The food is super particular and there is no enough explanation , I got a salad and it was so sweet and if it was not for complimentary nice hot bread and ricotta I would leave super hungry. Beautiful presentation Nice welcome Food is so so

Excellent stay at Fink Restaurant and Suites!||The Suites||The suites are created, with an excellent architectural recovery project, in the ancient palace (several hundred years old), in the heart of Bressanone. Our suite was really spacious, new, with tasteful 'minimal' architectural solutions. A real 'plus' is represented by the 'spa', which includes - among other things - saunas and a very pleasant 'Roman bath' with hot water, in which to relax after a day of excursions. And it is surprising that it was possible to add a 'spa' of this level in a historic building, right in the center of the town! Excellent, rich and varied morning breakfast. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.||The restaurant||The restaurant is housed in a room inside the building, but whether permitting outdoor tables are also available on the pedestrian street. The tables are spacious and well-spaced, the menu is a pleasant reinterpretation, in a light and modern key, of the typical South Tyrolean cuisine. The raw ingredients (meat, vegetables) are all of very high quality, and the service is top. The only small flaw is perhaps the slightly long service times, but the environment is extremely pleasant and the wait doesn't bother too much...||Overall, our stay at Fink Restaurant & Suites deserves full marks!

We highly recommend a visit to fink. The proprietors were very kind and helpful, along with the other staff. The breakfast was so lovely. The rooms are beautifully renovated, along with the other facilities. It is a great location from which to explore the mountains, but also have the benefit of a nice old town in the evenings to relax. Also walking along the river is beautiful. We will definitely return to fink and Brixen!

Delicious food. Ordered the risotto, wienerschnitzel and fish, everything was amazing. The portions are quite big but a dessert was still in, which was perfect as well > panna cotta (vegan) and a chocolate ball. They tried their best to accommodate my needs and made sure there was no lactose and gluten in my meals. The restaurant is very modern but still super comfortable and cozy. Want to come back soon and try out the other meals on the menu. Very pleasant waiter as well, he was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend coming here 👌🏽

We went to the restaurant to eat and it was such an amazing experience. Mr. Claudio was great as he welcomed us and gave us some tips on the menu, the food was amazing but the best thing was the design and the story of the place. The building dates from the 15th century yet the interior desing is very modern and blends seamlessly with the exterior. The most impressive thing for me were the prehistoric stones that adorn the hallway, just wonderful.

Located in the heart of Brixen, this restaurant has been recently renovated and is now also an hotel. The dining area is well designed, mantaining the traditional alpine flare. It is possible to choose among vegetarian and vegan options; we opted for the wine soup as starters, which is a traditional dish, highly recommended. You are also served their warm home-made bread, which is simply delicious, I would go back just for it. As a main we had dear carpaccio and tartare, truly excellent. The staff was great, friendly and fast. It is a bit pricy (we spent 100€ in two, including coffee and water, no wine), but overall very good quality.

Amazing place to stay! Can not recommend enough! We were greeted warmly on our arrival! Staff super friendly, knowledgeable and they grant u every wish u have! The Hotel is situated within the city itself! Unique rooms and the spa so cozy to relax in! Breakfast and dinner an unique experience! Next time we will definitely stay longer! Thanks for an unforgettable time!
