Filitti Boutique Hotel

The room is very clean and it’s a great location in the city. Staff were not very helpful when we stated that the safe didn’t work and we were told we could keep our valuables in the reception. |Shower is great and the shower amenities I.e shower gels were restocked every day with fresh towels also! |Only major point is that one pillow on the bed for each individual isn’t enough so I would recommend asking for 2 each.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I had one night stay, then I went to another hotel for being with my family and came back for another two nights. The staff even checked me in early on my second stay. The hotel is within walking distance from all the tourist attractions and restaurants. I absolutely recommend..

I had a very good stay at the Filitti Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was small and quite basic, but the location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to everything. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect for what I wanted to explore the old town and National History Museum etc. The room is tiny but has everything one needs. A pleasant budget stay.

Just had a 3 night stay at this hotel and me and my sister both experienced bites whilst staying in room 402. We are both covered in bites and it only occurred when sleeping and bites would appear in the morning. We have returned home to the uk and one particular bite has become so red and infected my sister has had to seek medical treatment. ||The trip was lovely and the hotel was lovely otherwise. The location is central and it served its purpose but this has really put a downer on the trip/experience. I’d hate for anyone else to get bites from staying in the hotel. Did inform reception as we were checking out but they didn’t seem bothered that we were covered in bites, maybe a language barrier I don’t know but I’ve seen another review saying they had bites after staying in room 402. Lastly, breakfast is very very poor, I was completely shocked at how bad it was.

Good value hotel in a great location right in the Old Town. Rooms were clean and spacious. View from rooftop was exceptional. Friendly team at reception too. I would stay again 100%. Breakfast was varied with a good selection and again good value for money.

this is 0 star hostel, no 4 star hotel. I don't know who gave stars to hotels in Romania but it shows they have no standard. No service, no gym, no reception, nothing. The room came by double bed, although we asked for queen. The bathroom had no amenities. The view is a collapsing building. The breakfast horrible. totally disappointing.

A great place for a solo traveller felt very safe at all times. Check in was easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I forgot my plug adapter from UK to EU I asked the lady at reception and whilst they didn't have one she offered me something that belonged to her to charge my phone which was absolutely lovely! |The only reason I am giving this 4* instead of 5 is the lack of amenities in the room. There was no kettle or tea / coffee facilities but perhaps that is normal in Romania? And I did request an iron as there wasn't one in the room but it seemed like there was only one as the lady said it was in someone else's room so to come back the next day for it. There's a mini bar and very affordable prices for those items within which is good. Room was spacious and the bathroom was great shower was absolutely huge and did have shampoo conditioner etc. The rooms are cleaned daily which is good as they replaced towels which was good. I was in my room on the 2nd day when the cleaner attended so knocked and asked if I wanted the clean which was nice of her didn't just let herself in. Aircon was a bit confusing to work and didnt always turn on so sometimes the room was very warm but not a problem really for me as I like to be warm. Bed was ok not the comfiest but this place is in the centre of old town (just far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it's not loud but close enough to work under 5 mins!) and very affordable excellent stay for a solo traveller and big shout out to the staff who were so lovely and helpful. Didn't have breakfast as it's served from 7am and I was out most days before this.
