I recently stayed in a first-class capsule at this property and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. I was able to bring my luggage right into the capsule, which made settling in much easier than expected. The bed was generously sized and the mattress quite comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day.||While the capsule itself was great, I did find that the TV only had Japanese channels, which may be a limitation for non-Japanese speakers. Also, the main room houses several air conditioning units, and because of the sliding door design, the noise from them is constant. I’d recommend bringing earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones if you’re a light sleeper.||The location is a major plus—directly above Namba Metro station, making it super convenient for getting around Osaka. The on-site onsen was a welcome luxury after spending two full days at Expo.||All in all, for a budget-friendly stay where I was mainly just sleeping in the capsule, this place met all my needs. A solid choice for solo travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a bit of relaxation without breaking the bank.

Stayed only for 1 night to catch the early morning rapid express train from Namba to Nankai airport. For this purpose, this cabin hotel worked perfectly fine for me - the elevator goes directly into the train station, and from the hotel it took me 5 minutes to walk to board the train. Very strategically convenient for this purpose. The cabin room itself is very comfortable, certainly bigger than I had expected. Towel and pyjamas are provided. The shower had toiletries and hot water, the bed was big, and the side table very useful. Charging sockets next to the table. The cupboard under the bed for locking valuables is also a lot bigger than I thought it would be - you cannot put your entire suitcase in there, but there is definitely enough space for things like DSLR cameras, large laptop, even a small ladies handbag (which can all fit together in there at the same time). You will definitely need earplugs though as the sound of zippers, doors and locks resonate even if people are keeping quiet generally - but I slept very well with ear plugs. Guests need an access card to enter the specific zone where their cabin is in, so I do feel it is very safe even if the door to your own capsule cannot be locked.

first, I'm a women solo traveler. therefore, i value privacy over anything. this hotel have a GYM facility that share with hotel guest. share same bathroom, same lounge, same toilets, same hallway. so many male, in and out within female area. EVEN THERE IS MALE TOILET in front of WOMEN CABIN. WTH?! second, the air conditioning in room NOT ENOUGH. it was hot and it was noisy also. third, sound proof. this is not casual cabin/capsule hotel. in your room, they open upper room and lower room leaving big gap that someone can crawl or even looking directly at you. all i heard just SNORE... AND MORE SNORE ... last but definitely my main issue the staff, my god so not friendly. i was check in with the bald guy, and he doesn't even bother to say hello, or just smile. even i was check out while his shift, he doesn't say bye or have good day etc. they're only nice to some old guy who happens to be gym membership. what i know, usually kyoto people a bit stiff in a way but i have no idea osaka people way worse. sadly, i won't back or stay in osaka anymore because of this.

Stayed in a first-class capsule — surprisingly spacious! I could bring my luggage into the capsule, and the bed was large and comfortable. Great for resting after long days. TV was only in Japanese, and the sliding door lets in a lot of noise from the aircon units in the main room, so I’d suggest bringing earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones. Excellent location right above Namba Metro Station. The on-site onsen was a great bonus after two full days at Expo. For a low-cost, sleep-focused stay, it was totally worth it.

this hostel has an excellent location, just steps from osaka metro exit No. 13 and close to Nankai Electric Railway. Dotonbori and Sennichimae are not far away, and there are plenty of drugstores and convenience stores nearby. The private rooms offer great privacy, and the bathrooms are clean. Fantastic value for money! I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and in a great location near the train station. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, very close to the subway, and you can take the elevator directly to the hotel. It’s also near Dotonbori, with many attractions within walking distance. The only downside was the check-in time, which is at 5 PM. I also wish there were more pillows, as the ones provided were quite flat and uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the men’s and women’s floors were on the same level. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, and the room was great, with a TV included. The room is spacious and I was able to pack my luggage in the room. The gym was a nice bonus, especially since no one else was using it. I paid 1000 yen for a day pass, which was worth it.

Great location!!! The train station is on the basement floor and it's near Dotonbori and Shinshaibashi shopping st. Love the room as it is squeaky clean with complete amenities. They've got a laundrynet and have a Sauna too. Although, you can hear someone’s snores.🙂‍↕️

Yelp
This is my second time staying here, the first time was about two years ago or so. All I can say is that I was truly expecting better. The location is amazing. Five minute walk from Doutonbori for some amazing food. It's a ten minute walk to Kuromon for even more amazing food. Lots of shopping centres around as well and mostly everything is about a ten to fifteen minute walk tops. So for the price, I guess that makes it worth it. Breakfast buffet for 500¥ is also alright. Not a huge selection, but you get your usual proteins like eggs and whatever meat is up for the day, as well as cereal and a few salads. The part that conflicts me the most is the smell. I get that it's somewhat a smoker-friendly space, but jeez, the entire male cabin floor smells of smoke outside of the smoke rooms. The bathrooms also have that weird ammonia-ridden public bathroom smell, and don't seem very clean. As a non-smoker, this irks me. The first time I came here this wasn't the case at all. I mean, a couple of air fresheners couldn't hurt, and honestly this kinda killed the expectations I had. The beds are also not quite the comfiest. Maybe comfortable enough to sleep on, but still hard, and the pillows are hard (not just firm) and small. There's a 'headboard' pillow that's quite large but also, it's made of leather so not really great to sleep on either. That being said, staff are super friendly and speak great English so communication isn't an issue, and the amenities provided are at a pretty high standard (razors, combs, toothbrushes, night-wear, etc.) All things considered, I'd probably stay here again but mainly for its easy-access to everything in the area, and being right above Namba station, so getting to the subway takes thirty seconds tops. But there's definitelt lots to be improved on in the cleanliness department.
