One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in (as an experienced traveler)! Where to start: clean, comfortable, nice interior, great hospitality and friendly staff. The breakfast is superb with local specialties and a la carte dishes. The restaurant offers the most refined local cuisine in the neighborhood. The car park is easy to reach and located very close to the hotel so you don’t need to navigate your car into the historic city center. The spa is equipped with a nice sauna, steam bath, roman bath etc and is well maintained. We found it a real treat after a day of hiking in the mountains. Highly recommend and will return.

A truly exceptional dining experience. Creative compositions made from local ingredients, refined with herbs from the surrounding nature. The bread alone is absolutely mind-blowing. Top notch in every way – and the quality fully justifies the price. We loved it and will definitely be back.

This is a review about the suites as well as the restaurant. The suites is simply the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. Top rated in all categories! The restaurant was amazing, with great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food was exquisite! We ate there almost every day and tried several plates, not one to disappoint! A must for your visit in Brixen!

A true gem in Brixen. Fink offers a refined take on Tyrolean cuisine—original, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. Every dish felt carefully curated, and the freshness of the vegetables and salad was next-level. The wine list is equally well considered, with excellent local selections. Warm, welcoming service with an impressive level of professionalism. A must-visit if you are in Brixen / Bressanone.

Service was professional, courteous and at same time friendly. Bread and small starter from chef was excellent. Menu well thought through and somewhat creative dishes. I ordered the veal schnitzel which was a small paper thin piece of veal with a good amount of breadcrumbs. Perhaps the cook thought it was for a child. My families dishes were very good however on the small portions side.|For this level of price, was expecting a bit more on the plates.

An absolute gem in Brixen! We stayed in the hotel and ate at the restaurant for lunch. The service was impeccable, the rooms are absolutely stunning, super comfortable and beautifully designed The food at the restaurant was delicious Cannot reccomend enough!

Loved the food and the service. It's one of the few places in town where the kitchen remains open late afternoon.

Excellent stay at Fink Restaurant and Suites!||The Suites||The suites are created, with an excellent architectural recovery project, in the ancient palace (several hundred years old), in the heart of Bressanone. Our suite was really spacious, new, with tasteful 'minimal' architectural solutions. A real 'plus' is represented by the 'spa', which includes - among other things - saunas and a very pleasant 'Roman bath' with hot water, in which to relax after a day of excursions. And it is surprising that it was possible to add a 'spa' of this level in a historic building, right in the center of the town! Excellent, rich and varied morning breakfast. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.||The restaurant||The restaurant is housed in a room inside the building, but whether permitting outdoor tables are also available on the pedestrian street. The tables are spacious and well-spaced, the menu is a pleasant reinterpretation, in a light and modern key, of the typical South Tyrolean cuisine. The raw ingredients (meat, vegetables) are all of very high quality, and the service is top. The only small flaw is perhaps the slightly long service times, but the environment is extremely pleasant and the wait doesn't bother too much...||Overall, our stay at Fink Restaurant & Suites deserves full marks!
