Best trip ever. I didn’t want to leave, it was so much fun!! Service was pretty good, rooms were nice and clean when I arrived. The beach is so beautiful and the pools were amazing. The workers are so nice and beyond great service like Mayelin the bartender at the Golden Bar. The Sweet Corner has so many good options to eat or drink and great service from Flor and Ambar. Thank you to the entertainment crew like Soleda and the others for making the visit very fun and lively. My family and I spent majority of the time at the pool so I’m deeply grateful for the Aqua/Limbo Bar crew like Lendy, Guillermo, and Jose. I’m so thankful for the services you gave my family and I. You guys are very welcoming and nice. I will never forget! Overall the workers in the resort are so nice and so accommodating to make your stay way more better than you expect. I will definitely be coming back to this resort. It was a trip where I got to make so many memories along with my family and the workers because of the great service I got, so I will never forget about this trip!! I totally recommend to visit this resort!

We had an amazing experience at Finest Punta Cana by The Excellence Collection! From start to finish, the planning and coordination were completely stress-free thanks to Mily Edwards, who guided us for months leading up to our celebration with family and friends. The call center team was always friendly and efficient, and Mily went above and beyond in both English and Spanish to handle every question and request with care. The best experience booking directly with the resort — we loved that our group didn’t need to pay a deposit to reserve the rooms. Full payment was only required 30 days before the trip, and cancellations were allowed up to 24 hours prior without penalty. On top of that, they offered great perks for our group, making the process even more convenient and rewarding. Our group of 40 guests (across 18 reservations) enjoyed a seamless arrival experience — from private transportation to the warm welcome with cool towels and drinks, and the comfortable club lounge check-in. A special shoutout to Iván at the Finest Club Lounge for his outstanding attitude and attention to detail, no matter how complex the request. We’re also grateful to Charleni, our event planner, for turning our vision into reality with a beautiful private cocktail and dinner. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made the process effortless. Jenifer Melo made our dining experiences extra special with her attentive service and warm personality — it was wonderful to see her again at our private event. And of course, Jeremi from entertainment kept the fun going day and night, especially during karaoke and dancing at the nightclub! Our only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the room cleaning service with more attention to detail, including fresher towels and robes, and ensuring rooms match the bookings made through the interactive map (one room got downgraded due to maintenance and several couldn’t get the specific room placement requested). Overall, our stay far exceeded expectations — thank you to the entire team for making our special celebration so memorable!

This hotel/resort is amazing. very famil friendly, with many helpful staff, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere and vibe. We spent time here with friends and celebrated my daughter’s birthday. Special thanks to Carlina, who arranged the party and took care of all our dining requests effortlessly. If you need anything, look for Carlina — she is the best! We will definitely be back again soon.

We had an overall great experience at this resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, although ours was a bit noisy at times. We felt safe during our entire stay, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. There were plenty of food and drink options to choose from, and it was pretty good for an all inclusive resort. One of the best parts was how family-friendly the resort is — there are lots of fun activities for kids, and even the restaurants have play areas so parents can actually enjoy their meals while the little ones are entertained. Our absolute favorite spot was the coffee and sweets shop! The treats were great, and the ladies working there were incredibly kind and welcoming — they really made our days brighter. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for families looking for a relaxing, safe, and fun getaway.

The resort is gorgeous with a great location. However the staff made it wonderful. Always polite and helpful at the restaurants and bars. Our favorite time was at the beach. Argenis, Jermah, Milke, Antonio, and Jerry came to know us and gave us everything we needed and more! Thoroughly enjoyed this magical vacation celebrating our anniversary and won’t hesitate to come back.

My family and I just spent 5 nights at this Finest location. There were a variety of issues throughout our stay that I feel are helpful to know for those traveling with young children. We booked a family suite approximately 11 months ago, as we have 2 toddler-aged children. Upon arrival, we were told there were no family suites available due to construction. The staff were not very apologetic or accommodating, and we have yet to receive a refund for the downgrade in room we received. The kids water park is currently closed due to construction (not sure when it will resume operations). Both of these issues were big reasons we chose to book our vacation at Finest PC. Majority of the staff showed little to no regard for guests, most appearing apathetic and annoyed with various requests, food/drink orders, etc. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning that was supposed to be in our room within 35 minutes. However, it took over an hour. There were a few staff members that were very kind, engaged/playful with our kids and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you to Juan Carlos for excellent beach side service, Angel at the buffet and Franklin at check-in. We have been to the Finest in Mexico and had a much better experience. As a business owner, I try to leave as few negative reviews as possible, but I hope this is helpful for young families looking into beach vacations with their children.

Let me start by saying the resort itself is very nice and luxurious. The atmosphere and overall property are beautiful. However, the food was disappointing at several of the restaurants. The buffet, in particular, was a miss most of the times we went — the food often wasn’t fresh, many items were room temperature, and some were either hard or very dry. The à la carte restaurants were hit or miss as well. The Mexican restaurant, Lizo, and the Brass Steakhouse were definitely the better options. Unfortunately, much of the food throughout the resort seemed under-seasoned or lacking flavor. On a positive note, our room was beautiful, and we really enjoyed staying on the adults’ side of the resort. That said, if you’re looking for a fully adults-only experience, you may want to consider an all-adult resort. While the adults’ section has its own pool and a few exclusive dining options, some restaurants and the main lobby bar still allow children. Overall, the service was excellent, the resort itself was beautiful, but the food was the biggest letdown. Would I return? Probably not — primarily because of the food quality.

Service & Staff — The Heart of the Resort A special mention goes to Ivan Castillo (Front Desk, Finest Club), who helped us resolve a personal issue with remarkable professionalism and care. He was very available, attentive, and offered excellent advice. His support perfectly reflects what outstanding service should be. Adney and Jonathan from Gusto Restaurant also deserve recognition for their hospitality and friendly attitude that made each meal enjoyable. All the staff at de Gusto were exceptional. The kids’ club team (Ana and Esdras) was impressive. They cared for the children with patience, creativity, and offered new activities every day. Atmosphere, Design & Property The resort itself is beautiful, with modern architecture, elegant décor, and lush gardens. Whether you spend time by the pools or on the beach, the surroundings create a calm and luxurious atmosphere. Food, Amenities & Family-Friendliness Dining options are varied and of excellent quality. There is something for everyone, from families to couples looking for a quiet escape. The combination of great food, well-maintained facilities, and thoughtful amenities makes it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. Our 3 years old was always asking to go back to the kids club. Overall Impression Finest Punta Cana stands out not only for its beauty but above all for its people. The staff members truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make every stay special.
