. Peeling paint, signs of termite damage and broken pavement bricks. We had to request a replacement for the hair dryer twice because the first two didn't work. The thermostat showed 23 or 24 Celsius when we set it to 16. Even though it was somewhat cooler than outdoors, a better blowing fan would have helped a lot! I had a good night's rest on the bed and the shower was big enough for my wife and I to bathe together. I appreciated the safety bars beside the toilet as well as in the shower. The restaurant areas had issues with birds flying in and around the patrons. Iguanas were frequent also. The main redeeming quality of our whole stay was the friendly employees who served in various roles, from security to servers. Although we only tipped one time, I would have one tip for all the good people who are employed at this resort: find a better position somewhere else. You deserve more! Oh, and by the way, if you buy a piece of clothing at the gift shop, try it on before you leave the store. My wife didn't try something on and didn't know there's no return for credit or refund once you leave the store, even though you are a "premium" guest. Men, guard your eyes when you come. There's lots of eye-candy at this resort and you don't want your significant other to catch you looking at it. To add insult to injury, the only parking spot available for me was underneath a large tree where my van was subjected to constant bombardment of bird poo and the resort had no facilities for washing it off. The immediate business district outside the resort was so poor and filthy, I didn't want to risk having my car scratched. I won't come back Last, but by no means least, without a working knowledge of Spanish, English-only guests are going to be more frustrated than I. Fortunately I have a Tica wife, a Costa Rica native. Otherwise, I would be very helpless!

I had the best time ever this hotel is very family friendly, and the activities are always worth staying up late for. The food was good. The people were nice. I can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again. Fiesta for the win!!

The pictures are deceiving, the property is smaller and not as “new”. There were so many people and they offer day packages so even more people than what are staying at the resort. There’s also an upgraded package that was not offered prior to arriving. You have limited dining and drink options without the upgraded package. Once we got there and realize this we tried to upgrade and we were not able to. We were not impressed with the food or drinks. We also reserve the junior honeymoon suite for our honeymoon and nothing was special about the room or the experience. You are pretty isolated to the resort. There’s not a lot of travel options or places to explore. We could not get a uber or taxi to come because you are not close to anything else. They do have a tours company out of the resort, but it is pretty expensive and the experiences were not what we were hoping.

This hotel is not a five star hotel, just the views but not the actual room. They are very old with mold. The all inclusive is all a scam they denied the only two days we had to the restaurant "you need to make reservations". The buffet food was disgusting!!! They over sell this when they can't even deliver. We were a group of four and according to them only a max of 3 people for room so we ended up paying double for two rooms.
