Finnhamns Café & Krog

Pretty nice place to eat, especially being the only sit down option on the island. It was Caribbean night the day we went. The buffet was the only option for a full dinner, and it was a bit pricey. We were told the a la cart items on the menu would not be enough for a full meal. That being said all the food prepared by the guest chef that night was delicious. The only dish we all critiqued was the plantains, which I think maybe were not ripe enough or was a bad harvest, not sure. Desserts were not included in the buffet menu they needed to be ordered separately. Cocktails prices were similar to in Stockholm and the sizes are average too small. To go to go along with the Caribbean night theme, they had hired a DJ and saxophone artist. Unfortunately, I think he needs a bit more practice with the saxophone and the music was a bit inconsistent with genre (did not sound like a Caribbean party). But I appreciated the effort. Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was lovely, summer archipelago vibes. If the weather is good, sitting outside is a great option if the mosquitoes are not too aggressive. Otherwise, indoors would be lovely as well as the windows provide an incredible view of the water and sunset in the evening.

Only a small menue, extremely good food, Very good service, nice terasse outside with beautiful view, very good whine card, very good beers, as well on tap as on bottles. It's not cheap (main course ~325 SEK) but totally worth it! On weekends reservation is recommended. Important: do not confuse this place with the rooftop bar, where they only serve simple pizza.

As the only restaurant on this island, the food is actually pretty good. We ordered one char and one corn chicken. Both were really delicious. The staff were also good and service minded. The only critique is the price which is a little bit higher than usual. But maybe it costs so much to ship everything from the mainland.

Surprisingly good food and service. So quiet and beautiful out in islands. Great for tourists that want to do something better than just be were everyone else are

Horrible food experience, the tenderloin was basically rare, the entrecote looked boiled and the food was brought in so fast it could might as well have been cooked in a microwave. The staff was forgetful despite the restaurant being quite empty. Quite pricy considering the quality. Spend your money elsewhere

The food was very tasty and well balanced with different textures that leaves you craving for more! The view is fantastic and the staff was kind and friendly. I will definitely visit this place again next time I'm going to Finnhamn. Truly a pearl in the sea! Lovely!

Not much options in the island but this resto has nice view and decent swedish food. Cheesecake was not really a cheesecake but a scoop of ice cream - which was a disappointment.

Perhaps the overall best archipelago restaurant, great wine selection and very good average delivery!
