Having experienced the exceptional pastries and baked goods of Paris, my expectations were quite high, and the competition is indeed steep. We visited a charming café offering various activities such as board games, piano, and books. Patrons were engaged in work on their laptops or friendly conversation, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying coffee. We ordered a chocolate cheesecake and banana bread. The cheesecake was satisfactory, though not exceptional enough for a return visit, but enjoyable nonetheless. The banana bread, however, was somewhat dry and lacked a strong banana flavor. Overall, the café was lovely, with helpful and kind servers. The coffee, however, was average, using unremarkable beans.
