Finn Apartments

Fantastic staff, great facilities. L room was very nice. Spacious and clean. Washing machine is functional and serves as a dryer. Kitchen is well equiped: plates and soup plates, cups and glasses, cutlery, saucepan, frying pan, etc. Knives were sharp. There's a fridge and a tiny freezer. One thing we were missing is a dish drying rack of some kind. There was unfortunately no kettle (we just boiled water in a saucepan), but theres a capsule coffee machine. You can also use a kettle in the lobby. TV has limited channels in Swedish, didnt occur to ask about casting options, nor did we have a lot of time since Lund was absolutely fantastic to walk about. 10mins to Botanical Gardens, 20 to Old town and University. Also 10 mins to nearby store. Bus stop is nearby, bus takes you to Lund's main railway station within 10 mins, but buses are infrequent and not super comfy. There's also a small drawing space for kids inside and a playground outside. Coffee to go is prepared every morning :)

The self-check-in, without a human, was smooth as it gets, you scan a key card, and it assigns you the room automatically. Same about checkout. The facilities and the accommodation were clean, and sufficient what you need. Modern bathroom, and even a washing machine. The Internet speed was good. The hotel has a small gym, which is great! The coffee to-go at reception, when checked-out was good and hot :) Recommend, 9/10, best value. Disliked: The TV didn't work, has many satellite channels, but none work (some card/key missing for decoding, or something) - it was useless, we had to use our small laptop to watch the football game. Secondly, there's some street construction work going on, so parking was troublesome, but we managed to find a spot in the same block, 5 minutes away (hotel gives clear instructions)

This is our second stay at Finn Apartment in Lund. The apartment is well maintained, clean, no frills. There’s some snacks and necessities downstairs. Close to bus stops. 20min walk to food and grocery store. Close to Lund University. Nice lounge and gym downstairs. Adam the manager is super helpful and friendly. Thank you for having such good staff. Lovely stay

Although it was not easy to get in at midnight, but afterwards it was my best stay in the last years. I had a bike for free, which was perfect to get to the city and to any interesting place. I was eating on the terrace every time when it was not raining. Coffee was available all day so it was a perfect stay! Thank you!

Very basic hotel just off the E22 - very few amenities! However, if you just need a bed for the night this is a good option. Only staffed during daytime - otherwise it is self-service.

This hotel is in a great location. A 15 minute walk into the town centre for gorgeous buildings, a great market hall with plenty of ready made and fresh foods, a weekly food and flower market and plenty of great shopping and dining in and around the centre of town.|It can be a little noisy being on the main street and there are construction works next door but the sound proof windows kept out any noise.|The room was well equipped although strangely, nothing to wash dishes with despite detergent being provided. The room was well furnished and looked as advertised on the internet. Staff were also helpful and efficient. A water leak from a newly fitted appliance was also attended to promptly.|A good stay. Recommended

Confortable, the basics you need, well connected to Lund and Malmö vía bus or metro. Staff super helpful, they even brought me a nice Eurovision kit with snacks and packed me a breakfast for the road.||Might seem a bit far but bus stop is right outside.

Nice fuss free place. Free coffee in the morning daily. Clean. Good operation in place to ensure guests have the required items. Staff are helpful. Weekly cleaning. 10 min walk to grocery store. Cosy place at the lobby to relax, gym. Shared pc available at lobby
