We stayed here for 4 nights after a friend from New York suggested it. To start the hotel staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. A huge shout out to Isabel who checked us in and assisted throughout our stay. We were celebrating our engagement. Our room was decorated and we were provided a bottle of bubbly. The rooms are not large but very well appointed. They are spotless. We were very comfortable and would stay there again without hesitation. You cannot ask for a better location. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you so much.

This hotel is in the heart of the city with many of the beautiful and interesting things at walking distance. The design is very nice, everything in the style of a fig tree. Our room was spacious and nice, but the electronic curtains and blinds did not work properly anymore and the noise from the street was a bit too loud. The hotel should invest in some noise reduction measures to enhance the comfort of the guests. What we found a bit odd, were the opening hours of the spa: from 14:00 to 20:00. Times that tourists normally would be out exploring the city. We didn’t use the spa for that reason. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was affordable and very good.

Staying at Boutique Figueira Hotel felt like a little touch of island elegance right in the middle of Lisbon. The green and black tropical flair instantly reminded me of home in the Bahamas chic, relaxed, and full of character. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel right at ease. Our room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that made it both comfortable and stylish. Plus, the location couldn’t be better everything we needed was just a short walk away. A lovely stay with just the right mix of charm and convenience. I truly loved it, and I will highly recommend.

Mario from the Front Desk is an excellent host and exactly the kind of person you want to meet when entering a hotel. We walked in this place believing it was the hotel we’d booked. Mario welcomed us warmly but had trouble finding our booking. As it turned out we walked into the wrong hotel - the one we’d booked was directly next door and we didn’t pay attention when entering. Despite the mix-up being entirely our fault, Mario handled it so kindly and with such a great sense of professionalism and humor that it really made our day.

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location. We felt thoroughly looked after every step of the way. The room was clean and secure, with all amenities and a huge bathroom. Design felt well thought out and there were lots of lovely little social areas around the hotel, making great use of the space. Honestly the whole place felt like an art form! Only sad point was the gym was very basic, but it had enough for a couple of days away! Thanks for making our first experience of Lisbon really something to remember!

Super hotel with an excellent location right in the heart of the city – perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring local restaurants. The rooms are very clean and modern, with comfortable beds and lots of mirrors that create a unique atmosphere.There’s a bar and a restaurant downstairs. Breakfasts are simple but tasty, with plenty of fresh fruit. However, a bit more variety would be nice, as the menu is the same every day and can get a little repetitive after a week. One small downside – the rooms could use better lighting. Even with all the lamps turned on, it still feels a bit dim.

Stayed here in March of 2025. The hotel is centrally located, has a dark moody, tonal vibe. The room was a good size, great view of the centre. The bed however is awkwardly situated in the room and makes it difficult to move around and getting in and out of the bed with two people. Reception staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. Mario was kind and helpful, explained all of the services and helped us to our room. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, professional, courteous, attentive and always polite. We ate dinner at the restaurant and had drinks and appetizers at the bar lounge twice. The food in the restaurant was delicious, served in a timely manner and hefty portions. Overall rating for the hotel, restaurant and location is a 8.5/10 I would’ve rated a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the bed. I would still recommend staying here.

This is a great location -just central and close to subway, train station, shopping, restaurants, and river etc. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the windows open to the main square so nice to watch the lights, people and everything. It does get quiet in the night so you can enjoy a good night's sleep. The housekeeping staff were excellent in taking care of the room when I opted for it. Breakfast included a very nice spread of everything for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Above everything, the front desk staff was the best -they were super courteous and regularly checked if I needed anything. They were very prompt in attending to my requests, for example, requests for extra water or printing a document. A special thanks to Bruno, Adison and Liris- you guys are awesome!
