Fiocco Di Neve Relais & Spa

Aside from the perfect location and amenities the hotel have on offer, the service of every individual working at Fiocco Di Neve was outstanding. One in particular was the service of Madou. Wonderful team, thank you!

Lovely little hotel in the mountains! The receptionist was lovely who helped get us a fan and most of the other staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee and cooked food available on request. Masseuse was also lovely! Unfortunately the rooms really are much too hot in summer - the staff were very nice and gave us a ventilator with ice which was very kind of them but even with that we had to cut our trip in half and leave a day early due to the heat. Thank you!

Located in the spectacular Italian village of Limone Piemonte in the Alps, close to the French Riviera, I stayed at the magnificent, luxurious 5-star White Hotel in the center of town. The beautiful rooms and friendly staff are representative of the charming and welcoming Italian hospitality. The furniture throughout the hotel was all wonderful Alpine style. The hotel restaurant served delicious regional cuisine and the waiter service was exemplary. The spa was excellent and had a full menu of all types of nourishing and therapeutic treatments. I had a great, soothing series of massages. My stay at White Hotel was unforgettable and I cannot wait to return to this terrific oasis in Italy.

The hotel is well located in the village center, the decoration refinement, the high standard of the prestations immediately suggests a good stay. ||From the booking on the phone to the arrival to the hotel great professionalism a lot of sweetness and kindness Prosecco cup offered for the check in . We was welcome by the boss, very kind and friendly. We chose the suite the papa Giovanni, very cozy room, high quality of bed & pillows full of small details very appreciable. We also tried the excellent spa made in very good taste. The fitness room full furnished with high level equipments. We also tried the excellent massage:) the breakfast was very nice. All the staff was professional & friendly . The bar/restaurant refined and cosy...we loved it.||The hotel is a 4 stars Luxe but it could be a 5 stars sure!!!||We can not wait to go back there for skiing very soon. Thanks to all:)

My fiancée and I stayed at Fiocco Di Neve Relais to celebrate a special occasion and I must say that the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive to our needs in order to make this stay perfect. We really enjoyed our welcome drinks, the afternoon snacks, the fantastic room nicely decorated and perfectly clean. The Room had all the amenities necessary and also a Spa kit. The mini bar was well equipped as well as the had organic soaps locally made and soft towels. The bed was super confortable and the room temperature was adjustable to our liking by the reception Staff. Every little detail at Fiocco di Neve Relais was made to spoil our senses, like the lovely fragrance in the Hall, the sweets in the living room, the music in the bathroom, the soft linen and the romantic lighting in the room. The only thing We would appreciate more if the hotel could be adults only, as there were too many screaming children in the corridor and in the breakfast room. Overall staying was excellent and we definitely recommend it.

Amazing place. The staff is very helpful and nice. They were so kind for my naughty little dog. And thank you for delicious dinner. Spa and breakfast was included. Highly recommend this hotel and this magical village. It was a moment of peaceful and relax in a fairy-tale place.

Looking at hotel prices in Limone out of high season there were plenty of choices at half the price of the F de N but we decided to treat ourselves.|Best decision! |Arriving at the hotel, which is right in the heart of the village, the welcome was wonderful - the bags whipped up to the room, the skis and boots taken down to the ski room and the car parked in the underground secure garage. |The staff greeting was welcoming kind and informative.|The room was wonderful, spotless, with a real “woody” feeling as you’re enclosed in pine! |Lots of different teas and a cool glass kettle.|Knowing we were bringing our dog they had a dog bed, dog bowl and even a packet to dog treats. |The slopes are a few minutes drive away however a Mercedes van transports you from the ski room to the slopes at your request. |The ski passes and lessons were also organised but the hotel with no fuss. |Breakfast was flawless, the service cheerful and the cappuccino excellent.|Limone it’s self is a charming village with lots of shops, bars and the plentiful restaurants served excellent food and were very good value indeed. |If you read my other reviews you will know I tend to be honest and sometimes highly critical however I can’t fault the F de N and look forward to coming back soon. |Bravo - a wonderful experience from start to finish.
