Lovely resort. Very friendly staff

* Overall, I’ll start by saying the stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed the room(twice a day cleaning was impeccable), food, fresh coconut, beach and activities including workout sessions at the gym, tennis clinic and kayaking. We also had fun playing pickleball with Emiliano and Fernanda. They taught us the rules and we played a great game while waiting for the tennis court. * A few areas for improvement are follows: * Would appreciate a heads up that lobster at Duke’s was only available till Feb 28th. We were going to have it on our last night but disappointed to see they’re not available. * Tennis court rental after 5pm will have to be arranged 24 hr in advance and there was some confusion among staff at both the kid zone and front desk regarding how to arrange this. Will be good if this was better communicated on the app * We were trying to postpone the trip due to the cartel incident before the 24 hr window prior to our arrival but wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone on the phone or via email. The phone would hang up on its own multiple times and no acknowledgment for the email. Better customer service would be expected * Lastly, we enjoyed our dinners at the French and Spanish restaurants. Lunch at the Italian and duke’s were also pleasant. Staff at the buffet were very friendly. It would be good to see a few more options during lunch hours. * Overall, I see us coming back to excellence resorts. Hope the issues can be resolved by then.

Had an amazing and memorable 5-night stay. The food selection and quality was top notch. Great selection of activities. Very friendly staff. Modern and well kept facilities. Spacious rooms. The resort is in a gated community which made us feel extra safe. We did have some minor issues which I'll note below, hope the management can improve on them: - Cancellation is impossible. We were trying to cancel our reservation due to fear of the cartel incidents escalating. We called every reservation phone number and none of them accepted calls. No reply to my email even after 1 week. No reply on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger either. - Difficult to get chairs near the main pool and the beach. I get they're trying to get people to purchase the club upgrades, but at other comparable resorts there's never issue getting chairs at the beach. - Wifi is too weak and doesn't work at all in many outdoor locations - Not obvious that sports equipment is in the Kids Zone. Perhaps there can be a sign near the courts to tell people to get equipment at the kids zone.

My partner Marcos and I stayed at Finest Playa Mujeres to celebrate his 40th birthday, and our experience was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Prior to arrival, I called to request the specific suite category I had booked to be in a particular area of the resort. I was told placement was based on availability, but they would certainly try their best — and they truly delivered. We were placed exactly where I had hoped, which made our celebration even more special and meant so much to us. The resort itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are immaculate, and every space feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The service was phenomenal — every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and attentive. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality throughout our stay. We felt celebrated, relaxed, and completely taken care of the entire time. We had such a beautiful experience and would absolutely return. This was our second stay at Finest Playa Mujeres within a year, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. We visited in October 2025, and the experience was absolutely top notch from start to finish.|The resort has a cozy, boutique feel while still offering luxury at every turn. It’s beautifully secluded, never overcrowded, and perfect for truly relaxing and disconnecting. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the exceptional service-genuine, attentive, and warm.|Mornings at Gusto Restaurant were a highlight of our stay. The service there was outstanding, thanks to Sandra, the amazing hostess who always greeted us with a smile, Rocky, the attentive and professional manager, and Ivan, our wonderful waiter who made every breakfast feel special.|Our time at the beach was just as memorable. The cabanas service was phenomenal, and Victor and Isabel took such incredible care of us that we honestly didn’t want to leave. Their attentiveness and kindness made every beach day effortless and relaxing.|The kids club deserves special mention as well. Our 3-year-old was absolutely thrilled and couldn’t wait to go each day. It was wonderful to see how caring, engaging, and attentive the staff were, making it a fun and safe experience for our little one - and giving us some extra peace of mind and relaxation.||Finest Playa Mujeres continues to impress us with its excellent service, beautiful atmosphere, and personalized attention. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious yet intimate resort experience in Mexico. 🌴

This all inclusive luxury resort is wonderful. First visit and it's gated. The rooms are big and open with a balcony, jacuzzi. There was not a lot of closet space for my many dresses to change into. At this resort you can eat, drink and enjoy the atmosphere. However, there are a lot of iguanas, bearded dragons and an animal in the racoon family around the resort. They do not bother people but it scared me. The staff is wonderful, they offer you champagne on arrival. If your looking to shop take an Uber. I would recommend.

We were at the resort for our son and DIL's wedding, and we had the absolute best time!! We were there for a week, and Finest was able to accommodate all of their wedding guests/families. There are so many people to acknowledge, but sadly I didn't get everyone's names. We can start out with the wedding coordinator, Sergio, who did a fantastic job of which our son & DIL were extremely pleased with. The wedding was seamless and beautiful, as well as, all of the other activities associated with it. Thank you Sergio!! All of the staff at Finest were very kind, helpful, and efficient, but here's a few I wanted to highlight for their extra care: Margarito - breakfast server Geraldine - yoga instructor Alberto - server at Surf N' Turf Fernanda - Pilates instructor Lucerita - server on the beach Front desk staff & cleaning staff My family and I would definitely stay here again, and we just want to thank everyone at Finest Playa Mujeres for making our stay unforgettable and for ensuring our son & DIL had a beautiful wedding!!

We traveled as a family of 3 (my husband, daughter and 3.5 year old), and can safely say this was one of our best family vacations. For starters, the resort is beautiful and the staff were all so wonderful and friendly. Most importantly, the amenities for children were absolutely perfect. My daughter had multiple outlets to play: the age-appropriate swimming pool (one smaller one for younger children 0-4, and another for 3+, and another for older kids which we did not go to). She also leveraged the very conveniently located kids clubs that were near the restaurants. There was an active schedule daily (music, shows, etc.), and other amenities such as the gym were great and well maintained too. I would absolutely come back here, or explore other locations of the Finest resorts. Thank you to their staff and management for such a wonderful experience,
