It took me at least 20 minutes to get a slice after ordering, and the same could be said for other patrons. Granted there was some kind of party going on in the back where all the pizzas were being diverted to, there was just no supply to meet the demand, additionally with none of the signature tomato slice available.
Then they got my name wrong, which lead to me waiting extra time because they were calling for someone else.
Asides from that, the slice pictured was very tasty. A little salty throughout with a tangy savory sauce. I do note this is one of the smallest slices I've ever had in NYC, with an unusually small crust. It was tasty for sure, but definitely underwhelming.
In the hotbed of pop pizza that is Williamsburg, I would only go here if it was for the signature tomato slice, or even the white slice which looked pretty good.
