Finest Punta Cana

Javier made sure there were lots of fun activities and came to find my daughter daily to play volleyball which she loved. Ramon provided excellent service at the Finest pool bar. Ricky was our server at Duke’s and was outstanding. Junior taught us to play Texas Hold Em. July taught my daughter to play pool and was excellent. The point is, the staff is top notch and treat everyone beautifully.

Finest is absolutely magnificent, most of all because of how dedicated, kind, and competent the staff is. We had a lovely time and felt really well taken care of the entire time. Also, our family has some severe allergies and they’re super-attentive to it, making the trip very relaxing. In particular, July taught our daughter to play pool and brought some serious fun to the silent disco night. Javier was also great w kids activities, Ramon took care of us one pool bar and German at the other, and Ricky provided excellent service at one of the restaurants. I also know I’m leaving out a ton of other wonderful folks who were so helpful and friendly through our stay. This will not be our last trip to Finest Punta Cana, that’s for sure!

Ana is awesome. She took care of our every request. She is the best! I loved watching the playoff games at Legends sports bar. She made sure we had full drinks and any food we wanted through out the games. She provides excellent service. It was refreshing to have a server who goes above and beyond to make sue you enjoy your stay.

FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND! Myself, my husband and 3 year old left another resort in Punta Cana after having a bad experience, and called Finest to rescue us and they did not disappoint! Shout out to LUZ at the front desk who quickly accommodated us with our transportation and booking. Every single staff my family has encountered make you feel like family-while providing exceptional customer service. There is room service, stocked mini fridge with waters, sodas, snacks and a mini bar. This resort is VERY family oriented, they have a daycare with its own water park that you can either drop your child off at and pay per hour, or you can stay with them in this area too. There’s also a couple of main pools that have bouncy water slide for small toddlers, and one for bigger kids. There’s also a pool bar at the end. The beach is also beautiful, free of seaweed and has an area with chairs and little huts for shade. All of the food at the restaurants were delicious, and the drinks at the bars were great too. I would 100% come back to this resort. This was the all inclusiveness we were looking for!

Stayed on the Excellence side of Finest Punta cana in November of 2024. The resort was beautiful, it was quiet making our stay fairly private. We booked the bigger room with the terrace plunge pool and upon arrival, we went to the roof and it was dirty with bird poop and water everywhere. There was also some water rings on our table and a spill of juice near the fridge, the room was not cleaned properly from the previous guest. We notified the concierge and they sent a housekeeper to clean it. We didn’t end up using the rooftop, a normal room would have sufficed. Apart from this, the rest of our stay was pleasant. As a vegetarian, a few of the meals did upset my stomach (like the pasta from the buffet), and a lot of the vegetarian options at the restaurants are made with dairy. We didn’t get to try many activities and felt they weren’t announced very well (no activity board, only through the app where many were “cancelled”). The Michael Jackson show we saw on our last night was great! Our favourite restaurants were Duke’s seafood, the sports bar and the steakhouse. We did not enjoy the restaurant located in the excellence lounge at all. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely return.

Absolutely Incredible Stay at Finest Punta Cana!||I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Finest Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The resort is absolutely stunning—immaculate grounds, beautifully designed rooms, and a perfect beachfront location.||The staff truly made our vacation unforgettable.. Whether lounging by the pool, relaxing on the beach, or enjoying the nightly entertainment, every moment felt luxurious and stress-free. A Special shout out to UNIOR!!! He was attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. He always had a beautiful smile on his face. Jerimy was amazing as well. Always ready to entertain. Although the hotel was wonderful, it was truly these gentleman who made our experience so much better. They truly deserve a 10 star for all that they do. ||We especially loved the spa—it was serene, and the treatments were pure bliss.

The resort was beautiful! I really enjoyed the room, pool, and beach. The food was great too, LOVED the sushi at shoji and all other variety of foods. The staff were also so amazing, hardworking and so welcoming. Araceli and Javier were so sweet and made me feel at home. But everyone was lovely I loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Bed was so comfortable, room was so spacious, and we had a swim up room so the pool was absolutely beautiful. 10/10 recommend Finest Resorts. Kelvin at the front desk was sooooo helpful, he gave us a little welcome tour on the way to our room. Yereny at the Golden Bar was so attentive and made great conversation. Jeremy and Arcelis were so fun with bingo and resort activities! Can’t wait to come back!!
