I'll say I did have one of the best pizzas that I've ever had.
As for what I've ordered:
1) Pizza Carbonara di Pollo Affumicato: ₹999 + tax.
1] I'll say, the price of the pizza really made me cry. How can a pizza cost over ₹1000? Pizza was supposed to be meant for poor people, but here I'm paying over ₹1000 for a pie!
Now, that being said, today I'll be sounding like most influencers, not because I got sponsored by them (I wish I had), but because I really love this pizza. It's by far the best pizza I've had.
I was also crying because of how good the pizza is. The crust is crunchy, the undercarriage looks cooked (in a good way), and if you pair it with chili flakes and olive oil, damn! It was heaven. You can see in the images I've posted how well the gluten has formed. In most places, dough doesn't get time to develop such gluten. I'm happy that they did it that way.
As for the pizza itself, I won't say it's flavorless, but it's very subtle. If you're used to pizzas from Domino's, you'll feel this is very bland.
Also, it's worth noting that this is Roman-inspired pizza, so it has eggs and chicken with it. It's not a typical Italian pizza.
Now, if I come to the drawbacks, I feel like the amount of chicken here is too little for the price. But other than that, I really loved it. I feel sad that it was over so soon.
The pizza is big enough to be shared between at least two people. I had this all alone since I had no one with me...
