The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The thermae area was just as gorgeous. We were so pleased with the attention to every detail. Our dinner and breakfast were delicious, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. We were thrilled to eat somewhere that had ample options for both vegetarians and carnivores. The Fink Family and staff were so accommodating with my multiple questions and reservation revisions, not to mention going above and beyond to mail me the items I left in the safe. We will be back and would recommend you to anyone visiting the area. What a special place!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in (as an experienced traveler)! Where to start: clean, comfortable, nice interior, great hospitality and friendly staff. The breakfast is superb with local specialties and a la carte dishes. The restaurant offers the most refined local cuisine in the neighborhood. The car park is easy to reach and located very close to the hotel so you don’t need to navigate your car into the historic city center. The spa is equipped with a nice sauna, steam bath, roman bath etc and is well maintained. We found it a real treat after a day of hiking in the mountains. Highly recommend and will return.

A truly exceptional dining experience. Creative compositions made from local ingredients, refined with herbs from the surrounding nature. The bread alone is absolutely mind-blowing. Top notch in every way – and the quality fully justifies the price. We loved it and will definitely be back.

You have to go here if you’re in Brixen! It’s an absolutely fabulous restaurant who deserves a thousand stars. The kitchen is excellent, refined to the fingertip, innovative and still so clean and beautiful. The menu has a generous variety for such high quality food, we loved every bite of our four course menu. My husband got great wine by the glass and the service was excellent. We want to move to Brixen so we can eat here frequently. Thank you thank you thank you for this wonderful experience

I cannot say anything about the rooms as we were restaurant guests, but the food, wine and drinks are awesome - and the service level well trained! Definitely come here for good food and a great time in Brixen! Compared to other restaurants in the city, this is definitely a great place and I would love to try the rooms one day!

This is a review about the suites as well as the restaurant. The suites is simply the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. Top rated in all categories! The restaurant was amazing, with great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The food was exquisite! We ate there almost every day and tried several plates, not one to disappoint! A must for your visit in Brixen!

Fink restaurant is another level, we are vegan and they made us all the way they could, we went back to back two days and truly enjoyed the food and service. Very clean and fresh ingredients.
