Great spot for Western food with warm cozy atmosphere, friendly staffs. The menu is quite short with around 15 dishes but all are beautifully cooked, balanced flavors and complex textures. The price are above average but worth the quality. Highly recommend!

It’s a small joint and we were given a seat on the second floor. I find that the second floor seemed a little spartan and lacking of character. However, the chef executed most of the dishes well. The scallops were perfectly cooked, charred outside and moist inside. The gnocchi too were exceptional with soft, pillowy textures. The main of pork loin could be cooked a little less as I found it just a tad dry. The desserts were just alright. I found the service a little lacking in warmth. Overall, I think this is a great place for a night’s out and might come back here if I’m in the neighbourhood.

Small place with more seats upstairs. Not many dishes on the menu but there are chef’s recommendations on the board (not in menu). I had a baby tomato salad with feta cheese which I found quite salty but otherwise fairly fresh. For the main, I had roasted pork with chimichurri sauce which was a bit greasy for my. Flavor wise it was nice.

Visited for the first time this week and can't believe we haven't been sooner!!! Sat in the small 'outside' area of the restaurant which looked out onto the small square & allowed you to watch the world go by. It was all undercover so the rainfall didn't make a difference. The food was incredible, everything ordered was impeccable & no fault could be found. We ordered a selection of starters to share between 4 of us, then a main course each. Every dish was delicious!!! We had the lamb, flank steak, burger & barracuda (this was on the specials board). The portion sizes were great (you need to order separate fries for your burger). Great price and value for money. Good selection of wine & beers available, but no spirits on the menu. We'll definitely be returning soon for more delights!!!

I love their mushroom croquettes with truffles aioli and pamersan dish and their gnocchi. Other large plates are good too but we were just too full. The service is quick. Small place you should book in advance

Not bad for a dinner date here. Delicious western foods with some special choices 👍. Small space for big guys, btw but it's ok for Asians or small guys. The price is expensive more than some others restaurant around this area. But I think you should come to try 🥴

Today we visited Fiftysix the first time and what shall I say? Everything was perfect! Nic, the owner, really knows how to cook and also well-advises us regarding the ingredients. We ordered the Beef Striploin, the Grilled Prawns, the sautéed spinach (with feta, bacon and eggs) and the French Fries. The beef was cooked perfectly and was tender and very tasty. Same for the prawns. The spinach combination was also very interesting and tasted so yummy. Price related to value is absolutely fair. Highly recommend that place! Will definitely come back

Red wine was good. I tried the chef’s special dish, which was grilled fish and it was also good. It is decent and very good, but I feel there are better ones around especially in this area.
