FANTASTIC TACOS! I hear new owners are in and I think it’s great! As an avid Filiberto’s lover (it was literally in my husbands vows) I know good Filiberto’s. One small note for the restaurant please please taste the rice and beans it was WAYYY to salty like yeesh, almost not edible but could tell it was a simple mistake. But flavor and texture was amazing on the rice and beans just to salty.

I love this filbertos definitely way better then before the new management is amazing and looks way better from inside. You must try the menudo on Saturday and Sunday the best and their hot sauces taste way better more flavor not only to the sauce but the food as well must tryyy everything is sooo yummy I’m glad there back open 24hrs!!!!!!!!

Ive been coming here for 20 years and this location is my favorite. I was really sad when they closed but i think that the food is the same if not better since the remodel. So yummy! The best rice 😍

Every thing is better since new owner food is way better but the people working are so friendly. I go when im having a bad day just cause there attitude is uplifting

from my understanding , chorizo is specifically cooked into eggs so im not understanding how i ordered an chorizo special burrito & the meat is completely separated from the eggs the meat was far from fresh nor does it even look like chorizo it’s constantly this location that is messing up from the morning shift to the night shift like honestly if you don’t want to cook ur own races food correctly why even bother working there it’s getting pathetic that people waste their $ with this business to not even receive the decency of correct cooked food I separated the eggs & as you can see it’s old a** meat bits I knew it was old by the way I just bought it & my tortilla was filled with oil/grease do better .

Came here for taco 🌮 Tuesday and they didn't disappoint..my meal came fast and I ate even faster 😅 the lady who took our order was very kind and welcoming most definitely recommend coming here any day of the week

I have been going to this location for over a decade. Overall they have good food and service, however, recently their quality has been suffering. The last two times I have ordered carne asada fries the fries have been undercooked. They used to be a nice golden color but have been white when served. Please fix this.

Great place!!!! The new management is definitely better and looks way better inside I was happy they opened back up worth the wait food has better taste to it as well as the hot Sause and they now have menudo and it taste amazing must and go tryyy there 24hrs!!!

Horrrrrible food, I decided to stop here today because it was raining and it was on my Way home. Both my quesadillas were under cooked, and looked like they just threw a bunch too much cheese into a shell not to mention I love cheese but it was way too much and the shells were not toasted and cheese was not melted all the way just certain areas. I couldn't find an area go to complain so I just came here. I tried to give a call to the store but the woman informed me she would need me to get the food out the trash and bring it back up there, I asked for a number so I can send the photos since it was on the opposite side of where I reside and explained it was raining and that's the reason I didn't take it back to begin with, I tried to get her managers number but she said she couldn't provide that to me either. I spent almost $30 and the food was prepared correctly I also ordered a carne asada burrito that was also prepared sloppy and the shell was not cooked, there wasn't a line so it wasn't busy so unsure why this happened and how. She informed me she doesn't cook the food but she remembers me, so also unsure why I was unable to get any kind of resolution over the phone after her informing me she remembers me and my order.

This place says open 24hr. Showed up and they had papers TAPED saying closed. Ridiculous.

Moved to Texas and came back to visit. this was one of my guilty pleasures in the past and I was excited. I don't know what happened to these burrito shops but they no longer taste authentic. beans taste canned and the carne asada just doesn't have that great of flavor. sad.

Terrible food and unfriendly staff. They litter their fliers all over the neighborhood and they just litter everywhere. I'm going to start collecting the rock bags with coupons they throw at houses, and throw them back at their restaurant.

The best, get the Carna Asada burrito! They will customize it to your liking. I don't care for guacamole on my burrito and they kindly replace it with refried beans. Their hot sauces are awesome as well, I prefer the red over the green but both are really good. If you have an appetite, get a burrito from here, it will fill you up!

Ordered a potato breakfast burrito and this is what I got. The unfortunate part is that I cannot eat ham, so now I have to throw away this meal that cost $10.

Horrible food I got. Had a coupon for free combo and Got burnt meat in chimichonga. The beans were very salty.

My friend and I decided to grab bite to eat while out riding our bikes. She opted for crunchy taco and I opted for bean burrito. My burrito was fine. They put a lot of bean but no cheese or onions. Just tortilla and beans. I liked they tortilla. Overall it was ok.

HAIR IN FOOD AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I picked up my food at 9:53am. I called them at 10:23am to complain about hair in my food. The girl on the phone said "it's 10:23 and you're just now calling?" I was shocked. She then said they can't do anything for me and hung up the phone. I drove back with all the food and drinks and demanded a refund.

The red chile sauce was watered down it looked and tasted like tomato tea and the fish taco was smallpieces of overcooked fried fish. My dog enjoyed it though...I've eaten here many times. Not sure what's happened.

This place is by far the most disgusting place I have ever eaten of all locations. I got the chimichanga plate and it smelled like the meat was COMPLETELY SPOILED!! I did not finish the food and became I'll later. Not going back to THAT location ever again. This was 32nd st & Indian School Rd.

Ordered twice with DoorDash no pico as I am allergic to cilantro .... How do get it wrong twice?

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Came here around 10pm and the service was terrible. The lady at the front acted like she didn't wanna be there. We asked for salsa and she just stared right at us and closed the window at the drive thru. We then get home and start eating our food to realize the tortillas weren't even cooked. I had to put my burrito in a pan on the stove just to cook my tortilla. The salsa was gross, and the food looked like they didn't care how they put it together. $50 down the drain, because we ended up tossing the food away. That SADDEST PART ABOUT IT is earlier that day we went to another location down the street and it was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately later that night that location was closed since it's not open 24hrs I went expecting something and left really really disappointed. Expensive food for crap quality too. I will never go to this location again. Very disappointed and if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I don't really write bad reviews, most of my reviews are good. But I just really needed to call this location out for the terrible food and terrible service.

The carne asada burritos were amazingly delicious. The meat was cooked nice and tender, and the spices on the burrito were just right, not too much sauce. We went through the drive-thru, the staff was friendly and polite.. I. Would recommend this location to anybody

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. FOOD IS DISGUSTING.just got 2 burritos from filibertos, the burritos were cold, tortillas looked old, did not taste well. Threw in trash. i think they gave me left over burritos

Always here on Taco Tuesday, and they deliver every time! Another go to staple of mine is the super nachos and the country burrito. I gotta say this location in particular is real consistent with their dishes. This is my favorite Filibertos by far!

This place is horrible. Consistently messing up orders and giving the wrong food just to not do anything about it. I called for a refund and they hung up on me. Trash establishment go to any other taco shop

Sometimes they were ok... but lately not so much. The last burrito I got-- Carne asada-- the meat was so tough, I couldn't take more than a few bites, and it's only made worse because it was ordered using a credit from my previous order, which had been a breakfast burrito that had been made incorrectly and had hard pieces of bacon inside that actually hurt my teeth! I don't think I'll be going to this location again any time too soon.

The prices are a bit high now for most items as a bacon,cheese and potato breakfast burrito cost over 8 bucks. It was a good version though and the bacon was not fatty either. The three rolled tacos were above average and the guacamole on this day was looking normal and tasted good.

Ordered a sausage burrito without cheese due to a dairy allergy, but the burrito received had cheese included. No big deal. Went back for an exchange. Gave back the burrito and three included sauces (a red and two green). The new burrito didn't have cheese but was half the size of the original and only came with one red sauce. Probably should have checked before pulling away but we were on a time crunch. Don't think I'll want to revisit if this is what I get for $10 :(

went to get a couple cane asada burritos and the more we took a bite the colder the burrito was. tasted like they pulled it out of the fridge. I hardly make reviews but this one definitely needed to be made. Beware!! I wouldn't spend a dime here again.

Service and price were fine, but 2 1/2 hrs after my bean n cheese burrito and Horchata, I was praying and begging for death. Anything to just make the convulsions stop. I haven't heaved my guts out that bad in years. Don't know what I did to deserve that, but he'll if I'm gonna give those poli/roli berto chain places a chance again.

I got the five street tacos three carne asada and two carnitas. They were both pretty bland I've had a lot better there before . The red sauce was very watery and had a weird kind of taste to it . The green sauce was okay . Filberto's kind of needs to come up with a standard I feel cuz some filbertos is really good While others lack it's hit and miss and that's not fun

My coworkers love this place but I don't see the appeal. Had the carne fries and after biting into one I found it frozen. Looked at the other fries and barely cooked. Took it back where they looked at me crazy to remake my order and she asks if I want my fries well done? Well cooked would be nice. But I said "sure". My next order was cooked a little better but for 11.69 Not worth the calories and barely any taste. Customer service should have refunded my money or gave me something to make me want to give them a second chance. Never happened and so I won't be spending any of my hard earned dollars here.

It is very delicious and very yummy this is the best Mexican place for food so stop looking at the review and go get some.

Since when a chorizo with egg not a breakfast burrito the sign says $5 for a breakfast burrito and they charge me almost $9 what a rib off and I was here between 6 and 11 am

The lady taking the order was not friendly and was impatient when we were telling our order. The burritos we got were not good, very bland, had no flavor, overall was a disappointmen.

There are no quality standards anymore. wanted to give them one last shot and it's the worst yet: mystery meat mixed in with pico, burnt carne asada, cheese that doesn't melt. I had to throw everything away, just completely gross.

Location on 7th & Indian School Ordered Carnitas plate very bad got severe food poisoning!!! Other party ordered tacos and got under cooked meat. Food poisoning also. Will never go to any of their locations.

Came through the drive through a few days ago at about 3 am with the munchies... very satisfied, the guy who made my food made it with care , making sure i had all my sauces and being nice/generous

I have been wanting to try them out for over a year. Today I finally went to the location on Pinnacle Peak and 19th in North Phoenix for lunch. I ordered 2 shredded beef tacos, one soft and one crisp. It took 14 minutes to receive it! The soft taco was cold and the meat was very dry. Worst waste of my I was so disappointed. I will probably never go there again. I do not see what people like about them. Are there no GOOD taco places in Phoenix?

I'm a truck driver, can't accommodate the drive thru due to having a 53' trailer..So obviously I try ordering inside which was closed. The guy refused to serve me at the door and walking up to the drive thru because I didn't have a "car." I told him I had a semi truck and trailer, I pointed to it right in front of him. Still wouldn't take my order. Oh well! Karma's a b____ only if you are.

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. I went through the Drive thru and I was given an incomplete/wrong order. I called to informed so they would be aware and instead of just apologizing, they informed me of their manager's policy that the food must be brought and shown to them to get a refund. I was not looking for a refund as people make mistakes, I just wanted them to be aware of the mistake as I do not have time to go back. There was a 4 dollar price difference in the types of plates ordered.

Filibertos is perfect for anytime or any hour of the night!!! Love their food!! My favorite choice is the chicken enchiladas!!

So...the service was bad. Asked for no gauc-got gauc. Asked for pico, didn't get it. My card didn't work but couldn't retry or give a reason. But the food was good lol

I ordered Filiberto's through uber eats today because I'm at work and was unable to leave. Everything was delicious and great as usual until I finished my ENTIRE drink. There was something (looks like a paper towel or tissue) on the bottom of my cup! Fcking DISGUSTING. Never ever going back. Makes me sick to my stomach that they could let something like this happen, especially in a time like we're in now.

First time I've tried Filiberto's as a suggestion from my cousin as a must try while I'm in Phoenix. She suggested to try the carne asada fries since we didn't have that in Chicago. It was all right. I felt like the meat was kinda dry. Cheese wise I feel like they should've used real Mexican cheese instead of cheddar cheese. Carne asada taco was all right. I really like the rolled tacos though. Would totally go back for that.

Good old Filiberto's! Filiberto's was actually the spot where I had my first ever California Burrito (San Diego, CA) way back in the day. While not my favorite taco shop in the land, they will do in a pinch. Fast forward to present day in Phoenix, and I had a craving for some tacos. I had read somewhere that Filiberto's has deals for "Taco Tuesday". I pulled up their website and it said that tacos were $1.49 on Tuesdays. I drove down here for lunch to grab some of those $1.49 tacos. I pull up to the joint, and to my surprise, there is a sign on the building that says "$.99 tacos". What, what? $.99 cents? What, what? Thought I had died and gone to heaven! I pull into the drive thru and order 4 shredded beef tacos. Pull up to the window, pay the lady my $4.30, and am handed my bag of tacos. About that..........I noticed right away that the bag was super light. Like, really, really light. I was just praying that the tacos were even in there! I pulled over to a spot in the parking lot and was going to eat them there. I opened the box and sure enough, there were 4 tacos, but they were THE SKIMPEST tacos I had ever seen! The tortilla was regular hard taco shell size, but the mid section of the taco was beyond skimp. Maybe 1 oz of meat in each one, some shredded lettuce and a couple of strands of cheese. Seriously! Look at my pictures! The flattest tacos I have ever had. You literally had to crack and pry them open to confirm that there was anything in them. Even Jack in the Box tacos are fatter than these ones were! I took a bite into them and the taste was good, but it was 90% fried tortilla. I ate all 4 of them and could have easily had 10 more. Yeah, that skimp. I hope and pray to God that these tacos are only this skimp on Tuesdays. If these are the regular hard shelled beef tacos they sell at normal price, it is a complete rip off and I would ask for my money back and never come back. I wasn't expecting too much for $.99, but even at a buck a piece, I don't know if they are worth coming back for? I do like that they had a drive thru, and I'm sure I'll come back here sometime for a burrito, but as far as those tacos go....you have been warned. Order at least 8, lol!

Shrimp taco had 5 small shrimp; not fresh; tough stale tortillas; not tasty at all. Fish taco had maybe 1 ounce of fish, mostly just breading; tough stale tortillas; not tasty at all. Taco salad was a little tastier, but very little meat. Obnoxious loud television going. Expensive for what you get. I wont be back.

I am normally not a fan of these chains but I really like this location! The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. They give you a ton of meat too. Great place for Taco Tuesday. Large beef of chicken tacos for $1.99. I love the chicken tacos. They give you a ton of chicken, fresh lettuce and cheese, and the crunchy shell is amazing. Top it off with their green sauce and I'm a happy camper! Highly recommend for taco Tuesday. Grab yourself a churro for dessert!

The absolute worst ground beef burrito (seriously don't think it was beef at all). It not only had a very bad taste, but there was an horrible odor to accompany it. Disgusting and I will never return to this location! If I weren't so far away, I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. Also, their customer service was not lacking. Learned the hard way about this location!

Crappy food. I ordered some tacos and it was just crap. Seems like when you order without Guacamole the food is just really bland. Don't get me wrong I understand this is fast food but come on already. They don't even toast the tortillas....., wtf.

check food before you leave I order 5 rolled tacos through the drive-through and a drink the total amount first of all didn't make sense. It was an extra two dollars. I'm not sure for what but I drove all the way home went to take my first bite and it was still pretty much frozen not even cooked all the way.

Went to restaurant on metro parkway, I ordered a beef and bean burrito, I got a burrito with beans and no beef. Shame on me, I didn't make sure I got a receipt but it was such simple order I didn't think it was important. Got home within 5 minutes and ate the burrito and realized there was no beef....I called immediately and of course she acted like she couldn't understand English...mf. I'm done with Filiberto's...lying sacks of shit
