The location was excellent, very close to the subway, and you can take the elevator directly to the hotel. It’s also near Dotonbori, with many attractions within walking distance. The only downside was the check-in time, which is at 5 PM. I also wish there were more pillows, as the ones provided were quite flat and uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the men’s and women’s floors were on the same level. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, and the room was great, with a TV included. The room is spacious and I was able to pack my luggage in the room. The gym was a nice bonus, especially since no one else was using it. I paid 1000 yen for a day pass, which was worth it.

Accidentally stopped by this place because my cellphone had no battery so I couldn't continue my journey to the hotel in Osaka (I needed an active cellphone to access the map), stopped by to ask for help borrowing a cable plug and was responded kindly and friendly, and was allowed to charge my cellphone battery until it was enough to continue my journey. I would like to say a lot of thanks to the kind staff who saved my day and while waiting I found this place is such a nice, clean, quiet capsule hotel and it is in a very strategic location.

For what you pay the cabin is spacious enough to keep your luggage with you. Bed decent enough, the facilities are nice and clean. Great location by Namba station. The biggest downside is being unfortunate enough to be stuck next to two awful snorers, due to design of cabin means you can hear everything which might keep you awake.

The rooms in this hotel do not have a bathroom. There is a communal toilet in the hall. There are 2 shared showers on the 4th floor for women. The bath mat gets pretty soggy if you are not one of the first to shower. I am writing this in case others do not know what a capsule hotel is. The location is convenient. However there is a singing street performer and a loud bar area at night. You will hear both in your room.

A very nice and affordable way to stay in Osaka. It is just in front of Dotonbori and Namba. Everything is closed by. For a cabin hotel, this was very comfortable. A very well thought out place.

We really wanted to try a capsule hotel while in Japan. What a perfect place to give one a go being they are the most famous for them.||I had done some research and found one which was suitable for a couple which offered like a double bed situation within a small room. ||The complex itself was actually incredible with so much to offer and it was very clean and spacious. It had common areas to hang out and also a really great public hot bath and sauna area where you could shower or relax in the hot bath. ||There is a cafe out the front where you can access snacks and coffees, they also offer an arrange of other things to enjoy and to complete your stay. ||The only real flaw was one of the biggest though! The BED!!! When we arrived I was delighted to see we both had a bed each in the room which were sort of between the size of a big single and a double bed. I didn't think much of it as we left our bags etc to discover the rest of the complex and surrounding area. It wasn't until we went back later and sat on the bed did we realize it was literally a bed base with no mattress on top. It was as hard as a rock and as lumpy as anything. It was so hard I couldn't even lay down on it. ||I had to go to reception and ask them for extra blankets so we could lay then under ourselves. This made no difference at all. We then had to lay our doona down and then pull it over ourselves to sleep. IT was still hard as a rock and I woke up with pains all over my body. It was also quite noisy at night as I could hear what sounded like karaoke behind the hotel. ||I was disappointed because it was actually really good and sad that this one important thing was missing. The beds definitely need to be looked at as it wasn't normal. It was like someone stole the mattresses and the hotel didn't know. So strange!

Almost double the price of other capsule hotels but what you get is the ability to stand in your own room. Facilities are somewhat minimal. I wish there was a proper common lounging area. Staff helpful and allows you to store luggage before check in. Location is fantastic as the lift directly connects you to the Namba metro station. Short walk from many shopping and food and beverage outlets

Yelp
This is my second time staying here, the first time was about two years ago or so. All I can say is that I was truly expecting better. The location is amazing. Five minute walk from Doutonbori for some amazing food. It's a ten minute walk to Kuromon for even more amazing food. Lots of shopping centres around as well and mostly everything is about a ten to fifteen minute walk tops. So for the price, I guess that makes it worth it. Breakfast buffet for 500¥ is also alright. Not a huge selection, but you get your usual proteins like eggs and whatever meat is up for the day, as well as cereal and a few salads. The part that conflicts me the most is the smell. I get that it's somewhat a smoker-friendly space, but jeez, the entire male cabin floor smells of smoke outside of the smoke rooms. The bathrooms also have that weird ammonia-ridden public bathroom smell, and don't seem very clean. As a non-smoker, this irks me. The first time I came here this wasn't the case at all. I mean, a couple of air fresheners couldn't hurt, and honestly this kinda killed the expectations I had. The beds are also not quite the comfiest. Maybe comfortable enough to sleep on, but still hard, and the pillows are hard (not just firm) and small. There's a 'headboard' pillow that's quite large but also, it's made of leather so not really great to sleep on either. That being said, staff are super friendly and speak great English so communication isn't an issue, and the amenities provided are at a pretty high standard (razors, combs, toothbrushes, night-wear, etc.) All things considered, I'd probably stay here again but mainly for its easy-access to everything in the area, and being right above Namba station, so getting to the subway takes thirty seconds tops. But there's definitelt lots to be improved on in the cleanliness department.
