Since it's off-season right now, we were lucky to get a "private tour."
You get a great insight into all steps of coffee production. From picking the fruit to the roasted coffee bean, you get to carry out each step yourself.
Enrique was very friendly and explained everything in a very understandable way.
At the end, several different methods of preparing coffee were tested and we even got to taste the famous Geisha coffee.
