A nice and cozy hotel situated perfectly if you wanna experience the city. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and functional. A few more electrical outlets wouldn't hurt though. L'occitane bathroom products was a nice touch! They offer spa treatment for an added cost, I recommend trying the turkish steam bath which was very pleasant. The only real downside was the restaurant staff was not very service oriented. It felt like we were bothering them. We didn't order food, but we had drinks each night.

The staff were fantastic. Steam room / Turkish bath on food was ideal. Gym was ok - could have more stuff but was fine for me for a couple days. Room was great. Location is unbeatable. Loved interacting on WhatsApp - so easy. Breakfast good value also. Would stay again.

Exceptional Stay: A Seamless and Luxurious Experience at Figueira by The Beautique Hotel My wife and I recently concluded a wonderful overnight stay at the Figueira by The Beautique Hotel, from October 21st to 22nd, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment of arrival, we were met with a remarkably warm and professional reception. The check-in process was seamless, setting a positive tone for the entire visit. The dedication and attentiveness of the entire staff throughout our stay deserve special commendation; their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The accommodation itself was superb. Our room was not only beautiful but also well-appointed, providing a highly comfortable and relaxing environment. It genuinely contributed to what we would describe as a beautiful and memorable experience. We are delighted to rate our entire experience a perfect 10/10. The Figueira by The Beautique Hotel excels in combining high-quality facilities with impeccable service. We look forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and attentive stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Figueira during a family trip to Lisbon with my parents, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a real difference in our stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything one could possibly need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the amenities first-class. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the calm, elegant atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Lisbon, yet peaceful enough to truly relax after a day of exploring. It was the perfect base for discovering the city’s charm with my parents, and it made our trip all the more special. Overall, Hotel Figueira exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent staff, outstanding rooms and amenities, and a truly welcoming ambiance. I can wholeheartedly recommend it and will certainly return on my next visit to Lisbon.

I stayed 4 nights and it was exceptional. Location is great. The staff (Bruno especially but all of the team too) was super friendly, helpful, attentive to every request we had and spoiled us with a room that has a view to the square. Whether it was an envelope to deliver or extend our checkout. Everything was responded with a YES.

I stayed at Figueira Hotel in Lisbon this August and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The location is truly fantastic — right in the heart of the city, facing a beautiful square and just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and shops. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable, with a small balcony offering wonderful views of the square and Lisbon Castle. I later learned I had been eligible for a free room upgrade, which was not mentioned at check-in — a small but notable lapse in communication. That said, the room I received was beautiful, so I was still very pleased. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was exceptional, and the housekeeping team — especially the ladies — were absolutely fantastic, keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. The bathroom featured high-quality amenities (shampoo, shower gel, etc.), though the lighting was a bit dim. One small suggestion: it would have been nice to have a tissue box in the room, as well as slippers, which are typically expected at this level of hotel. The coffee machine and free minibar were very much appreciated — a generous touch. However, having a few napkins or small paper towels alongside those amenities would have been helpful and more practical. The only real inconvenience was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the room. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and provided a portable AC unit, which helped make the room more comfortable. Lastly, the concierge and front desk staff were excellent — very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the city. Despite a few minor issues, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Figueira Hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

I stayed 3 nights in a superior room. Looking out to the square. It was nice with a luxury touch. The bed was decent, pillows not so great. The bathroom was roomy except the shower. The door closed funny and got water all over the floor. Had to mop it up with our towels. The shower basin is above the bathroom floor (elevated). Make sure when you shower and use the hand held part dont face it at the door. The hotel bar/, restaurant downstairs is pricy. I got shitty service from the bartender and waiters. Once I sat myself in the lobby at a table and got up and left after countless times being passed by staff without taking notice. I had to ask once for someone to order as no one was at the bar area to serve the guests in that space. Honestly looked like they were short staffed and too busy to care about guests who just wanted a drink from the bar and not the restaurant. Super disappointed I havnt walked out form a place in a long time.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the highlight was definitely the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception, also Ceslo. They were always ready to help with a smile, and when my friend fell sick, they took such great care of her. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel truly at home and turned my visit into an even more memorable experience.
