😊: Friendly staff. Good location. The capsule rooms are quite spacious.. 😢: The hotel is in a very good location, but the overall experience is ruined by the fact that there is no shower on the sleeping floor—only a toilet. You have to go down to the basement where the showers are, which is far from comfortable. The showers are in poor condition. One of them wasn’t working, and another was covered with duct tape. You could even see mold due to the humidity. Unfortunately, I can’t leave a positive review :( I don’t recommend it..

As cabin hotels in Japan go, this is perfectly nice and centrally located. The late check in policy (5pm) is a little annoying if you want to be doing things. Particularly as the check out time is 10am. Does it really take 7 hours to clean a space 3 metres by 1.5? They will keep your luggage behind the counter however. Sometimes there is no English speaking receptionist on duty also, which leads to some awkward conversations through a translator app. A bit poor for a hotel that markets itself as international. It is clean and good value.

The place is a bit outdated, feels like there is a lack of thought for the guest: the beds are as hard as a wooden board, there are no showers on the floor, there are only 2 in the basement and you can only get there with one elevator. The room entrance ticket comes in the form of a chain for hanging. I don't believe anyone would go for it. Just gets tangled in a bag. for summary: there is room for improvement. The service is excellent. Very good location

I loved my every second here as a solo traveller last month! I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights here and I loved it so much! 5 stars are well-deserved from the very friendly front desk staff to the rooms and the basement hot bath! Rooms as well are not the capsules you'd imagine because there was plenty of space for my backpacks! There was also a vending machine on my floor whenever I felt thirsty in my room. The location is absolutely top-notch, many restaurants within 200 meters. It is also a 10-minute subway ride (though you have to transfer at Omotesando) from Shibuya and provides easy access to ALL tourist spots from Asakusa, Akihabara, and Shinjuku! There is also a cafe in front of the front desk that serves coffee, pastries, and some food items till 5:30 PM! Super PERFECT for solo travellers who don't have really big luggage.

Best location in Tokyo for biz trip or tourism. Clean and quiet space set your soul and body relax and refresh. I will definitely stay again and join their membership once you need to re-stay here.

The staff is extremely professional and kind. The rooms can be cleaned daily upon request but you will have to wake up early because this happens at 10:00 AM. There is a coin laundry and vending machine on each floor; however, it only takes ¥100 and ¥1,000 bills. You can always get change at the front desk. The cabins are very comfortable and roomy, and if you’re lucky enough to reserve a business suite, it’s a larger room. The only downside is that some people that occupy this place can be loud/rude/disgusting but noise cancelling headphones can help. Also it is one of the slowest elevators, and that is the only way you to reach the 3-7 floors. If you’re a solo traveler and on a budget, this is a great location.

This was my first experience with a capsule hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The cabin was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were excellent. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. My biggest gripe was that the showers were in the basement, accessible only by an elevator that had to cover seven floors. Honestly, if I could have taken the stairs (which, for some reason, didn't go to the basement), I would have, especially since I was only on the third floor. Other than that, I can confidently recommend the place.

First time in a capsul; perfect for the minimalist on a budget. Excellent amenities, extremely helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast area.

Yelp
The staff there is not very polite! This was not my experience at the other first cabin locations because the other places were very polite and accommodating. This location is loud I could hear the. Kiss from the street and the drinks outside. Inside people were talking and making noise all night but the staff would not tell them anything. Interesting because the other location was not like this at all. If you just need a place to rest for one night then it's ok. Location was wonderful.

Yelp
Great place for a short and cheap stay. You basically get a bed which has a cubby like an insert for your things on the side and a pulldown curtain that separates you from the hallway. Simple and clean capsule hotel. Floors separated by gender. Each hallway consists of like 20-30 "rooms." More like beds separated by pulldown curtains. Only thing I disliked was that the curtains didn't go all the way to the floor so some light seeped in. Not a problem if you can sleep through it. Wouldn't recommend coming home late as everyone is like fast asleep by midnight. But I ended up doing this a few times. Bed is a bit hard also. But other than that great place to crash! There are very nice hot bath and shower facilities at the bottom. Also, there is coin laundry which is very convenient. (Make sure to have 100 yen coins) They clean up your bed every day and give you new towels, a toothbrush, and sheets. Make sure to keep all your valuables in the cubby holder on the side and lock it. Other than that for your other luggage, they give you a bike lock and you tie it up to a metal bar alongside everyone else's. Its a little sketchy so if you are worried about someone getting into your bad (which they very easily can), get some padlocks for your zippers. That being said, I had no problems. Also, a great chill area on the 2nd floor where you can eat, work and get coffee. Awesome place! Would go back.

Yelp
Place is great to stay for a night, the price is great (about $50-$60 USD). Everything is clean, and laid out for you on the bed. It's safe, there are locks they provide for you. The floors are separated by gender. The bathrooms have all the amenities that you need. And there's a decent cafe on the second floor. The staff doesn't really speak too much English, but it's enough to get by. It's closest to the Akasaka station on the Marinouchi line (across the street) and the Akasaka-mitsuke station a five minute walk away.
