The food here was really great, and that’s definitely the highlight of the experience. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, especially the appetizers, which were delicious and set a great tone for the meal. I ordered the goat dish, and it was excellent — tender and full of flavor. It came with a large bowl of rice and another bowl of beans, which made for a very hearty and satisfying meal. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The ambiance felt a little stiff and formal, which made the experience feel slightly less relaxed than we were expecting. The menu rotates regularly, which can be a good thing, but the website does not always match what’s offered in person. It would be helpful if they kept the online menu updated so guests can plan ahead. Our server was friendly but seemed to be steering us toward certain dishes a bit strongly, which felt slightly forced. While we were there, another table had an issue with their bill where they were charged extra for something they didn’t order. This made us double-check our receipt carefully — and I’d recommend that other diners do the same. It would be nice if the restaurant kept some of the traditional items consistently on the menu instead of removing them, as those classics are often what people come for. Overall, great food but some small service and communication issues that could be improved.

Fiesta used to be an amazing restaurant. Overall, I believe there are now much better options at more affordable prices. The cebiche caliente was a disappointment. I also didn’t enjoy the service. The only highlight at lunch was the pisco sour. After eating here many times between 2007 and 2025, Im officially taking it out my rotation.

Never stops to amazes me, it is chiclayo style cooking with a modern twist to it. Fresh seafood the is typical to the north. The staff is friendly and very enthusiastic about food. It's as fresh as it gets , simply amazing place.

Wooow! Amazingly fresh, natural seafood presented with perfection in mind. It's hard to interpret the limited menu (even with a map of the fish) and it was great to let the waiter choose representative dishes. I will not forget this dinner in Lima. I want to go back!

Best in class Peruvian restaurant. Take advantage from the steps menu in order to try a little bit of everything. Every step will be a delicious surprise. This place is a must if you are visiting Lima!
