The staff are friendly. The location is good. The airport shuttle is mostly efficient. But I agree with the AI summary of reviews of this hotel: there should, in 2025, be in-room WiFi for free. Also, the chips with my burger were not uniformly hot at dinner last night. The burger was good, though!

Fiji Gateway hotel is a perfect spot for a quick stay or day pass! We had a beautiful room and the service was top-notch. The bar served tasty drinks and the staff were amazing, especially Senimelia, our bartender, who provided exceptional service with a smile. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with Nadi Airport just a short 5-minute walk away from the check-in terminal - you barely need their shuttle service! If you're looking for a convenient place to rest before catching your transportation to the islands or waiting for a late-night flight, Fiji Gateway is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, location and amenities! Very friendly staff from the drivers, to the bell hop, front desk and servicers!!! Less than 5 min from the airport. Highly recommend with no hesitation! Great location especially if u have a long layover and need a good rest!

I booked the room with booking.com months in advance and had to pay in full at the time of making the booking. Having seen the room when I arrived and it's location, that now makes sense. Room needed a repaint, marks on the walls. The "view" was the back of the kitchens. Twin beds which I did not request on booking. TV wasn't working. No wifi in the room. I had to pay to have it turned on. Thankfully only stayed for one night. The pool was probably the best bit of the hotel for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unlikely to stay here again.

Comfortable and efficient hotel, very close to Nadi airport - walking distance but shuttle also available - ideal for short stays. Good service, even allowing us to store luggage for several days between stays. Decent restaurant, simple but good breakfast. Very good value for money.

This hotel is perfect for people who need a hotel for a stop over or just have a short time to fly again. The hotel is literally next to the airport, just 2 minutes' walk. We loved staying at the Fiji Gateway Hotel. The price of the room was reasonable, and our room was very comfortable and clean. There is a cafe/restaurant on site to order food and drinks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a spa treatment and were really happy with the service and price. We loved that we were across the road from the airport and that the hotel had a shuttle service available free of charge 24/7. Despite being across the road from Nadi airport you did not hear planes arriving or taking off. There is a council bus stop outside the hotel which takes you as far as the Nadi bus station. The buses run regularly and cost $1:50 (Fijian) one way. The pools were very clean, and the slide was heaps of fun. We enjoyed our two-night stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely stay here again next time we are passing through Fiji.

There were two nice pools, and the location was very convenient (directly across the road from the airport). We didn’t have breakfast there, but had a very nice dinner.||The room was small and basic. Although it was supposed to be a pool view room we looked out onto the car park and water tanks.
