Finest Punta Cana

Exceptional stay! We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Finest Punta Cana. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, gorgeous rooms, and an overall luxury feel that still felt warm and welcoming. The food was excellent across the board, with great variety and consistently high quality. Every meal felt like an experience. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. A special thank you to Freddy, Roni, and Karen, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The drivers for the transfer service were also fantastic—professional, friendly, and made transportation seamless. Shoutout as well to the tall waiter at Gusto who wears a hairnet (I wish I remembered his name!)—he was outstanding, attentive, and brought such great energy to our dining experience at breakfast. Overall, this was a flawless vacation. We had a great time and wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re considering a luxury stay in Punta Cana, The Finest truly lives up to its name. We can’t wait to return!

We are currently on our last day of a seven day vacation at this wonderful resort. This has been a perfect trip and we are sad to be leaving tomorrow!! The resort is stunning and the service is excellent. The grounds are beautiful and everything is clean. The staff here are very friendly and work very hard. We’ve chatted to so many warm and welcoming workers. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of resort. Special thanks to Miguelina who was so kind and gracious. She is a supervisor who made our experience extra special. We also loved the girls in the coffee shop, who were so vibrant and full of positive energy every evening. Excellent people and great workers. We can’t wait to come back! A big thank you to Finest Resort Punta Cana and all of its wonderful staff!

We stayed here for a week with our 7 month old, and we had a great stay! The overall setting is very stylish, and the grounds are really well kept - spacious, green, and lovely to stroll around. The pools are all wonderful, with a good variety of options, lots of beds, and ample towels. Food wise, there are loads of different restaurants, with a range of cuisines; we found the variety kept things interesting, and the food tasted fresh and not too heavy. The drinks all felt well made, generous and a great variety. We had a Finest Club room, which came with a great separate pool, restaurant and bar access, which we used all week. They definitely felt elevated, and never too busy. The room itself was very generous, but it lacked a bit in terms of finishing touches. It felt quite plain, with a few minor things that needed repairing, and to me it was not as luxurious as other areas of the resort. We had our own pool, which was a peaceful retreat. The team were all very welcoming, and they were so warm and friendly to our baby - she loved interacting with them! A special shout out to Juan Carlos, who looked after us so well at the pool, and to Edwin!

Amazing... first time here and we definetly plan on coming back next year! Everything was perfect. Our daughter had a great time. She was obsessed with the big blue blob. Room was comfy. Staff was wonderful, especially our buddy, Elvis. He went above and beyond for us at the restaurants. Pool was heated and clean with plenty of seating. Beach was free of seaweed and even the vendors were respectful. Gentle waves, perfect for our 6 year old.

Every second in this resort was amazing!! We were able to enjoy quality family time, relax and have fun. The resort is beautiful and has great amenities for little ones. One of the best resorts I have ever been to. Food was good! At the Limbo bar Guillermo was so friendly and welcoming every single day of our stay, amazing service. At the sweet corner we got delicious coffee from Rafaela and Yanisa, they were so lovely ever time we went to the cafe. Hands down amazing service, definitely coming back :)

Javier hosted bingo and he was awesome!!!! Really lively at the pool!! Went to Lizo for dinner for an interactive dining experience, and we had the best time! Fianma and Leonard provided such a remarkable experience and not to mention the fajitas they made in front of us were so delicious! We would come back if there weren’t so many other restaurants to make sure to try!!

We just returned from the most incredible stay at Finest Punta Cana. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality family time with our toddler. The resort truly excels at catering to young children, and we loved the thoughtful amenities designed especially for families. The dining options were plentiful, and we enjoyed so many wonderful meals throughout our stay. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and greeted us with a genuine smile. I had an exceptional stay at the Finest in Punta Cana. From start to finish, the service was outstanding every team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with any questions or needs. A special highlight of our trip was the Unique Bar at the beach, where the service was truly 10/10.
