I'll say I did have one of the best pizzas that I've ever had. As for what I've ordered: 1) Pizza Carbonara di Pollo Affumicato: ₹999 + tax. 1] I'll say, the price of the pizza really made me cry. How can a pizza cost over ₹1000? Pizza was supposed to be meant for poor people, but here I'm paying over ₹1000 for a pie! Now, that being said, today I'll be sounding like most influencers, not because I got sponsored by them (I wish I had), but because I really love this pizza. It's by far the best pizza I've had. I was also crying because of how good the pizza is. The crust is crunchy, the undercarriage looks cooked (in a good way), and if you pair it with chili flakes and olive oil, damn! It was heaven. You can see in the images I've posted how well the gluten has formed. In most places, dough doesn't get time to develop such gluten. I'm happy that they did it that way. As for the pizza itself, I won't say it's flavorless, but it's very subtle. If you're used to pizzas from Domino's, you'll feel this is very bland. Also, it's worth noting that this is Roman-inspired pizza, so it has eggs and chicken with it. It's not a typical Italian pizza. Now, if I come to the drawbacks, I feel like the amount of chicken here is too little for the price. But other than that, I really loved it. I feel sad that it was over so soon. The pizza is big enough to be shared between at least two people. I had this all alone since I had no one with me...

Having had the pleasure of dining at the original two locations in Kathmandu, I can attest that this establishment consistently upholds the high standards it set there. The taste is exceptional, and I genuinely believe they serve the finest pizzas I have ever encountered. It is truly a worthwhile experience.

I have been here a few times before. Always loved their Italian fare. This time on 1st January 2026. Still enjoy being here. It's peaceful, the waiters are polite and unobtrusive, and love the decor and ambience, not gaudy or loud. A must for Italian food lovers. Highly recommended.

We ordered 12 inches pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. Extremely soft and fluffy and the quality of cheese and pepperoni was simply 1st class. This is what a genuine and authentic italian pepperoni pizza tastes like. Absolutely amazing.

I loved the vibe of this place. The price seemed reasonable though. Really loved their non veg pizza and their dessert specially tiramisu and choco mousse. Highly recommended

Went to this place to try their Pizza. Menu is highly priced . Ordered one Vegetable Pizza in which we have to add on everything separately . The flavour and taste is not upto mark . It's not for our Indian pallette. You can get much better Pizza in Fabrica in similar or less price . Orders Oven Baked Penne Al Forno Pasta which had again the same concept of add on so that they can increase the price of the item . Was not good in taste . Don't expect this kind of food from this place . Disappointed Tried Vodka Martini which again had a big disappointment. Vodka flavour was minimal .

Visited this authentic italian restaurant and tried their specialties. Liked the recommendation of the waiter . Only disappointed with spaghetti and the meatballs, the taste was very poor. Zero presentation and the portion was also too less , loved the pizza and focaccia veg platter.

Fire and Ice pizzeria is definitely one of the best in town if you're craving some good Italian and continental food. We tried their pizza, their spaghetti with ham and a spinach cheese baked dish. All were amazing and their top notch customer service left nothing more to be desired. Although it's a bit on the pricier side the quality is definitely to die for.
