Relaxed and friendly, good vibe. Nice selection of groceries available to purchase at reception. Well equipped kitchen for a hostel too.
The tent sites are pretty sharp ground so extra protection for your tent and sleeping mat would be wise.

Here you can rent equipment for the Via Ferrata like pulleys and climbing devices. The prices are good. However I would recommend you to at least bring your own slings, as the equipment can be pretty worn out.

We hired Via Ferrata kit from Finca La Campana, the team were friendly and the service received was fantastic, highly recommended!

Great place for climbers and socializing although at times it can be very crowded.
Generally we felt very good and the staff(Crespo) was great and helpful but there are 2 issues that I wanted to point out in the La Arana house. The shower was always clogged and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling and a general smell of mold in the whole house which is a public health issue and needs to be resolved.

I booked a “bunk” in their “bunkhouse” I was put on a mattress on the floor that was touching someone else’s mattress. I had about 2 feet to the left I could move the mattress, but moving it caused me to block the entrance to the bathroom. There is almost no airflow in the back room of the bunk house. I have stayed in many hostels, in almost just as many large dormitories. I have never had a worse hostel experience than I did at Finca. Do not stay here unless there are no other options.

Great, vibrant camping for climbers. Well equipped shop at the reception. U can also hire climbing and Ferrata gear. At Fri and Sat the best wood owen pizza!

We stayed in one of the rustic houses. It had a great view over the hills and mountains in the distance.
The guy on reception was welcoming and helpful.
Closest decent supermarket is pretty far by car so remember to bring things with you. Otherwise they sell some things at the reception.
There weren't many people when we were there but it seems a great place for climbers and those seeking adventure! Less so for families as it's fairly shabby, but that's part of its charm.

THE PLACE to be if you come to climb in El Chorro!
At Finca you will find very friendly and helpful staff, equipped and clean kitchen, a great common area with loads of activities and don't miss out the pizza nights!!
There are a lot of options for your stay: camping, dorms, stay in your own van or private rooms.
Highly recommend, definitely will be back 😃
