FIFA museum is a must visit place for football fans. The museum is not huge but still a very good one and the infrastructure is excellent with a stunning glass lift. Particularly, FIFA World Cup gallery which is a section dedicated to FIFA World Cup tournaments with all essential records of it and the best part: FIFA World Cup trophy on display. There are also lot of interactive games to play for football fans and a cool cafe with shop for FIFA merchandise. Dont visit on weekends as it gets crowded. Free locker rooms are available for luggage storage and entry to FIFA museum is free with Swiss Travel Pass.

Google
One of my favourite places during our recent trip to Zurich. On arrival you are given a locker token to put all your bags, jackets, etc in. Then it's time to enter the museum. The exhibit is great, I enjoyed looking at all the member nations jerseys, specifically looking for Scotland and Switzerland. They are all grouped by colour, a nice touch. After that it's a trip downstairs where you learn all about the world cups, play interactive games like "be a referee" and more. Then it's a trip upstairs to play some video games (ranging from the old ps1 to modern football games) and a section where you can put your skills to the test. In truth we could have spent longer here but wanted to visit other places in Zurich. There's a cafe that we never visited, and toilet facilities if needed. Since we used our 24 hour Zurich card out visit was free. I'd highly recommend.

Google
You have to wait even if u bought the zurich card beforehand. The museum is nice, there are many historical displays and interactive games for children. There are lockers which you need to put all of your belongings in but its free, they give you a special coin for it and you can keep it after unlocking. Its so nice to have a memory item like that.

Google
The museum is very beautiful, and it has a shop where you can buy souvenirs or even print your name on the jersey of your favorite national team. I think it’s one of the must-visit places in Zurich.

Google
I didn’t know that I can learn a lot from this museum. It’s small but if you are a football fan, you have to go once in your life. You can see the all history of the football! For the kids around 6-10 would be also good as there are some stuff to play with including pc games.

Google
A lot of football history, all visitors are football fans. Great collection of World Cup artifacts for both men and women. This museum is about football history especially on World Cup, not much on the player. The interactive section has more fun but each game took a bit of time and requires queuing. No bags allowed inside, free locker is provided.

Google
As someone who doesn’t like football I wasn’t expecting to get much out of this museum but I found a lot of it pretty interesting, massively helped by how interactive it was. The museum is divided into 3 areas; 1 on the history of FIFA, 1 on the history of the World Cup and an interactive area where you can put your football prowess to the test.

Yelp
Great museum with plenty of historical artifacts and memorabilia. They also have an interactive exhibit where you can play 5 different games related to soccer theme (free kick, dribble, etc. ). We really enjoyed it but is quite pricey €30 per adult. But worth the experience.

Yelp
This was such a fun activity to do in Zurich for all ages. Huge soccer fan so was super excited to visit the FIFA museum and this place did not disappoint. You get to learn about the history of FIFA, play interactive games, buy soccer memorabilia , and more. They also have dining options. It was a truly a fun experience to learn about the history of soccer. See the medals and trophies. I was sad to have missed out on seeing the World Cup trophy as it was not there at the moment. For all soccer fans this place is a must visit . Enjoy it with your whole family.

Yelp
Even though I'm not a huge futbol fan , i wanted to check out the FIFA museum. You can get a ticket online or at the museum. There's a bag check if you have a purse or book bag. The museum is filled with various interactive exhibits throughout its multi-story exhibit. My favorite part of the museum is all of the video games FIFA has been a part of through the years and you can play some of them too. There's an interactive area for kids too as well as a gift shop and restaurant too. Definitely a fun museum to check out.

Yelp
A great Adventure for the Football Fan!! Tons of FIFA History, a gallery of Jerseys, plenty to learn about FIFA and World Cups. Pictures, Videos, interactive experiences through this multi story museum.some PlayStation gaming to try your hand at some games. And a really fun hands on challenge where you get the opportunity to kick the ball in various ways to earn points and bragging rights. Lots of fun. A sports cafe and gift shop round out the experience. I am not much of a "soccer" guy but still had a lot of fun seeing the highlights, World Cup Trophies and just having fun. This is south of old town but the incredible public transportation system in Zurich will get you there with ease.

Yelp
Beautiful museum, worth a stop over when in Zurich. Highly recommended. A lot of great displays commemorating the history of the World Cup.

Yelp
My husband is a huge soccer fan, and our younger son is also, so we definitely couldn't miss the opportunity to visit the museum. Honestly we expected more, the museum is not big, didn't feel that gives the whole soccer history. Here is an interactive exhibits on the second floor, they are more like soccer playground, that was fun for sure

Yelp
Enjoyed our time at the FIFA Museum. As a tip, if you get the Zurich day pass you get 30% off the museum and the Swiss pass grants you free access. Liked learning the history of the game of football and the interactive exhibits it had to display. Towards the end of the museum there is a 6 stage game area in which you can compete and rank your scores amongst others. I do wish they had more stuff at the merchandise shop though. They didn't have a lot of stuff there and I never bought anything because of that.

Yelp
I visited the FIFA Museum back in 2019. Several exhibits are interactive which make it lots of fun, as well as interesting. Great place to bring kids too. They are the future fans (and players). All in all, a great experience. If you find yourself in Zurich, make sure to fit a visit to this museum in your schedule, especially if you are a fan of this great game.

Yelp
This is a must if you are a soccer fan. I came before the World Cup and they had the trophy on display super cool! I brought home a lot of souvenirs for my family from their gift shop too. They have interactive exhibits and traditional which I thought was cool and it's very modern over all. Easy to walk too if you're staying near opera house area. I highly recommend:)

Yelp
Amazing experience at the FIFA museum. You get to see the real trophy as well as other fifa trophies. There's also an interactive segment to play games which is cool for little kids. Wish there was a take home gift. The gift shop had amazing gear.

Yelp
If you're a big futbol (aka soccer) fan, you must come here. They don't focus on individual players but on the history of futbol. Founders, winning teams, evolution of gear, what futbol is like to the common folk around the world, jerseys for every country, men's futbol, women's futbol, etc. You'll see legends and big futbol stars sprinkled here and there. Pele, Zizou, Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar Jr., Zlatan, Maradona, Marta, Abby Wambach, Homare Sawa, Carli Lloyd, etc. I didn't see much on David Beckham but that's fine - you'll see him in all sorts of ads, and talk shows anyway. There are 4 floors: Planet Football, Foundations & FIFA World Cup Gallery, Fields of Play, and Cafe Bar Bistro & Gift Shop. Planet Football: That's where you'll see the history of FIFA/ futbol starting in 1863, and the rainbow made of jerseys. Foundations & World Cup Gallery: Where you'll see trophies, Wall of Champions (which country won, what year, and who was part of that team), and mascots. There's a photo booth, dancing area. There's a cinema that has a schedule to play about an 8-minute video (featuring the stadium, the fans, the coaches, the referees, the players, the emotions, the excitement, the defeat, and the victory) - once you reach this floor, you cannot go back to where you started. You cannot hop from one floor to another and go back. Stay in one floor and soak up everything before moving on to the next. Fields of Play: This is the interactive and physical part of the museum. If you have kids or you're big kid, you'll have fun at The Lab where they have drills where you can practice and test your futbol skills. They have pods where you can watch Shakira's "Waka Waka" video which I definitely skipped, no thanks! There's also a section where you can make your own flag/ poster and stick on the wall. They have all the supplies you need (paper, glue, scissors, construction paper, etc). You'll see futbol souvenirs that have been donated by fans. In a hidden part of this floor, you can visit the library with their collection of thousands of books and magazines about futbol. Check out their hours. Cafe Bar Bistro & Gift Shop: Buy souvenirs such as shirts, signed jerseys, jackets, keychains, magnets, pens, pencils, soccer ball shaped erasers, books, videos, toys, towels, soccer ball shaped chocolates, champagne, and much more. The cafe has soccer ball shaped chairs. There was nobody at the cafe so I guess they were closed when I went. I easily spent 2-3 hours here.

Yelp
If you have a remote interest in soccer this is an awesome stop! Takes you from start to finish, the whole history of soccer, from the first officiated games, first balls, all the world cup winners, videos, uniforms, colorful, sound... It's great. You can spend a long time here, or roll thru in an hour. All staff extremely friendly and helpful (to be expected). Place is clean and tight (to be expected). Great locale, plenty of places to walk to for lunch, bars, shopping, etc...

Yelp
As someone who doesn't watch or know much about sports, this museum was still a lot of fun! PSA: if you purchased the Swiss Pass then your entrance to the museum will be free or charge! Onto the review. Because sports is really not my thing, I wasn't sure whether I'd enjoy the museum, but we I wanted to take my husband as he is a sports fanatic. Turns out anyone and everyone will find something to ooh and ahh over! There are many integrative stations ranging from several try-out stations (where the balls are dispensed and you get to try out different types of plays such as free kicks), photo booths, game booths, and so much more! Seeing the vast display of uniforms of all participating countries and of the top players was pretty neat. We wish the gift shop had more selection of items for purchase however. There was a bin of bobble heads but it was for 1 team only. Overall we had more fun and spent more time than we'd expected to. Soccer fans cannot miss this museum if you're ever in the area.

Yelp
Don't wait to visit the top floor! There are a lot of interactive things to do. They close at 6, so make sure you save time!

Yelp
Excellent museum to visit. Especially if you are a true football "soccer" fan. It's highly interactive, suitable for our today's techno savvy people. It makes learning the past, the traditions, and the entire world of football so much easier and fun. I spent 2 hours on a Saturday evening that was not crowded and the time went by like a flash. Highly recommend it if you are ever in Zurich. Brought back my memories from my childhood all the way to the present time. Long live football!!!!!

Yelp
While in Zurich we decided to check this out. If you're a football (soccer) fan, at the international level, this is definitely worth your time. The design and layout is all football and you'll have access to a lot of history and artifacts (jerseys, balls, etc.) throughout the history of FIFA. You'll learn the origin of FIFA and the history of all world cup. There are interactive areas where you can learn each country's international standing; there's also interactive area to kick footballs around and test your skills. There are lockers to store your stuff while you tour; a deposit is required but you get you coin back when you return your key. If you're a football fan it's worth making some time to visit.

Yelp
It was ok. Cool to see the trophies and the memorabilia. It wasn't very big. A lot of interactive things upstairs, so good for young kids.

Des S.

Yelp
Great experience. Recommend that something be written referring to Blatters corruption as he and all the other heads have large poster sized photos. Blatters did a lot of damage to FIFAs reputation.

Yelp
Quite unique museum as you can see everything about football and world cup. For this aspect, this museum deserves 4 stars but it's really small and not easy to read all displays.. so if you go when there are many kids, you might feel you are trapped in a kindergarten or playground.. I think the admission fee 25 CHF is too high .. Perhaps 10 CHF might be more appropriate.

Yelp
Museum was interactive with lots of soccer paraphernalia. There are three floors of things to do and see. Nice bistro. The sports bar really only had drinks. Being from America one hears sports bar and things of bar food but it wasn't even close to that. In its own right though it was a nice place to have a drink and just relax after the museum. We went on a Sunday morning. Was pretty empty but when we left it was getting much busier. I can see this museum growing into a must go to for all soccer fans.

Yelp
My boyfriend is a huge soccer fan and is also an excellent soccer player, so we didn't want to miss coming here. This museum is very well laid out and has a contemporary feel. We got some interesting facts from the employees there, which neither one of us was aware of. There are also some interactive soccer games, which are fun for adults and kids. I thought the size of the museum was perfect, very informative, but not overwhelming.

Yelp
A lot of interactive information. Starting at the entrance with all the tricots of the 209 members of FIFA, placed as a rainbow. then you have at the wall the timeline to get an overview of important dates and you see that Fifa exists since 1904. Then U can go down and see all men world cups in a vitrine with the tricots of this time and other football stuff. There is a referee game too, to check, if you would be a good referee or not. There is a little cinema at the end of the lower level with a movie of 8 minutes of different footballl areas. after you can take an elevator to get to the upper floor. there are interactive football flippers, where you can measure against each other and a wall to put your wish. Then at the end there is a Shop with a lot of football gadets and a bistro with terrasse. Downstairs ist the Sportsbar 1904 with 4 big screens. me and my friend liked the visit very much. check it out... http://de.fifamuseum.com

Yelp
It was informative, interesting, & interactive. Nice mix of displays, visuals, & memorabilia. I get it that the men's game has been around far longer & is greatly supported, but my biggest complaint was very little attention given to Women's participation other than the wall of World Cup's they've played. Not one clip of any Womens' World Cups in the video presented. I so enjoyed seeing the men, but wondered why they completely left out the women in it. There were many young girls & women visiting who love both mens & women's football.. Can't help but think of the message being sent. Step it up FIFA World Football Museum!
