We had a lovely time over here. It is very accessible by bus and the family rooms are very spacious (then ones in the green building at least), but I would have expected some more useful amenities. There's a fridge and there's free filtered water available at the restaurant. But having cups, a water boiler and some tea and coffee would have been a great addition. Also, there are no shelves at all to organise your stuff. You have to put everything on the floor of your room. We've had better rooms for the same amount of money. But it's still a place we recommend. The small resort has a wonderful, relaxing vibe with several spots in the shade and many hammocks. Food is delicious. The lunch menu stays the same, the dinner varies every day. Basic breakfast is included, but you can order extra dishes from the menu. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to spend a couple of days in Fiji. Good mix of families and solo travelers. Great atmosphere, it’s easy to meet people. Loved the facilities, honestly didn’t expect it since this place is so much cheaper compared to other resorts in the area. The dorms were spacious and always kept clean, beds were comfy. I only wish there were more power outlets in the room— 2 outlets aren’t enough for 6 people. A power strip can easily solve this. The communal showers and bathrooms were always clean too. Lots of free stuff you can do, like billiards, kayaking etc. Great beachfront location, it’s also easy to get here by public transport. The free breakfast is a nice bonus. I found the food at the restaurant good. Dinner menu changes daily so there’s variety. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and always helpful. I loved my stay here, I actually extended my stay twice. :)

Great spot for solo traveling. The staff was super fun and we played an amazing game of volleyball. I got to know lots of people during my stay and made some great connections.

We loved the atmosphere in the Beachouse. We will come back to stay here when we are next in Fiji. The room was a bit dark but apart from that it was very peaceful the stay, and it had everything we wished. Loved the massage, the horse-riding on the beautiful beach in front of the resort. It was very good the surf school as well, informing us about the waves and taking us on a boat to some spots around the coral coast. The cafe at the top of the resort was our favorite from all the other cafes on the island.

We took an under 13 rugby union team (24 kids) for a week and this was by far the best place to have them stay. The location is set back from the main road with beach frontage and the atmosphere is perfect for groups. We had booked all 4 dorms and additional room for 3 girls in the tour including 3 rooms for management. All rooms where within close enough proximity to keep eyes on the kids. The rooms were ideal for the age group and it was great that there were no tv's etc so we all could disconnect. The rooms were serviced and bath towels changed regularly during our week stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and property generally was above standard and we couldn't have asked for a better location for our group of 31. A well kept secret with its own beach, pool and activities. The meals each day were delicious and varied and desserts were baked fresh every day. The staff were amazing especially Rosa and Sala at reception - all staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a laundry service in the neighbouring village was helpful with getting the jerseys and playing kit laundered and the price was very reasonable. No request was too hard and we pre-ordered our lunch and dinner meals with the kitchen being a large group and the staff were very accomodating. For parents that tagged along and did the own activities the location is roughly halfway between Suva and Nadi so made it easy for them to do day trips if need be. The outdoor showers were a treat and there was plenty of hot water to go around. They provide shower wash and shampoo so pack your conditioner along with mozzie spray (although they do have some on hand). The dorms had fans but it wasn't hot at night during our stay and the other rooms had air conditioning. The onsite massage service was fantastic and cheap and I see why other visitors from other resorts come to use the service here.

Cozy, Fun, and Right on the Beach A cute little surf lodge right on the beach with a relaxed, friendly vibe. The staff are super warm and welcoming, and the food is fresh, tasty, and local. There’s a cute pool, beach swings, great snorkeling, and plenty of activities to keep you busy. The rooms are comfortable. The onsite coffee shop is good!!! Sunsets are stunning, and the overall atmosphere is cozy, fun, relaxed and full of good people. would definitely come back!

Very social place, all the staff are very welcoming. Beautiful place to watch the sunset. Food is good and you pay for what you want rather than being forced into paying for a stupid food package like most resorts force you into. Plenty of activities offered. The lead surf instructor is a great guy, who is very knowledgeable about all the different surf spots and is always willing to help people learn. Laundry services offered. Happy hour drinks. Pool table. Live music. And there are plenty of great dogs

An unforgettable Fijian experience! Fiji Beachouse completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family—genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The personalized service made all the difference; it felt like they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for every guest. The setting is pure paradise—gorgeous beaches, crystal-clear water, and plenty of spots to relax and unwind. Whether you're swinging in a hammock, lounging by the pool, or strolling along the beach, it's incredibly peaceful and restorative. The food was fresh and delicious every day, with a nice mix of local flavors and familiar favorites. I especially appreciated the laid-back, communal vibe at meals—it’s easy to meet other travelers or enjoy quiet time if you prefer. Excursions were another highlight! From reef snorkeling to waterfall hikes, every adventure was well-organized and gave us a deeper appreciation of Fiji's natural beauty and culture. This place overdelivers in the best way—simple luxury, incredible hospitality, and the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. I can’t wait to return.
