Oh my word where do we start with this hotel, when booking it, I was expecting it to be nice but it went beyond my expectations. My only regret was only staying 2 nights which just wasn’t enough! First of all you need a car unless you are happy to just stay at the hotel because it is quite remote and not much public transport. The car allows you to see some really stunning beaches. The hotel is so beautifully laid out and feels like a luxury stay. The pool and restaurant area is stunning with views towards Ses Salines and the beach. It is excellent value for money. The room we had was lovely with a shared pool between 3 other rooms which feels private and exclusive. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom feels like you are in a spa. Something to note though is the bathroom and toilet is open planned in our room so you must be comfortable with whoever you are sharing with 🤣 the pool is incredible, I saw a previous comment saying the pool is green, this is not the case, it is clear clean water and well maintained. The food here is also lovely, especially the breakfast we loved with everything you can possible want from cold meats, bread, croissants, fresh fruit. My partner had the best chips they’d ever had. The staff are so helpful and friendly and we felt we were really well looked after during all meals and they come round to take your drink order whilst round the pool. The cocktails are also amazing you can really tell they put a lot of effort into them. On arrival we had a complimentary drink which was a lovely start.

We originally booked a villa in town, but stopped by Finca Hotel Rural Es Turó to collect the key, and as soon as we saw the setting, we were blown away. Luckily, the staff were absolute stars and managed to find us a room last minute. Best decision we made! This place is a hidden gem, peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The infinity pool is hands down the best in Majorca, with incredible views and a totally relaxing vibe. Our stay felt like a spontaneous upgrade to paradise. Can’t wait to come back, next time, for longer!

Four of us (two couples) traveled there for five nights in May, 2025. We had some difficulty finding the property (we blame Siri), but be aware that it is off the beaten path and they could do with much better signage. However, it is worth finding. The hotel is largely as shown in its pictures. The restaurant and pool and spa are integrated together, and you could spend the day poolside eating and relaxing in the cabanas. The staff are all delightful and helpful. We asked for help with a surprise gift of cava and chocolates on Mother’s Day for one of us, and they did a great job of putting that together and delivering it to the room. The dinners were good, but the breakfast was excellent. Reasonably priced wine & drinks were available. Our rooms were quite large. One couple’s room was well light and better maintained than the other couple’s; the lighting in that room was so dim that a wife had difficulty seeing to put on makeup (not an issue in the other room). One other issue: one room was close to the back of the restaurant, and staff were sometimes pretty loud (they quieted down each night by 10, and it was dead quiet at night). In sum, the facility was very good though room quality was a bit inconsistent, but what made our stay very nice were the friendly and hospitable staff. A very good value for the travel dollar, and close enough to the beaches and Palma so that it’s well situated as a base of operations to see the entire lower half of the island.

We had a room with private outdoor jacuzzi. Overall the mattress was worn out and saggy even with a topper and also smelled bad. The bathroom tap was whistling all night and jacuzzi was on all night and we could hear water running from inside the room. Even the outside areas feel they need some maintenance. The staff was lovely, very tasty food and nice massage

It is the first time that I stay in a hotel where the photos are worse than the real location. Rooms are great ( I stayed in a junior suite) , bed extremely comfortable, the surrounding very beautiful, super charming restaurant. And the breakfast really good. I would suggest the management to adjust the photos in the website and Booking.com. It really doesn’t reflect well the hote. From the downside, Staff is friendly, but a bit disorganised and not very professional ( you can see the answers from the owner here that are only emojis ). It was hard to explain to the manager that the jacuzzi temperature should be around 38 degrees ( that was stated in the Spa description from the hotel ) and not the 28 that was set. Turning on the heating on the bathroom brought an infestation of aunts .. that went away 1 hour later the heating was turned off. The bikes provided are not well maintained, but we were still able to have a nice bike tour in the region. In the end , the experience was positive and I would come back.

Review of Our Stay (February 15-16) Our experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. Here are the main issues we encountered: 1. Shower and Noise Issues The shower was barely warm. Although our room was spacious, the old wooden floor made disturbing noises, which upset the guests below us. They came up twice, clearly frustrated, and we felt threatened despite only wanting to enjoy our night. We tried to be respectful, but the noise was unbearable. On a positive note, the staff did provide a refund afterward, but overall, I never felt relaxed during our stay. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, which was a mixed blessing. When I requested the refund, they suggested marking it as a "no show," seemingly trying to prevent me from leaving a review. I've included several pictures and videos for reference. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking. 2. Breakfast Experience The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. The staff did not approach us to ask about our coffee preferences, and there was a lack of explanation regarding the breakfast menu. 3. Broken Facilities The hotel facilities appeared outdated and poorly maintained, making it feel more like a three-star establishment rather than the quality advertised. Although I only paid £110, it felt like a scam given the condition of the property. 4. Nice View On a positive note, the view from the hotel was lovely, and I've attached pictures for you to see. 5. Staff Issues Some staff members were rude. We did not receive the room we booked; instead, we were given an older, rustier room on the opposite side of the hotel. The TV was small but did have Netflix. Additionally, there was no complimentary water in the room, and I had to pay £3 for a bottle. 6. Final Recommendation. If you're considering this hotel, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on our experience, it feels like a scam.

1. The staff will not help with the suitcases at all or ask if they need help, they just stand there and look at you.I don't think this is the kind of service a 4 star hotel should have. 2. hotel location is very remote and will not help to call a car. 3. the hotel environment and pool is really nice but the spa area looks dirty. 4. no complimentary water in the room. 5. the serving was very slow and the bread looked like it was three days old. Overall, after reading the previous reviews, they definitely feel like they have no problem at all. Because when a guest gives a bad review, she only responds with a few emoji.
