Finca Prats Hotel Golf & Spa

We had booked a 3 night stay at this hotel but unfortunately after being badly treated by a rude waiter (he must have been either drunk or high because we were very nice to him) we decided to cut short our stay and left the following morning. Never ever had such a terrible situation at a so called 5 star hotel and after this appalling experience we won’t be back ever again.

I do not recomendate the hotel. It's definetly not 5 star hotel, rooms are outdated, without a coffee machine or a kettle, with deteriorating conditions. Jacuzzi are dirty and smelly. They've charged my differently than my friend for the same room and same number of people

Fantastic! What a wonderful place! My husband and I spent 1 night on a couple relaxation package. From start to finish it was perfect. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful. We had a couples massage, which was so relaxing. The spa area is very nice. Dinner was over the top good! We enjoyed a delicious set menu. It was definitely 5 star! We finished our stay with another delicious meal at breakfast. Highly recommend for a short getaway.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly, and we made good use of the spa. There are complimentary drinks in the minibar, and you get free towels and bathrobes. The restaurant was very good, but keep in mind that the prices are high. There was an issue with the air conditioning, which made the room temperature higher than it should have been.

A good hotel that has seen better years. The “cool” vibe of its architecture is carried by the reception and restaurant staff, who think that being professional at a hotel excludes being courteous and warm. You make a reservation at the restaurant and then they make you wait 15 minutes until you are “allowed” to enter the restaurant.” The “reason”? So that they can handle the load. Then they should make when one can reserve depend on that since they know how many people are coming when. The funny thing is that the tables were only half occupied with several waiters. We haven’t been seated longer than 2-3 minutes when the waiter wanted to know if we were ready to order (instead of letting us in earlier so that we would have time to choose…). Too much ritual.

This is a popular local golf destination. The rooms are huge, at least the one we were in, and we had a full deck available to us. Really quite a good setup. |Bathroom was awesome and huge. AC and room climate control also excellent. Combine that together and you got a winning room combination. ||Service was meh. There's someone at the front desk most of the time, but if you want to eat outside their meal times, you're SOL. |They did accommodate us with small plates just before dinner which was nice. |They haven't really kept the place up. I'm sure at one point it was just amazing and beautiful. But they've let parts of the physical plant go downhill. |We were driving across country and this was a great place to stop. For that reason I would definitely recommend.

I feel it is only right to write another review for this wonderful hotel. At a time when I have been disappointed by the drop in standards of another independent hotel in Pamplona that has now been taken over by a chain, what a relief it is to find a top class independent hotel in Lleida still providing such excellent service. Huge thanks must go to Mr. Prats and the whole team working at the hotel for making every stay such an enjoyable one. The rooms, spa, restaurant and of course the staff are all of the highest standard. Thank you again for another delightful stay at your hotel.

The interior of the hotel is stylish. Lots of white tiles and marble. Large open seating area in reception. Beautiful and spacious spa with 15 metre indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzis, sauna, hamming. Our room had a private sun terrace. Some upstairs rooms have balconies. Restaurant very pleasant. We enjoyed the chef's surprise menu. Parts were excellent; the meat course and dessert disappointing. Wines superb and reasonably price. There is no bar as such but the staff will serve you in the reception area or the terrace outside. The staff. By the way, are delightful and attentive. The exterior a little disappointing. Sandwiched between a noisy motorway and some agricultural land, lacking interesting views. That's the only reason I didn't award 5 stars.
