We had a truly enjoyable evening, thanks in large part to the outstanding service. Warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were seated at the bar counter, which turned out to be a great choice — the bartender looked after us throughout the evening with excellent care. The ambiance in the restaurant struck just the right note: relaxed yet refined, with well-chosen music that added to the overall atmosphere without overpowering conversation. As for the food, it was excellent. The tuna tartare was a real standout - quite simply the best I’ve ever had. The sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, and the green beans, surprisingly, were the highlight among the side dishes, it was full of flavour and perfectly seasoned. The wine list offered some solid options, but the pricing felt steep. While I appreciate a good pairing, the markup on the wines didn’t feel justified. All in all, this was a beautiful dining experience with impeccable service and high-quality food. That said, with a final bill of £230 for two, I left feeling that despite all the positives, the experience didn’t quite match the price point.

We had the opportunity to enjoy one of the best dining experiences we could ever have. From the moment we arrived, Claudia made us feel so welcome with her enthusiasm and energy. She guided us through the menu, pointing out the new additions, her personal favourites, and the most popular dishes, which really helped us get excited for the evening. Then Max took over and brought just as much charm to the table. Not only did he help us decide on dinner with a professional attitude, but he also kept the mood light and fun—such a great personality to have guiding the experience. The food was honestly out of this world. We started with the Cep Rarebit Bruschettina—bold, full of flavour, and the perfect way to begin. The Halloumi with truffle was a rich indulgence, while the new lamb starter honestly stole the show. For mains, we shared the perfectly cooked Steak, which carried a subtle smoky touch. The sauce alongside it was simply outstanding. We couldn’t leave without desserts, and the Olive Oil Ice Cream completely wowed us. The Banana Leaf Old Fashioned cocktail is also a must-try. With an excellent wine selection to explore, there truly is something for everyone. Overall, an incredible night—we’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the chefs for the unforgettable dinner!

Being a professional chef myself it’s nice to see that small businesses delivers exceptional food and services. Great selection of wine and the truffle halloumi stood out the most. I had dinner at Firebird in London and absolutely loved it. The place has a beautiful atmosphere — relaxed, stylish, and full of that open-fire warmth that makes everything taste better. We ordered meat dishes and finished with the smoked fig dessert, and both were outstanding. The meat was perfectly cooked — tender, full of flavour, and with that rich smoky touch you only get from real fire cooking. The smoked fig was such a clever, elegant ending — sweet, subtle, and beautifully balanced. The service was excellent too — friendly, attentive, and genuine without being over the top. I really appreciated how everything felt well thought-out yet effortless. Firebird is the kind of restaurant that reminds you how good simple, honest cooking can be when it’s done with skill and care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dined at firebird last night, and wow—five stars feels almost stingy. The food was exceptional: every bite felt like a carefully orchestrated symphony (the crispy duck alone deserves its own fan club). The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between classy and comfortable, but what truly set it apart was the staff. Attentive without hovering, they seemed genuinely happy to be there—like hosting us was their favorite part of the day. It’s rare to leave a restaurant already planning your next visit before you’ve even finished dessert, but here we are.

The food was excellent! We decided to try all the nibbles and starters (there were four of us), and every dish was delicious. The steak was also amazing. As for the dessert, I feel there is some room for improvement but it was still enjoyable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a tasty meal in a restaurant with beautiful interiors and friendly staff!

We had such a wonderful lunch at Firebird! The food was sensational - really experimental flavours done so well. The atmosphere is relaxed but classy with experienced and knowledgeable staff. We had a variety of starters, all delicious with a special shout out to the whipped cod roe with beautifully cut radishes to dip - a total feast for the eyes! The steak was well worth the price, cooked to perfection by the friendly and talented head chef! Cannot recommend this place enough ❤️

Hands down one of the best meal I’ve had in Soho. I tried the halloumi, lamb, steak, and prawns — every dish was packed with flavour and perfectly cooked. The lamb was tender, the steak juicy, and the prawns fresh and full of taste. What really made the experience stand out was the chef, who was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was spot on. A perfect mix of quality food and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
