"A pub where the author enjoyed multiple meals during a blizzard delay, including fish and chips, lobster roll, salt cod fish cakes, scallop chowder, fried kielbasa, and potato skins. The place served local beer and provided a cozy atmosphere while passengers were stranded."

I saw a lot of negative reviews for this place (after I sat down to eat) but I had a good experience here! I sat myself at the bar and the server came over immediately to assist. The wine was good and I got the buffalo chicken spuds appetizer which was pretty good. Service was good and quick. Can’t ask for more from an airport restaurant/bar.

Ordered the cod fish n chips. It was NOT a fillet. It looked like undercooked mechanically separated fish. Whiskey sour was extremely weak and served with a straw. The server was attentive and sweet but completely ignored the fact that I didn’t take a bite as she handed me the $48 check.

Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and drink before my next flight. When I sat down I was greeted by the bartender pretty fast. He took my drink and food order as soon as I was ready. I decided to order mini crab cakes. The food came out in decent time. The mini crab cakes had great flavor and tasty dipping sauce. I did enjoy them however, I think the portion size was kinda small for the price. I understand it’s an airport restaurant but still think they should have been a little bigger. Other than that, the service was good and the bartender was polite. Not much going on inside the restaurant but still was very comfortable. Great place for something to eat while you are waiting around!

The food was fine but the price charged was much higher than that on the menu in front and on my table. I had a crabcake sandwich listed at $26.99 but was billed $31.99 for that item. Two waiters acted surprised but the price was firm and my card was charged before I received an itemized bill. One waiter explained that new menus had been ordered but had not been received. I'm sure that the business assumes that most customers don't have time to complain but I'm the opposite -- sitting at the airport waiting hours for a flight.

If you're in Maryland, I believe it is the law to eat a crab cake at least once during your stay. Being an airport restaurant, the prices here were a bit high, but no higher than any other full-service airport eating establishment. The crab cake sandwich was delightful. There was very little filler in the cake (thank goodness!), and it was teeming with crabby yumminess. It could have used a bit more seasoning and some acid (a lemon wedge, maybe?). The fries were just the right amount of crispy outside to fluffy inside. They, too, could use some seasoning. Overall, a really good airport meal!

Seat yourself in this cozy airport themed restaurant. Turkey Avo Club was delicious but the bread was over toasted to it was a little too crunchy, not good for sensitive teeth or gums. The Firkin burger was rated 7/10 by my picky eater who is 13.

Very disappointed in the food. Toast was barely toasted. Pick your own fillings three egg omelette. Chose beer onions, cheddar cheese and mashed avocado. Avocado was on the side, cheddar slices on top of the omelette and extreme amount of onions; more onions than egg. Omelette was lukewarm warm. Potatoes were great. Decent espresso martini. Service was very good.

Flew in from Buffalo to catch another flight to Hartford Ct. stopped in to eat and kill time and landed in the right spot just for that. Food came out about an hour after ordering. Food was not bad the server was trying her best. She was all alone. I really just think they were under staffed and poorly managed. Again the waiter was polite but management was overly rude. Luckily our wait for our next flight was over 3 hours if not we would had to either skip out on the food or miss our flight. I felt bad for the waiter. She definitely needed a hand or two. Looked like management was just doing the bare minimum. I would not stop in there to eat if I was waiting on a flight coming soon but as I said our flight layover was over three hours so we had time to kill. Would not recommend if your in a rush.
