Rose at Fire Chicken was a delight. Husband and I's first visit, will def be returning. I ordered the Bulgogi Chicken Gangjung, husband ordered BTS Chicken Gang Jung. We also ordered Chicken Mandu and Spicy Pork Mandu (bc we like gyoza). I loved the pork mandu, and appreciated the crisp crunch of the chicken mandu. The sauce that accompanies mandu is more on the soy side, salty, with a zesty zing you can just taste. I rec adding lemon! Esp to the Bulgogi Chicken GJ - it was a sensational experience. It comes with white rice and the rice has a topping of crunch and sauce. I myself prefer just plain white rice, to me it's delicious, but this topping was pretty good. It didn't overtake the rice in a strong salt flavor and the crunch wasn't harsh or compromised by the rice. It also was just a topping and did not mix heavily with the rice. The chicken was a vibrant color with blackened tips and large jagged pieces, looking at it really whet my appetite!, and just as I dove in expecting the texture of a kabob chicken, I met soft but crumbly-crunchy, like funnel cake, batter over juicy chicken in a tasty sauce! Husband had similar compliments about his BTS C GJ. And the portions of chicken were def dinner size, with side size rice. Rose so sweetly offered us a sample of Chicken Tteng (Idk if I spelled that right, it was like the homemade chicken nugget) while we waited, it was delicious! Rose also makes her own dish scrubbers, in fun shapes and sparkly colors, she sells them at the restaurant! Overall extremely delightful exp and will def be returning. Was able to order online, just had to go pick it up. Waited about 10-15 mins after PU time (we arrived just at) and it was no bother. The food was hot hot and so fresh. BTW we ordered on Monday evening, they def had 2-4 customers other than us during our visit. Small building and small parking lot. Interior intimate but quiet space separate from the kitchen with some small setting, wheelchair accessible.
